41  Economy / Economics / Re: Banks against the crypto on: March 15, 2019, 09:11:06 AM
But I think not all banks having the same perspective on crypto there are some other supportive on crypto.
No bank is going to support crypto when it was created with the intention of destroying them and there are many conspiracy theories says that all the banks in the world controlled by certain group of people so all banks will just have same opinion about crypto currencies.
But the question is, is it really created to destroy bank?

I guess not, bank still has more adoption compared to crypto and it's impossible to eliminate banks in this world because of crypto, unless people are using crypto as their money for daily transaction.

That scenario is impossible, many will still choose to use paper money and banks produce that.
IMO,the cryptos were created to eliminate third part while doing transactions so yes it was created to eliminate banks.

Banks also created few centuries ago, before that there were different kind of payment system we had so the chances of replacing the current system with the new also possible. Many people uses banks but they they have no need for that the banks will eventually get disappear.

They might be losing their capability to dominate if they neglect to accept crypto in the future same thing as we store our fiat money or being as a third party. Though the purpose of crypto is not replacing fiat but to give us some options of what we have to used in a certain transactions.
But I'm sure banks will still remain even there is a mass adoption of crypto cause it is getting more safe to stored our money in banks rather than it stay in online wallets, it happens that people will convert cryptos into fiat money and stored in the banks.
This is how banks were able to beat gold and put their fiat in its place, people were unable to secure their gold and then banks offered to keep their coins safe for them and then they began to use fractional reserve banking to increase their profits, if we really want things to change we need to take responsibility of our coins and store them safely ourselves especially since hardware wallets are so cheap, but I do not have high hopes this will happen and so banks will try fractional reserve banking with bitcoin once people give up control of their bitcoins to them.
We have no reason to give our bitcoins for the banks to keep,if we are doing that means there is no means for decentralization here.

Everything will change,so people also may get changed in the future if we want to be their banks rather than trusting a third party and giving them opportunity to make money for themselves.
44  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Got a Job after loosing hope in Bounties on: March 14, 2019, 01:00:33 PM
When you simply living your life from the money comes from bounties then you are just wasting it,you can't be rich by doing this you need to have capital to invest big even in crypto currencies for that you need to work. The life of bounty hunter is always in an uncertain condition so either you can do crypto trading if you don't want to work under someone but its still risky job though.
45  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Celebrities you probably don't know were(are) aggressive gamblers on: March 14, 2019, 04:53:23 AM
Celebrities are also humans so it is just a normal thing if they are getting addicted to gambling but if they are getting over addicted means they can even lose their career so they always stay at the limit to ensure that their future is in secure place.

Here is a list of celebrities who were or are in gambling addictions : https://www.ranker.com/list/celebrities-who-have-gambling-problems/celebrity-lists
46  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I'm buying alts now on: March 13, 2019, 05:22:40 PM
As long as you can follow the trading activity and development of these altcoins I don't see any reason why you should not keep them, there are times that its more profitable to invest in altcoins than Bitcoin, sometimes they beat Bitcoin in bull market.
Trading of altcoins doesn't connected with holding,if your intention is for holding long term then you should research more about what altcoins you are going to hold, for me having the high ranked market cap coins will be better than low volume and cheap even if they are good because the chances of surviving by them at long run is hard.
47  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Strategy on: March 13, 2019, 01:12:12 PM
Up until now there is not a proven working strategy in gambling and I think it will be not available until the end of this world because it simply does not exist and cannot be invented.

The reason behind my statement is that no strategy can beat the house edge which all casinos have together with the luck factor.
Bring your luck is the only strategy to win on gambling.

There are some strategies like martingale to have some profits by gambling but it is also not going to give us 100% win on bets.Maybe cheating can be a strategy though but I won't do it.

how can you bring your luck when luck is verry rare to occur ? we dont control it  and we dont have the ability to bring it to us . luck just strike randomly in unexpected manner  .  you did mention martingale  ,  to be honest i also use that strategy before and i can say that its worth it because i can win more often compare to when playing randomly but its only good for several tries  .  if you use martingale in the long run   , you can still experience to loose  .
Literally we can't bring fortune for us so it does means that we don't have any gambling strategy to win on bets.

As long as you were betting you have more chances of losing so don't try it though.

49  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Mistakes need to avoid in day trading on: March 13, 2019, 08:10:37 AM
It's really good trading in bullish market but there could be cases a bearish market could be of profit. Those things that you included is very helpful. Trading base on emotion is not quite the key in trading. Much better if you learn.
Bullish or bearish is not a big matter for the day traders, since they all need to concentrate on the time period what they were trying to do trades and how much price swing in that space is matters. What I feel about the mistakes done by day traders is doing trades with not clear goal of how much profits they were looking for so they were just gambling will make them to be in loss.
50  Economy / Economics / Re: Can bitcoin be worthless? on: March 13, 2019, 06:58:54 AM
Due to the limitation of 21m, and 20% of this amount being lost in the blockchain, I believe that bitcoin is a rare product and a lot of acceptance, it would be very difficult to be useless, it would have many advantages for those who never get it!
Less availability doesn't alone made the bitcoin to be worthy,it has some real usage which creates demand for it causing real value as well. But the limited availability makes the bitcoin more expensive when the demand increased which has positive as well as negative.Positive thing is that bitcoin will attract lot of people to make more money if the price increase but the price increase makes the bitcoin to be used as an investment not as currency.
51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is the cryptocurrency market starting to improve slowly? on: March 12, 2019, 07:04:06 PM
Good evening, I want to hear your opinion about the crypto market lately. Has the market really improved? Then when is the right time to start a long-term investment? Thank you in advance.

Regards,

warrior.coins
Bitcoin was already aged more than 10 years now and there were lot of crypto currencies were created after bitcoin,so now it all has very great value when compared to it was launched so it means it actually improved right?

Since 2018 the prices were bearish but you can compare the current prices with lower price of cryptos by this year to see how much it was grown in this year.
52  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as a better store of value than gold on: March 12, 2019, 01:44:48 PM
It can't be better store of value than gold when it is having high volatility on its price unlikely gold is one of the most stable asset on this earth so people can save their money in the form of gold bars without any fear but in bitcoin their holding value might decreased upto 10 times in less than a year or upside down as well.
53  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do you think should I buy for 1 year? on: March 12, 2019, 12:59:59 PM
Just buy bitcoin with your $1000,and hopefully you will get a better price rise for it in 2020 due to the next halve.Maybe it will take upto 2021 too but it is worth to wait that much longer to make something huge and you already said this capital is not much important for you so you should definitely go for bitcoin.
54  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Where and which part of day do you gamble? on: March 12, 2019, 08:34:08 AM
Gambling is meant to spent our free time,so I am also following the same when I have boredom I visit gambling sites if I have some bitcoin on that account. But I am not gambling much since I found myself as unlucky so no need to waste much money here.

no its not  . gambling is not meant to spent our free time but its only optional . some gamble on thier free time in order to pass the time and to have fun while other play gamble all the time becuase they treat it as a source of income or a profitable activity  .

Quote
.But I am not gambling much since I found myself as unlucky so no need to waste much money here.

if your unlucky that does not mean that you will be unlucky forever  . in gambling all have the chance to win  .  why not try again next day or next time  ? and why cant you just treat gambling as a kind of entertainment  to have fun ? in that way you wont mind loosing if ever you will loose  .
If you are smart you won't treat gambling as your source of income,so if people think this one of way to make money then will face huge problems.

Why I don't want to try because I fee spending too much of moey for gambling is just wasting our money because making money is not easy in the modern world.

56  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is bitcoin gambling really accepted in China ? on: March 11, 2019, 02:45:05 PM
I think bitcoin gambling is still not accepted in china because how would they buy bitcoin if it is illegal in china.
You have a point that gambling cannot be accepted in china because they prohibited bitcoin and other cryptopcurrencies in their country. But do you think online gambling is legal in china ?

Gambling is really originated from china and there are a lot of casinos in china that there are a lot of gamblers wants to go and play. But online gambling is not allowed china because it is considered as an illegal gambling, that is why it is impossible for you to play bitcoin gambling in china. But there are still online gambling sites that are in china that are not yet banned because they are not yet discovered by their government.
I am not sure this can be real, why only online gambling is banned when they legalized gambling?

Wikepedia says gambling is completely prohibited in China, source : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gambling_in_China
57  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: trade without id verification? on: March 11, 2019, 01:02:38 PM
I typically go through a P2P exchange service like Paxful or LBC for a fiat-to-crypto transfer without KYC (though you'll likely pay a premium for this on certain payment methods), and I use Binance for trading crypto-to-crypto without KYC. There's plenty of smaller exchanges out there that also don't require KYC for operation, but volume is typically pretty low on them and I would much rather trade with a more established exchange than a smaller and newer one.
Even LBC needs verification in these days, they had changed their terms and conditions so if you are still doing trades on LBC means you need to verify your ID to continue trading there.

For now Binance is one of the best exchange where we need no KYC for 2 bitcoin daily limit but it needs registration though.
58  Economy / Speculation / Re: 'Bitcoin will run up to $5,000 by May' on: March 11, 2019, 10:57:58 AM
Possibly, because the price of bitcoin is nearing $4000 in gradually mode so in to month of space it might hit more than $5000 as well if this process keep continues but still its just a prediction so no one know it what will happen.
59  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will an increase in bitcoin price affect the gambling industry on: March 11, 2019, 09:14:56 AM
Gambling will always be present no matter what but if bitcoin price increases, I believe that more gambling sites will be created and so the gambling industry will continue to grow. Even without the significant increase in bitcoin's price, we are already seeing that  gambling site is being launched everyday. How much more if the bitcoin really soar high? Come to think of it.  Wink
Gambling is one of the activity which found for centuries so it won't get affected because of the price increase or decrease in very high extent, they maybe some people who will not play when they have bought their chips when the prices are too high but apart from it people who are gambling daily will convert their fiat into crypto so there won't be much difference.
60  Economy / Economics / Re: Gold exist 1000+ years. while bitcoins exist 10 years. on: March 11, 2019, 05:37:44 AM
Gold has it's history before, and we know that gold was already in human life for a long time ago while bitcoin is only 10 years since the first time people knew it. Gold and bitcoin have each journey, and we cannot compare each other. But bitcoin has a bright future because bitcoin is a new technology which can grow more than now. When technology can improve, it means we will see better technology in the future, and it will help us to get a better life too.
Both were different completely so no need to compare each at all.

Bitcoin may be very less aged when compared to gold but it has grown very rapid when compared to gold or any other valuable metals, but it has own disadvantage as well when compared to most stable valuable thing like gold.
