All I could say is most of the real life gambling has its papers and they are legal and has restrictions, while online gambling is being banned because it is not paying taxes at places where it is being played, that is why government are more harsh to them then real life gambling. I'm not supporting in this OP and his service. But I'm using my Grammarly account which I got it from another member as a vouch copy, and it is working fine for almost one year. No I'm not, but many rich people are coming into gambling site then after the games they've lost everything, but still they come back to play again in the games. If rich people lose money, then gambling houses will make more profit, not other gamblers. The best method would be to reduce your access to your bankroll IMO and keeping the coins secure in the same time, keeping private keys in vaults in banks or secure locations would be the best IMO.
If you're already an adult and earning money then this method not very helpful in stopping gambling because somehow they will get the funds if they change mind to gamble again. To come out of gambling one must first mentally decide not to gamble again otherwise they will find ways to play again.
