122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hottest alts of 2020 on: January 31, 2020, 09:41:13 PM
I am wearing the signature of tachyon project. And I think I chose great project to promote in the forum. Tachyonwill provide safer, faster internet of new era and obviously decentralized.
Already listed in bithumb and going really good. Not sure but heard that binance will add ipx into their exchange
123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Best bounty manager on: January 31, 2020, 09:28:54 PM
Bubbalex, Arteezy and wapinter are the best on my lists of best bounty managers but they aren't that great link in the past, one thing stands out with these bounty managers and that is assurance of getting paid after bounty ends unlike many bounty projects that cheat, rules can be changed but not on bubbalex 's watch

May be those people have good connection in crypto world so they get enough info about projects, team or may be somehow they are involved with the projects. Other than that no manager will ever give any assurance of payment. Cause they usually are random person who are not part of the admin team. Rather bounty manager announce that if team dont pay, manager will not be responsible
124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: These projects will go big in 2020, I assume. on: January 31, 2020, 08:33:44 PM
Seems community should have Updates:
1. Tachyon is moving fast. From 4cents to 11 cents in a week. I heard rumor that tachyon will be added to binance soon. Am not certain yet. It has good daily trading volume on bithumb. Really a promising project to look into. Bounty campaign will be ended on 31st january and bounty hunters will be rewarded soon.
2. Baanx already have made good update in android. Lice chat has been added into  android and iOS app. They have finished fundraising  and raised £6,50,000 through equity crowd funding campaign. And They will use the fund to launch the netowrk and to hire new devs and for marketing purpose. Distribution will start from Q2 2020.
3. Aimedis shows no update.
125  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The profitability and effort put into different ways of earning bitcoin on: January 31, 2020, 08:19:26 PM
If you are good at anything, serve well and get payment in Bitcoin/other alts. If you are a writer, write blogs/articles about any specific coin and sale it, get reward for your effort from the project owner. Or anyone can start business and use crypto as main currency. like any e-store that sales products. Buyers will have to use crypto in order to buy from the site. This is not out of risk though as btc price fluctuates a lot. Signature campaign was a good source of income once, not anymore. Good projects are scanty and merit system in the forum makes it nearly impossible for the new member to earn from it. We , the old guys here, are lucky enough.
And Trading is always risky but sometimes it brings big profit. I prefer alt coin signature bounty. Not always rewarding but sometimes I get huge reward from it.
126  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What does it mean when a hash rate is down? on: January 31, 2020, 08:03:33 PM
Hashrate and difficulty, these markers actually indicate, how secure the chain is. When more miners start mining any specific coins, difficulty is adjusted with it to prevent 51% attack.  Good stable coin usually have large number of persistent miners and it indicates good health of the network. If hash rate goes down, it indicates something.

1. May be the mining of the coin is  not profitable anymore.
2. Sometimes big miners stop mining to adjust the difficulty
3. May be the coin is dying
4.May be the coin has lost popularity
5. May be miners shift from one coin to more profitable coin

Hash rate goes down means, the chain is less secure, vulnerable to 51% attack. Reduced hash rate also lowers the price of the coin
127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which cryptocurrencies are highly undervalued these days? on: January 30, 2020, 07:44:07 PM
Look at my signature and you will see Tachyon, ticker ipx. They are still undervalued. In short, tachyon will ensure more secure, private internet protocol. Data connection will be more stable, improved connection rate, increase transfer efficiency and above all decentralization. So your data are safe and your privacy is intact
128  Economy / Speculation / Re: 3 Reasons Why Bitcoin Price Has Gained 40% In 2020 on: January 30, 2020, 06:50:52 PM
Someone made 3 points to start bull run. Some other will make 4points to stop the bulls. Speculation is still major factor that controls the price. Halving is interesting news to sale certainly. But we often find that btc moves retrograde. Market collapsed when a bull run was obvious.
Why btc is going north? May be BTC is now considered as commodity. May be halving is coming. The uncertainty, volatility makes btc stronger. But we need adoption, development, security, privacy, liquidity. Then btc will be more expensive, useful and main stream.
129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best way to protect your crypto against a natural disaster? on: January 30, 2020, 08:09:47 AM
I have an idea, make a code using a phrase for your BTC key, if you are afraid it will burn or get wet if you use paper, and it's too expensive to buy materials that are fire and water-resistant, then the easiest is to make a tattoo on your body using the code the. Simple is not it? but make sure you remember the key code, don't let yourself forget it,  Grin.

Really funny and bad way to secure your asset. What will happen if you lose your body part where you made the tattoo? And putting tattoo on skin is invasive and not healthy. Young and old people will never find it a suitable way, mommy will never allow. May be you posted a way without enough thinking.
130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Best bounty manager on: January 30, 2020, 07:22:17 AM
Managers are middle men only. I have worked with many community managers who actually were great person but the projects they worked for were shitty. Thats why professional managers always add some terms and conditions, so that no one can blame them.
And many projects become scam, they left the bounty participants or their projects failed. But we should not blame the managers. Most of well known managers are not promoting anything now
131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why We Need Bitcoin, If Altcoins Transfers Are Faster And Cheaper on: January 29, 2020, 11:32:56 AM
Bitcoin has its uses as store of value, but for day to day transactions - particularly in third world countries, Bitcoin can never work

A currency such as TemTum that can send any small amount feeless, and fully confirmed in under 12 seconds is much more suited for this role that Bitcoin.

Do you really think instant payment is only the vital marker? Instant transaction is important but security is more important. Bitcoin tx is a bit costly, takes some minutes to confirm the transaction but it is most secure ever.
You may transact instantly, at almost zero fees with other cryptos but security will not be ensured as btc serves
132  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why We Need Bitcoin, If Altcoins Transfers Are Faster And Cheaper on: January 28, 2020, 07:28:19 PM
Really Bitcoin transfers are expensive and lower speed, therefore altcoins are much easy to transfer. For small transfer amounts Bitcoin is not usable.

many uses of bitcoin not only transfer for other. bitcoin can use for invesment, we need bitcoin to invesment. if bitcoin die, i think the altcoins there is no value because the king of cryptocurrency is bitcoin and the price altcoin follow bitcoin price and not all store accept altcoins but they are accept bitcoin for payment..

Bitcoin is the king certainly but not suitable for daily trading, yet. But everything will rely on developmental progress. Otherwise, there will be possibilities that potential alts may replace the king. That is my personal opinion not financial advice
133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can the price of Altcoin be good by the end of 2020? on: January 24, 2020, 08:25:02 PM
Now the price of Altcoin is medium. If you look at it now, many people are involved with cryptocurrency. Altcoin prices may also be good in 2020 as cryptocurrency is allowed in many countries. If cryptocurrency goes legal around the world, the price of Altcoin may go up. Is it true?

Market will have positive impact with halving. There will be no immediate impact but market will react eventually. If everything goes well BTC may climb upto 15 to 20k. So ultimately whole crypto market will go north. But anything may happen. We will think positively, thats it
134  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sigh... Do i need to hold and sell it later or now? Quite tricky situation. on: January 24, 2020, 07:32:11 PM

I am holding about 1.2 BTC now

But I need a money until Feb 22nd.

Should i hold until Feb 21nd and sell it? or Sell it now?!!

What do you guys anticipate in BTC price until next month?

Every single second is important and you are talking about  30days! If you are still holding btc, I think you should sale it and it seems we are entering into bearish trend again, cause btc failed to go beyond 9k. Price may go anyways, north or south but it will stay within 7.8 to 8.5k range. Please dont consider my opinion as financial or investment advice. I am just expressing my thinking
135  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: These projects will go big in 2020, I assume. on: January 24, 2020, 01:16:14 PM
This is my personal view not any financial advice.

1. BAANX: Baanx is secure, custodial wallet platform and bridging gap between fiat and crypto. Already have ios, android app and launched their debit card in 30 countries.

2. AIMEDIS: Decentralized blockchain backed ehealth ecosystem, offers more than health, in anyplace, anytime. They are getting ready to launch their own platform

3. Tachyon: Decentralized blockchain based internet protocol that wants to create secure and privacy internet. They promise faster, secure and also pay for staking ipx into the wallet

I will monitor these projects closely
The altcoin market in 2020 is very boring, for new projects they need to work hard to grow and help prices rise. And I have never heard of the BAANX and AIMEDIS projects before, it seems too new to me. I only know about the Tachyon project and it is one of the best projects in Korea, this project is developing very well and it will certainly become bigger in 2020.

Baanx completed ico last year and they plan to launch their project on q1 2020. For further info you may visit baanx webpage.
AIMEDIS will start their latest platform. January was their target but it seems they will take time till end of q1.
Tachyon is already listed in bithumb, doing really well and already in coinmarketcap

Baanx it's a scam and i have a new question about that

I just have found from google search that Baanx has sold 7.25% equity for 625000 euro. They need fund so they can launch baanx, to hire more coders or devs for future development.
Hope baanx team will be able to honour their promises. They have sold more than 50k card for trading and usage

$5,021,440 on Pre-Sale  !
Sepetember 1st to october 31st is our token sell.
softcap is raised just $ 1,000,00

My question is where are a few million dollars going on right now? fake result? or something else?

Too early to give it a conclusion. Their app works great for apple user. A bit slow for android cause they have less dev appointed for android development. They are currently raising fund. Read in detail : https://www.crowdfundinsider.com/2019/12/154698-mobile-banking-platform-baanx-now-seeking-600000-in-funding-through-seedrs-equity-crowdfunding-round/amp/

BTW I am not certain if they are scam or not. Their whitepaper looks informative and professional. Do your own research to proceed
136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Gonna sell my stock assets and invest in these top currencies. Suggestions? on: January 23, 2020, 08:12:56 PM
Hello all,

I am new to crypto currency market as I was before in shares and stock market. I have basic knowledge of cryptocurrencies like how supply, demand and history of famous coins. I am looking to invest in 2-3 cryptocurrencies. My investment: $200-$500. I would like to invest little amount in starting, afterwards I will increase my investments.

Well, I select the following coins:

Bitcoin : because it is no.1
Ethereum: this crypto is down these days, but I have got a news that ethereum 2.0 will roll out this year. So, I hope that this crypto currency price will go up.
Binance: because of stability

And eos if possible

I would like to know your suggestions before taking the steps.

Thanks

Mate, you should not seek help regarding investment. Every project is unique and every investment is also unique. My way of trading may make me rich but may not work for you.
Best practice will be, split up your investment into multiple coins and start trading with small amount of money. Alt will bring bigger profit but alt may turn into trash coin too.
BTC, ETH are safe bet. You may also check tachyon

Crypto is certainly uncertain. And small unknown projects have biggest potential at the same time they are quite risky.
Top coins are also volatile but they will stay along with fiat. Those were my personal views and I urge not to take my personal opinion as investment advice.
139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Yobit X10 Token on: January 21, 2020, 07:06:21 PM
Big players bought millions of x10 at 1satoshi and Sold at 30 satoshis on first 3 days of trading. It is nothing but a shit coin. They dont have own block chain And soon the coin will die off. This is a centralized asset to scam people. New investors dont know much about crypto. Whenever anyone buys x10, they actually donate their precious BTC to yobit . It started as IEO of yobit and People who bought at 1 sat, only those will praise x10.  Stay away, X10 is scam
140  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Investing in Alts instead of Bitcoin for far greater returns (or losses) on: January 21, 2020, 04:26:59 PM
$2K is standard amount to start with. Alts are much volatile and short lived usually. Due to higher price fluctuation, your probability of making profit/loss will be higher. And most of them are short lived too. If you are unfortunate and fail to enter/exit in time, you will lose your 2k. Top 10 alts are a bit different from others though.
I would split my investment into btc and alts. or would invest all of money into btc. It is your money after all, and you know the pros and cons, so you should do whatever you think Right to do
