181  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Understand addiction! on: February 06, 2019, 05:12:47 PM
I agree but  Some addiction are quite severe and difficult to quit .. .that  you  most likely experience withdrawal symptoms once you try quitting. Makes me wonder if gamblers go through terrible withdrawal symptoms.
Still you can quit any kind of addiction but need effort and lot of help from the outside of you.The rehabilitation centre will help the overcome any kind of addiction but most of the addicted gamblers won't agree that they were addicted to it.
The main problem is not admitting your case and continue denying that you are already in such stage, gamblers forget bout things while
spending most of their lives playing their games, if you want to be heal from this you need to help yourself and admit that you really
need attention and help from people around you.
But how they are going to agree that they were addicted, only if they agree that addicted and want to recover then all these things can be done, when they don't want to get recovered or even they never knows that how they were in will make the situation more and more complicated everyday. That is the reason addicted while alone is very dangerous thing to be in.

183  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Poloniex still safe to trade? on: February 06, 2019, 06:50:08 AM
I used to spend a lot of time on poloniex, it was one of the top exchanges in the world (before binance came out). Not sure what happened but their support disappeared and there was a lot of problems. Then binance came out and everyone switched. I'm sure it is ok there with the new management team but i don't use it anymore.
Better if everyone understand that they are not the same how they were before few years so now just use biiance but even it can turn into another Poloniex or cryptopia so start encourage using decentralized exchanges we will have good safety for our funds.

Do you still want to trade on Poloniex after reading these threads?
185  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing In ICO's vs Investing AFTER The ICO on: February 05, 2019, 04:26:15 PM
I guess, Investing on a successful ICO, that is a much more reasonable investment, we should always be sure in our decision and sure income will going to go through our wallet in that case.
Sometimes the project collected millions and billions will fall when it reaches the market so if we predict the market based on how much funds they were raised and initial stage then you also can be one of the victim.Just research about the project and invest on ICOs itself if you really want to buy that token. But I don't say it is good to invest on ICOs.
186  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The price of Bitcoin is going down because the price is going down, on: February 05, 2019, 10:53:20 AM
Nothing goes up in life, dollar value, salary, income, food price, smart phone price, everything going down. The doomsday is near.
That's not totally accurate. Inflation keeps going up so that prices of goods are always increasing every year. And actually you mention dollar value but that has also increased over the past year as well.
What about bitcoin, the prices keep increasing every year right. Wink

Bitcoin can kill inflation that is why we need decentralization to be implemented everywhere but still people are concerning about the prices compared to USD.
187  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Crypto to crypto exchange transactions available on Binance on: February 05, 2019, 08:25:59 AM
Binance becomes too big. It makes me think about the Central Bank of Crypto
Be careful Binance doesn't become too  big and get too much power/authority in a near future, otherwise, it will really become a central bank
That is why we need to use their decentralized exchange when they are released,we don't want to see another big exchange hack in future because it will completely ruin the reputation of crypto currency which took years to build.

Still open for recommendations.
189  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Space mining-myth or reality? on: February 04, 2019, 03:41:22 PM
If you are concerning about the electricity fee,how would you spend few million or billion dollars to take all those equipment needed to build a mining farm. Not really worth to start a mining  farm in space just build at the best place or even at the Himalayas where you will get the lower temperature than in space. 190  Economy / Economics / Re: Can a new crypto exchange take a place in the market? on: February 04, 2019, 02:58:48 PM
Yes,it can.Binance is also comparitively new with other exchanges but it is now one of the top traded exchange just because of its feature and legitimacy SO if your friend want to create an exchange then they need to keep working on developing its security areas to keep the funds safe and also the advertisement will play a big part of getting success with every crypto projects.
191  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: MEW Android Wallet on: February 04, 2019, 12:28:11 PM
Yes it was from the official team but I think sill that app has flaws and not usable for me.It has already discussed here Re: MyEtherWallet introduces "MEWconnect" for Android & new interface in beta phase

I used it and I explained my experience with it below
Here is my experience after used MEWconnect on Android.

When I open the app for the first time,I saw two options like create new wallet or restore old wallet from recovery seeds.I just used to create new wallet with encryption password only and after creating the NEW wallet it says the private keys will be stored in this device. So I closed the app and searching for the private key folder on my mobile, but can't find where it was stored. Then I thought these storage place will be given on the app so open the app again and entered encryption password but I can't login and even didn't find any tab to click after entering the password.

I only saw forget password option, when I entered into that it asked for recovery seeds. So I am stuck at this level.Maybe problem with my android version or the from Beta app.So I suggest you guys to make sure that you have your recovery seeds before depositing any ethereum into it.

Thank God,I didn't deposit anything.
Still the same error even after I got updates.
192  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Intraday vs HODL on: February 04, 2019, 08:58:07 AM
Don't go for trading now,the market is still has no positive sign so the volatility also less which makes less or no profitable for the traders. When we say HODL it needs lot of patience as well so make yourself ready to wait longer when you become holders.
193  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you been able to resist? on: February 04, 2019, 05:14:12 AM
I've never had the urge; maybe within the moment, but that's what setting limits is for. If you restrict yourself to only a certain amount of funds, you really shouldn't have any problem. I know it's easier said than done though.
Time also is important while gambling because of it is an addictive thing. So we need to restrict ourselves from gambling when we are playing it based on our mind perspective not on money or time and hoping that we can earn more than what we bet on that time period.Having the clear intention is important while gambling that is not for money just for the sake of entertainment.
194  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Overview of Bounty Managers on: February 03, 2019, 06:52:32 AM
Bumping for thread visibility.
Recommendations are still open and free.
There's already a similar thread started by Pugman (I'm too lazy to look for it at the moment) which is more active and updated on regular basis plus pretty organized as well. I doubt the recommendations posted here are gonna make any difference.
I think you are talking about Overview of Bitcointalk Signature Anti-Spam Campaign Managers thread right?

Yes it is also about campaign managers but this thread not much about OP's opinion since here we have pool to know about community's opinion on the managers they were worked under or want to based on their experience.

195  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: It is not your fault that you are loosing in trading! on: February 02, 2019, 04:27:37 PM
Losses in cryptocurrency trading have been experienced by many traders, because I don't think it is easy to trade crypto, we have to study charts, indicators, market analysis, fundamentals and technicalities, all of them are not instant, so if traders suffer losses, it is pure traders' fault
Sometimes the profits you are making depends on the failure of other trader so its not your fault completely but if you are doing nothing to minimize the losses if you are facing then we can't blame anyone for that.Learning technical analysis can be helpful but lot of skills needed for a trader, simple tips can make your trading better here 8 must read tips for trading Bitcoin and Altcoins
196  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Decentralized Exchanges on: February 02, 2019, 01:42:35 PM
For some reason (I know it will sound weird) I trust these decentralized exchanges less than the centralized major ones. I don't really know why but I feel like centralized exchanges have a reason to really take care of the exchange properly since they are making profits on top of profits every single day and make huge income from it which would result with them working on it more and more however decentralized exchanges feel like made by some developer who wanted to pay less fee (no fee) so they could trade properly without interference but that's it, no business, no team, just a good developer.

So, for that reason I feel like centralized feels more secure and more trustworthy instead of the decentralized which looks too anarchist to me. Maybe thats just me I don't know.

But this is just the beginning we can see more DEXs in the future which can change the current generation DEX with better services.Hopefully Binance's decentralized exchange is going to make huge change in the upcoming days so we need to wait for it and it can be more trusted than CEX in terms of fund storage and hack attacks.
197  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All ICO driven altcoins will drop to zero in the longterm. Just by logic. on: February 02, 2019, 09:29:00 AM
The real reason why the crypto currency projects were created? they just want to bring a crypto here and make it more successful like bitcoin or ethereum so the money is their intention but they are not going to make a better currency without much effort from the team but nowadays lot of projects were created and make money from ICOs then gone which is just scammers thing so don't blame all the projects.
198  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who would actually believe celebs promoting crypto? on: February 02, 2019, 08:15:28 AM
Understand everyone's intention is to make money so don't trust anyone's word blindly which is not going to make much benefits for you.I really never heard any celebs of recognized level is going to promote the crypto currencies so just ignore if there are some shilling make your own portfolio and be your own celebrity by using the tool crypto currencies.
199  Economy / Economics / Re: Why is Inflation a Bad Thing? on: February 02, 2019, 06:03:08 AM
Inflation with bitcoin is not possible because satoshi nakamoto is not going to increase the maximum supply from 21 Million to the more level (hopefully),which will result in pure value of a currency just from supply and demand. The general explanation why we don't need inflation is no one here want to lose their value of holdings while holding it long term it will keep them poor and poor even if they are making more money than before.
200  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The Differences Between Crypto and Traditional Trading on: February 01, 2019, 06:17:01 PM
Want to get started in trading digital currencies? Learn how the cryptocurrency market differs from traditional markets, and how Zeon.io can help you navigate the cryptocurrency trading world.
I was a forex and commodities traders and have over 7 years trading experience.  I do trade with alpari,  openforex and so many of them but I could said that both commodities, forex and stocks market are relatively less in risk compared to cryptocurrencies market and cryptocurrency market has proven to be in a developmental strive that is going to replace those market.  It do not most times obey technical indicators and it do make surprise move that most time it seems that the market is manipulated.  Unlike stocks, forex and commodities market that cannot be manipulated.
In stock market the profits are not going to be in three digit percentage but in crypto it has and even chances of four or five digit percentage profitable even in a year so the process of crypto trading is huge risk than any other tradings. But looks easy for the newbie who learned few indicators and how to convert the cryptos but end up losing everything.
