I have not been able to find the cause or get it working again. I am waiting to hear back from Kano at the moment. I replied in PM twice I was waiting to hear back from you Your source IP address isn't your web site. Your web site address isn't blocked. I guess it gets proxied by something or some such. You'll need to work out why the address changes and resolve that. I'll presume the 'new' blocked address is you and I've cleared that (just now) Yes, I got the pm's, I have not had time to respond, I am swamped at work right now. Thanks for clearing that one, apparently it was it. Everything started working again. I will try to find out why the address changed and what is going on with the proxied ip address. Thanks again Kano!

I'll get at that as soon as I can. At work right now.

Thanks Zach! Block 410747 has same zero issue.
That should be fixed now. Have you had a chance to look at the reports? Each day is still showing a zero at the top and I think the skews the overall report. I ran April and PPS looks way over what it actually was.
4/1 to 4/30 Average BTC/Day/THs = 0.00389706 % PPS = 158.75%
I'll try to look into that later today. Extremely busy at work right now.

The A6 that I have mining here shows the pool dead occasionally, and won't reconnect to it unless I restart cgminer. It stays on the failover pool. Anyone have any idea why?
That I don't know... I have 8xA6 pointed here and they reconnect and stay connected without issue. For example, the last time they failed over to my backup pool was on Monday when I shut down the stratum servers because my datacenter had the switch issue. When I fired them back up, all of my A6 came right back. When was the last time your A6 showed the pool as dead and didn't fail back over properly? Are you on the latest firmware? The failover are at expected times, it doesn't lose connection. It just does not come back when the pool comes back online. I'll check the firmware, but it has never been a problem before. It is not really a big deal, but it is just strange. I just need to keep an eye on it a make sure it is working where it is supposed to.

Any reason why my app is continuously showing a (1), as a push-message is waiting... Opened, read it (one miner trending down), reset miner (hashing ok now), even uninstalled ad reinstalled the app. Still showing (1)... You are talking about either the iOS app or the Android app. This thread is not for either of those. The iOS thread is here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1344360.0I don't think there is one for Android, but that is by: TheOneJester https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=503053 He has not been active for several months. Could someone kindly explain the Avg5Nd (TH/s) on the dashboard in simple terms? Does it mean you won't get paid as much until your number is higher?
I just started using this pool yesterday and my Avg5Nd (TH/s) is 2.83.
Thanks!!
Also, should I wait until I have a higher Avg5Nd (TH/s) number to rent some hash or does it matter? Thanks again!
Yes, when your Avg5Nd is about equal to your overall hashrate you should be receiving full payout. When to rent is irrelevant to your current Avg5Nd. 407917 101.32 0.07453068 2016-04-19 01:58:09 0.21781392 101.3 0.00215026 0.0 0.00187642
408247 304.6 0.21062784 2016-04-21 04:37:25 0.84748482 0.0Those should be fixed now. Yes it was an API call error.

Of course the stats are all correct - ignoring those blocks as a counter in the block total, but including the shares in the totals (as it states at the bottom)
Right, so if you include those orphans in the total block count we have 792 + 6 = 798 6 out of 798 were orphans, 6/798 = 0.00752 = 0.752% of the blocks were orphans. That is an extremely low number. Which, I believe, is proof that you and ck have created some extremely awesome code. Now I'm off to find out why my S4 stopped mining.... edit: Nice, just a power cycle and it is swinging it's pickax again.

If Kano thinks there is a way to cut down on the orphans (or do any other improvements), I would vote to increase the fees.
Some quick numbers as an example:
Say there are 2 orphans a month on average (the last month had 3).
Kano.is has had a total of 6 orphans since September 2014, so the average is more like 0.3 per month. Right now, that is say $20,000 lost due to orphans (50 BTC ~ $400 each).
Think of it this way: Total the luck percentage of the orphan block and the good block after, that would be what you should comparing to. Looking at the orphans that way: 2.686% + 97.620% = 100.620% 27.037% + 142.268% = 169.305% 44.215% + 85.159% = 129.374% 94.272% + 161.931% = 256.203% 55.342% + 72.247% = 127.589% 143.912% + 134.764% = 278.676% None of those are really all that bad. There has been about 37 blocks with a higher % than the highest one of those. And yet the pools total luck % is still 108%. The few orphans have had very little impact on anything. Spending money on reducing the number of orphans will not yield any significant increase on productivity. Yes it is something that is important, but unfortunately not as important as pure random luck. And I'm pretty sure Kano and ck are always working on this.
