was rakeback already credited to balances? i noticed the link is gone from the site for claiming that
If you need to claim yours (same with referral income), please send an email to Ethan via support@yolodice.com and he will look into it.

How do you plan to compensate players?

Yolodice incentivized players to bet in volume in order to receive higher daily faucet amounts.

The players have completed their end of the bargain by wagering the volume related to their level and are due the relevant daily faucet.

That is the players money they have earned that.

How do you plan to compensate those players for money lost due to your decision to close the site?
I don't think this is even a relevant or rational concern, and I'm a YOLOdice player who was easily within the top 10-15 wagered amounts for every coin on the site of all-time.

You already received rakeback on your wagered amounts (if you wagered enough to reach level 7), in addition to the faucets you could have claimed every day, and even then the faucet wasn't money you were "owed".  Yeah, you could claim them, but you still had to wager and win enough to withdraw the faucet, it's not like it was coins you could just cash out as soon as they were claimed.  The fact that you think you're owed something based on your faucet claims is pretty absurd.

This just seems like a troll post.  I've never heard of anyone complaining about faucets they were "owed" when other casinos which similar features closed.

EDIT: Looking at your post history, it's pretty obvious you are just a troll.  Nice job asking for loans as "investments" from other people for gambling, and thinking that "gambling licenses" actually do anything in the world of crypto casinos, other than just giving sites a fancy badge to present.

Can I get some help?  One of your live chat agents attempted to help me, but they would not listen to what I was saying and just kept spamming for me to make a support ticket.

First, here's what happened:  I deposited 0.003 BTC, made a bunch of wagers, balance is now 0.0045ish BTC, so I try to withdraw.  First thing I notice is that it requires me to verify my email to withdraw, which is pretty stupid, but fine, I get it, you have your security measures.  So it's fine, I go to Settings > Common page, and to box that says Enter Email.

I enter my email, and press Save, but red error text pops up over the "New Password" box asking me to enter a new password (but I do not want or need to password change), so it refuses to save my email.  However, I still receive verification email from you guys, I click the verify link, and it still does not add my email to my account.  And the support agent claims there is not email tied to my account, but if that is the case, then how did I receive a verification email every time I tried to press Save??

The issue is obviously a site issue, and I'd appreciate some help so I can retrieve my coins.

Update:  Nevermind, fixed it myself.  Apparently the site required me to not only add my email, but also change my password in order to make a withdrawal.  Silly, but I have my coins now.  Your "Support" agent "Max" was useless.

Just saw all of this. I'm trying to claim ref rewards as well but on the BTC side it keeps erroring and saying the ref wallet is empty. Looking forward to being able to move it all out and I'll be eagerly awaiting your next adventure!
Hey there, I forwarded this to Ethan, it should be refilled sometime soon, thanks for letting us know. Smiley

i really wish this wasnt true. i stuck in the site because i hoped that my investments would at least go back to what they were. instead, it is shutting down and i am minus on all 3 investments

-0.214 btc
-1.476 ltc
-98,889 doge

this is the worst investment i have ever made and now that it is disappearing it is just a loss

meanwhile the site has made for the owners

+430.917 btc
+6,946 ltc
+109,684,179 doge
+4,305 eth

so they have made tons of commission while a lot of us lost a lot of our investments. if we were still on the old method of profit sharing i think we would actually be ahead instead of so negative. our investments pretty much just went into the hands of the site owners

at todays prices the site has made the owners $41 million just since going to the new model if we include eth totals in there
I would like to point out that considering those values you listed as profit made for the owners is completely unrealistic.  There is a HUGE difference between revenue and profit.  ESPECIALLY when you say "in today's prices" when the site hasn't made any real profit in the last 6 months or so during this price surge, and a huge portion of that revenue was generated much earlier than this recent price spike.

I don't know the exact numbers, but I can tell you that a large portion of the owners' coins went back into the site and player's hands by means of faucet costs, referral costs, rakeback costs, site maintenance, and competitions and stuff on top of that.

You know investing in a site still carries risk, right?  The site can close like it did in this scenario, the site could be hacked, the owners could run off with everyone's coins, or even if the site continues to run, someone could win the entire bankroll.  Just because you're investing instead of gambling doesn't mean you will "win" every time.

The competition has ended!  Thanks for playing, everyone!  Ethan is sending the prizes as I write this post, no need to claim them!

Surprisingly, nobody rolled an exact 0, but it was still a fun competition!  CONGRATULATIONS, WINNERS!

Just over 48 hours remain now, and still nobody has rolled a 0!  You need a 23 or lower now to make it on the leaderboard.  Best of luck everyone!

19  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: 🔶 YOLOdice's 11th Number Hunt competition, with 20+ ETH in prizes! 🔶 on: November 29, 2020, 07:29:44 PM
There are only ~72 hours left to roll the lowest numbers you can!  Nobody has rolled a 0 still (you get a 20% bonus on your prize if you do!), and you need to roll a 30 or lower to make it on the leaderboard.  Also, it looks like someone has won some ETH since the prize pool has dropped its profit bonus, but fear not, 20 ETH is guaranteed!

Apologies everyone, I missed posting our third update today, I was quite busy IRL, but I will be sure to post tomorrow's update in 10-12 hours!  (Seems a bit silly to post two in a 12 hour period, but if you want to see the results for yourself, be sure to check them out here: https://yolodice.com/#bonus)
