i would say the block size should be doubled per 2 years, and the maximum would 256 mb, based on storage speed factor.
even though if we could afford 1 Th HDD w/ $20 in 2020, every 4096 blocks would need another HDD again. that's doesn't at all qualify the sustainable development. not only this, merchants may even increase the price of HDD, due to the excessive demand of storage, leading to unfairness distribution of storage.
i don't wanna see the electric wastage with bitcoin is higher than what government consume, we don't want a currency which wastes of energy more than what fiats does.
we want a decentralised currency, but we still need  to consider about the sustainable development in order to take the bitcoin to the top.

8 gb per block would be ridiculous for most of the newbies if they use the full node wallet.
not even me could afford such a large storage for blockchain, please consider about the newbies, majority of them would not be able to use full node wallet in the future.
i have no choice but have to use online wallet or the wallet without requiring synchronisation of blockchain to prevent the crash of my PC.

basically, bitcoin XT is centralising the full node users, forcing most of the people to use wallet which doesn't require the blockchain synchronisation, susceptible to a 51% attacks.

i am sure that bitcoin avaliable supply is zero in 2140 due to the abandoned wallet - as majority of the people were dead and left their wallet.

of course it would be fatal, but consider about dead coins (the coins that could not be sent due to the loss of the key).
again, bitcoin could only be divided up to 100 million, what if majority of the coins were in the dead address?
think again; limited supply in which the dead coins cannot be recovered, we will lose supply.

hope you understand that the supply could not be divided into less than 100 million, thus newbies might not be able to start with bitcoin easily if the bitcoin skyrocketed.

hello dude, i am gonna talk about the supply of bitcoin.
here is my some of the question for every1:

in a nutshell, in order to prevent loss of avaliable supply, you know the dead wallets could not be recovered.

• should we add proof of stake to the bitcoin?
• should we increase the supply limit (i mean to have more bitcoins)?
• is the maximum supply (apparently) good?
• is the bitcoin deflationary a good deal?
• is bitcoin sustainable based on supply?
• would you sure that newbies would be easy to get with bitcoin in the future?

i would suggest to terminate the hard limit of possible supply and fix the 1% minimum inflation, why?

because the abandoned coins are increasing, destroying the supply of bitcoin, leading to the decreased of actual supply, in that case, we would not have enough coins for the demand. deflationary would not give anything great to the wagers in the future - every time that bitcoin demand increases, the value increases, thus wager would have no choice but to decrease the wager. bitcoin division is up to 100 million, in the future, if everyone could use bitcoin, the price of bitcoin would probably be at least a million, in that case, people would be in trouble of insufficient supply thus newbies would not be able to get in easily.

stable inflation is in order to prevent price from instability and qualify the demand. if we do not make a stable inflation, it will be hard to make it sustainable. we want a stable price and sustainable supply to meet the requirements. increasing the maximum supply may lose your reliability of bitcoin, however, you would be in trouble of insufficient supply.

gold is unlimited all over the universe, but bitcoin is not.

you should setup a store.

1. get your bitcoin and management license. (if required)
2. setup your own bitcoin store website.
3. setup your store in your local places.
4. import <insert any useful stuff irl here> to your store.
5. ask for bitcoin payment to customers.(or teach them how to use bitcoin.)
6. profit and get the bitcoin all over your city!

i recommend you to sell electronic components like SD card, and computers.
and physical bitcoins, too!

seriously, bitcoin can only be divided up to 2.1 quadrillion satoshi, gold is unlimited all over the universe.
but neither gold nor bitcoin have value guarantee. spread commodities instead of just spreading bitcoin.

bitcoin XT is possibly alter the bitcoin core. 
if bitcoin XT made it, it would crash numbers of full node users.

i am the one of the rarest teen to use bitcoin, and research with bitcoin.

if you suddenly decided to share your bitcoin for free, it would lead to more people to demand bitcoin for free, leading to the devaluation of bitcoin.
