61  Economy / Economics / Re: Cashless Economy: Is Society ready for transformation? on: March 11, 2019, 05:00:37 AM
Cashless India, the Digital India programme is a flagship programme of the Government of India with a vision to transform India into a digitally empowered society and knowledge economy. “Faceless, Paperless, Cashless” is one of the professed roles of Digital India.
Lets discuss!!
Nothing like that happened in India,it is still the same, poor people earnings less than a dollar in that country so how can you expect it can turn into cashless economy.First they need to concentrate on the employment issues in their country before asking them to use digital money.
62  Economy / Speculation / Re: Reversal of Bear Market? on: March 09, 2019, 02:03:05 PM
Trading volume of Bitcoin increasing and the price stay strong above $3500, so in my opinion in a few day more the price will reach to $5000, actually we already in semi bull market because many altcoin already making big gainer more than 100%. If the price of Bitcoin going up to $5000 so others altcoin has potential to going up more than that.
We are in the $3300+ range for too long o how can you predict that it will change in few days.

I don't see any further movement of the prices so we still at the near end of bear market or at the verge of bull market but it will take time to reach the next resistance level.

Contacting seller is not the only option for you,you can even show the proof that you send legit codes.I think you didn't complete that trade which causes all these problem, the seller might contacted the support team and provided all the proof that he was scammed that is why they blocked you account, this is not going to happen with everyone.
64  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are ICOs dying off? on: March 09, 2019, 07:29:53 AM
I don't think ICOs are dying off, I think the failure of ICOs to raise enough money is due to the general market conditions. The whole market is dropping hard and people are taking money out of the market, so it is hard for ICOs to raise money when there is not money in circulation.
Everyone is holding their coins now so it is not the right time for someone to collect their funds,if they want they might accept fiat payment but still it is not going to help lot to collect money so better to stay away from launching the new projects as well.
65  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Localbitcoins - this is the end? on: March 09, 2019, 06:13:44 AM
Did the other people have the same thing as you? I am curious why only you get the experience? Or maybe you miss something, and you don't realize about that.

My suggestion is to wait for a while until they answer you, and if you do not receive any answer, you can try to send a message to them again. But still, I am curious about your case. I am sure that LBC doesn't want to steal any bitcoin from the customer and if they take bitcoin, why only you who only have less than 1 bitcoin while in the other account, I am sure that they have much bitcoin and it's ready to steal.
The reason might be somewhat unnatural behaviour happened on OPs account that is why they blocked the account and want to resolve it,but on the screenshot he provided there is something problem with the trade so it also might be a reason. But I can sure that not everyone is facing this situation you can use LBC as always.
66  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: After long break I started constant betting and this is what happen today? on: March 08, 2019, 05:21:22 PM
Cool story bro, Damn I don't know how much I lost in the last 10 years or so of my gambling addiction. Heck I even would escape my job and play in a casino and then make excuses not to go to work the next day until one day they have to let me go. It really sucks but I guess I have to man up and make a turn for the better. I still played but not like before though, I just control myself (which is very hard to do) and not to recover all my losses in that (bad) run I have years ago.
Trying to not to recover the lost amount of the gambling sites is also need to be considered as a form of controlling ourselves. But you need to remember that you can't make your life earnings from gambling for that you need to go to job,or do some business.I always having control my gambling activities under my limit because I know that I can't afford much for it,if I have that money I can invest it to somewhere I can keep making assured earnings.
67  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Localbitcoins - this is the end? on: March 08, 2019, 04:25:14 PM
Your LBC account has balance of about 0.01BTC which is not such a huge amount for them to take it away from you, there are lot of people who is holding 100+BTC or even more who are doing day trading in it.So I never have doubt on LBC and after this thread I visited my LBC and never any issue happened and balance is also there. Smiley

I hope you will restore your account once you solve the issue, just keep contacting the support team.
68  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Localbitcoins - this is the end? on: March 08, 2019, 11:29:57 AM
I am not getting it right? Why they need to need to freeze your account now when you have issues on the trades which happened 2017?  You are just now logging in after that trade?

For me I am using LBC for long time and without making any issues while the trades so I can open or do trades or whatever I want and also I have some bitcoins in it.
69  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All about bounty payments and its effect to the project on: March 08, 2019, 08:37:46 AM
I was once an investor had few gains to some ICO/crowdsale but made many losses so I decided to stop participating in ICO instead I do bounties and buy it thru exchanges from bounty hunters dumping it.

I know for a fact that most of you know this situation and are guilty of it,  price tends to tank due to bounty hunters selling their share of tokens for cheap. I think its better to pay hunters in eth or other alts rather than risking the price of their token or coin in that way they could also help their investors and boost confidence to their future and their project. Well for me a falling price is a mark of a failing project "ICO's"
In my view the bounty hunters selling won't affect the prices much because their allocation is very small from the total creation so even if all the bounty rewards sold immediately on exchanges it could result upto 5% or less on the prices and the remaining were caused by the short term investors.
70  Economy / Economics / Re: How does a Bitcoin have any value? on: March 08, 2019, 05:28:52 AM
The physical value of any product didn't get value for it,only the demand does such like gold and any other resource present in this world getting value for it.

Bitcoin has been used by lot of people for various purpose even though it mainly created for the payment system so which has demand and got value as well based on that.

It may increase or decrease in the future based on how people uses it and how much used by.
71  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is right or wrong that bitcoin price will up to $160k in 2023? on: March 07, 2019, 02:06:48 PM
Wow,prediction for 2023? But I feels it really too early just speculate and predict the price of 2019 and make the crypto currencies to step on 20120 first.

I really don't trust the prediction much because the prediction will varies based on how the price chart gets analysed so don't get your hopes to high.
72  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading with small budget on: March 07, 2019, 01:21:06 PM
Smaller values too can be of huge cause because as we know the cryptocurrency markets are in demand which will only make them go upwards in the future.

Even investing a single dollar can make huge changes ahead as even single satoshi can be much valuable ahead. Peoples who newly start into trading won’t go for higher amounts as soon as they start so there surely might be a number of exchanges supporting lower volumes.
But it is not possible for them to withdraw that $1 amout of crypto currencies because as far as I know most of the exchanges have withdrawal fee of about 0.0005 BTC or above.THey can hope that their coin will have so much value from now but for that they need to keep them in a wallet not on exchanges.
73  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading with small budget on: March 07, 2019, 04:36:36 AM
I don't see any good reason why anyone will want to trade with as low as $1, it doesn't make any sense because I don't think $1 worth of coin would give you any profit, you might just end up losing all your funds to fee on exchange.
I don't think there is any exchange that allows one to trade with as low as $1 with very low fees and even if there is any, I won't advise you to trade with the such amount of money unless you are ready to give it up as fees.

I agree, it looks strange if someone wants to trade with only 1$ but on the other hand it could make sense. But only in terms of gaining experiences and learning. Then I can understand that someone wants to invest only such small amount and not to risk anything. Still even in that case I would invest a bit more to get more realistic feeling. Exactly the fact that you can trade with really small amounts makes really big advantage for Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies compared to other trading assets like stocks or similar.
Still one dollar can't be useful for trading on exchanges since most of the trading platforms assigned some minimum transaction limit value so we need to have some amount to get that value away from that minimum limit and also can have choices while choosing the trading pairs.
74  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What has changed? Is it moving forward? on: March 07, 2019, 01:40:01 AM
It is still an risky investment because the price fell too much in the current bear run and people might not invest their money again due to the fear of losing the capital. But it is slowly getting recognized but not as currency but it will gradually happens in the future since we are just at the beginning of crypto currency era.

It's true, cryptocurrency era has just begun and there is still a long way to go. But people are expecting too much in too short period of time and don't have enough patience, that is when disappointment often appears. Many were carried away by the period of time when the price was very high thinking the price will only grow further but, of course, that prediction was wrong and many were turned back to reality very soon. Everything takes time and that refers to Bitcoin too.
When we are using the bitcoin completely off the purpose the meaning of its invention we can't blame it because it is our fault that to use bitcoin as an investment. It is a money which needs to be spend and keep circulated all over the place to know what we can get from adoption of decentralized payment system.
75  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: “Cryptos” - A new tv show about cryptocurrency on: March 06, 2019, 05:19:19 PM
There’s a new tv show in development called “Cryptos”, it will star actor Kevin Connolly.  When the actor was asked to comment on the show’s plot, he said: “The thing that scares people about crypto is a lack of understanding, People like myself are still learning, but the curiosity is there.”

I personally think this type of show, if done well, can raise a lot of awareness about bitcoin and move the market forward, so i'm excited! What do you guys think?
I didn't see any shows related to cryptos ever since I was here so if it is available on Youtube please leave the link to it here.

It may create awareness as well as manipulation so depends on the people aho are directing that show the benefits will depends.

77  Economy / Economics / Re: Acceptance of bitcoin as a payment! on: March 06, 2019, 01:40:25 PM
People find more benefits from bitcoin by using it as an investments so they were keep doing that, the problem of bitcoin is its volatile price so it is not accepted by many shop holders so how can we make pay using bitcoin when we don't have an option to that yet.But everything will change, the adoption will occurs first and then people will adopt to the right way of using the bitcoins.
78  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are you following your gut instinct in trading? on: March 06, 2019, 07:43:56 AM
Well, everyone following it because we are just doing trading when we get a feels that this product will get more value in future so having it now will give us a chance to make money while the price increases. In crypto trading it will be well suited for long term investors because they are investing on a coin based on their opinion they are not going to use analysis for very long term investment.
79  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchains are still early! on: March 06, 2019, 06:46:18 AM
Blockchain technology was implemented way back then it was implemented on bitcoin at 2017 so it is literally not new when compared to the technologies were are using like smartphones but applications are blockchain is is not implemented on many places so it looks new to the common people.
You didnt get this topic, moving from one system from another is slow process, it can last very long, how much will last implementing blockchain  in global economy we will see, some people say 5 years, others 20, but I guess we will need to wait to see.
Here the main word is global, globally, not individuals, its about full adoption of blockchain, and I think thats coming.
Sorry for those typos,I actually said that we are adopting to the blockchain technology slower when compared to the other new technologies like android because we still didn't find the applications of blockchain at many places.
