I would like to mention here that the coin looks like it's hiPoS, because the coins I have just matured in my wallet for staking and the weight is only that of the number of coins I have. Just thought you all should know  It's all in the ANN, there's no hidden surprises, maybe you just missed it. |

An admirable effort by the Anari for his company, very rare to see in the alt world, there is no doubt Gamerholic as a brand will go very far. Unfortunately there is no incentive for people to use gamerholic coin. The company gives as much weight or more to BTC within their ecosystem and with that model I personally don't see a reason for people to choose GHC over BTC. Take BTC out of the equation and things might be different.

Now, as for Supcoin. I want to reward the Supcoin bagholders in some way. I'm still determining what would be the best way to do that, but I don't want to just leave everyone high and dry. I'm not going to promise a coin swap or anything to NextCoin.. but I also don't want to immediately say no either. Idk, we'll see. I haven't forgotten about you guys.

Whatever your views are on economics, they are YOUR personal views. Please don't include a whole community by including a "WE" in your statements. Coin basic specs were posted on day one on the ann and now one or two people demanding for it to be changed because "you really want to like this coin". Nope, nothing. The latest wallet was what I already had. Have fiddled with other options, reinstalled, deleted the block, made sure my firewall isn't blocking it, and nothing's worked so far. Has anyone else had any issues or am I special?!  (BTW the only thing I haven't done yet is encrypt my wallet - does it expect me to do that before starting anything? I've only used one other type of crypto wallet and it wouldn't stake whilst encrypted so I assumed this would be the same.) After you saved the xcoin.conf file, did you check that the file is not named xcoin.conf.txt? the extension must be .conf and nothing to do with .txt. go to your xcoin appdata folder and double check for that. Also make sure your firewall is not blocking the xcoin-qt.exe Funny you should mention that - I did notice yesterday that the file had an invisible txt on the end, so I fixed that. Also made sure both Windows Firewall and AVG Firewall were set up to allow access for Xcoin-qt. Have a horrible feeling it's something really obvious but I just can't get it to work atm. In the roaming appdata folder I have: database (folder) txleveldb (folder) .lock 0Kb blk0001.dat 2,529KB db 0Kb debug 1,180Kb peers.dat 10Kb wallet.dat 88Kb Xcoin.conf 2Kb Does anything there look amiss? looks good. I think somehow you got the wrong wallet, redownload from the link on this post https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=969896.msg10731866#msg10731866Delete everything on that appdata folder but xcoin.conf and wallet.dat - make sure you do not delete those two, specially the wallet.dat |
