Already 13K Eth raised in a couple of days, I think Datum could prove to become one of the most succesful ICO's of 2017!
Well, no, some ICO have raison more than 200 millions $. There is a big gap between these, but the ROI of datum investment could be by far superior to others. I judge an ICO also by how well the coin performs after the listing. datum has a lot of support and their marketing is excellent; I think the coin won't dump nearly as hard as most ICO's I hope you're right. Too much time we see some big dumps right after the ICO. Yeah I hate that, everyone just wants that short term gain.

Seems like his answers make sense to me. Maybe you should try quoting the parts that are giving you so much trouble, and ask for clarification.

What is your relationship with Alluminate.io?
They are advisors to DisLedger and their technical staff works on our token sale contract code. Oh cool, they look pretty experienced.

It will be a better project than Storj and sia. If they make a deal with two companies, they can come to nice places.
I already asked about partnerships... If there is any or if there are conversations in the way. But my questions keep getting lost in the topic. (Maybe I'm touching any sensitive spot ) A SIA partnership would be interesting. Yeah, but I don't really see that happening. It's not complete absurd though. A partnership would be cool. It seems borderline absurd to me. I don't see how it really benefits either of them.

what are the plans to lure businesses towards Datum and leave bigger players like facebook and google?
Very good question. I don't want to let this question go off into the dozens of pages. Would love to hear an answer to this too this is not only a god question... it is a essential question for the sucess of the project - i did not find the strategy out jet He is getting old, but a surprising number of younger people know him. He's kept up his appearances in more recent years, had a huge role in Priceline's advertising campaign.

I read you guys were going to sell more coins for the same amount of eth and old investors were going to get coins distributed to them, just out of curiosity, when will this happen?
Would be great to get a reply to this!

One question I have, is there any way that files that aren't often seeded will have a higher reward for seeding? Nothing more frustrating than trying to download something obscure on utorrent and finding there are no seeds.
The rewards will be based on file size. We may implement something like this down the line, however. Incentivizing highly sought after content would be great.

Is it a local ICO tracker in some country or displays globally.? Sorry, but I never have heard about Sangus and these days it became a trend to make ICO trackers. Looks pretty legit to me. always do your own research guys. doesn't matter what some site says. Most rating sites receive payments to give the projects good ratings. Don't trust such ratings they mean nothing. Exactly, would be good if there was a trusted ICO rating website. Well let's get it started! Here, I can give you $1000 if you start with mine. Make it a good one though,

So I understand this service is for huge financial companies doing lots of private transactions, but surely something like this could have more uses. Are there any you have considered?
We chatted with someone that is looking to use DisLedger for a private messaging system with guaranteed delivery and where the messages can't be altered. That could be really interesting as a way to replace registered mail and return receipts from the Post Office. More importantly we want to support startups that have ideas and need DLT technology that they can implement affordably. That's the whole reason we're doing the token sale, to spread our user base from the huge companies to small and medium size companies globally. That sounds great. I'm sure there's lots of money to be made supporting lightning fast transactions for the biggest companies, but making your technology a household name like blockchain would be a great feather in your hat.

I'm guessing it's not here, can't seem to get a response.

Yes i think the possibility of partnershipis huge, like for identity control as many said. Datum has the potential to make great partnership, a lot of potential application and opportunity for potential partner !
Partnering with larger more popular services is the easiest way to get your name out there.

Is there a particular legal firm you have been going through?
We used Debevoise & Plimpton for our token sale legal review, and Morrison & Foerster does our patents. Wow, Debevoise & Plimpton is a very prestigious law firm. That must have set you back a pretty penny or even two! They are expensive but completely worth it to ensure that our token sale was handled legally. Hopefully people will appreciate the extents to which we've gone to be compliant with all the regulations. We maintain professional standards so we will be around for a long time unlike some other notable coins. I knew I recognized that name, that's the firm defending Grand Theft Auto V from the lawsuit filed by Lindsey Lohan. I don't know about GTA but they are the firm that created the "Securities Law Framework for Blockchain Tokens" which is the legal framework that people rely on to help assess whether they are a security or not in the US. They also handled a lot of other relevant regulations in the States and internationally. Yeah, I'm a nerd. I think it's a good sign though, makers of GTA have so much money they could pick any law firm in the world and they chose the same as you.

Yes, we're looking into optimizing this so that transactions don't take any longer than a typical file-download.
As long as the users aren't on fiber internet, that shouldn't be too difficult. What would happen if the transactions did take longer than the download? Is there potential for fraud? Anyone have any idea on this? No. Once the transaction is broadcast to the network, it cannot be stopped. That process only takes a second or two. What takes a few seconds (or sometimes minutes) is getting enough transaction confirmations for each UFR wallet to update their balance. The file won't be decrypted until this happens as per the smart contracts, so there is no potential for fraud. Okay, so worst case scenario there's a slight delay on token confirmation?

Do you guys plan to bring in anymore advisors?
Not during the token sale but there are some capital markets, payments and finance experts that we’d like to have onboard longterm. Thanks for taking the time to come answer.
