181  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much can you earn with gambling? on: November 11, 2015, 04:56:48 AM
with gambling you can surely earn a lot of money you can even earn millions though you have to be extremely lucky

I do not think so..
If gambling really can earn a lot of money, why i keep see a lot people lost their money in gambling?
losing in gambling is something of an unavoidable future, assuming one gambles or plays a certain game indefinitely. most times, a casino game is designed to profit the house in the long run, otherwise there wouldnt be much sense in running a casino. a lucky player may strike a few times and multiply their bank, but that mindset gets a player broke eventually as they keep playing. even more so if they try to recover their losses.
182  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: is gambling fix your life? or wreck your life? on: November 10, 2015, 06:17:37 AM
At first this thing will fix your life for sure. But soon or later if you addicted sure it will wreck your life no matter how rich you are if you can't control your life with gambling thing you will always be on bottom, the hard you struggle the deeper your loss
not really, if someone has the spare money to gamble with, its safe to assume that individual isnt exactly in need of life-fixing as far as their finances go. the way i see it, gambling in excess only leads to people digging themselves in a hole that's not exactly easy to get out of.

yes you are right, my friend even won 1 BTC of parlay with bets 0.001BTC. he made a lot of teams and all won, yeah it was called "extremely lucky"

So he just multiplied his bet up to x1000 Shocked Damn that was a massive winnings! I wonder how many teams he bet on parlay , do you know?

That is only luck. Not always be like that or may be just trolling? 1000x multiplier is huge but I only ever saw other doing the highest parlay is 12 if I am not mistake and the multiplier is not that hit 1000x
1000x is is doable, just pick the right games that end up in an upset victory. however, i think that getting your betslip to those ridiculous odds would be the hardest part. after that, its all a matter of the underdog victories coming though.
184  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much can you earn with gambling? on: November 09, 2015, 10:03:08 PM
My best earning from gambling is 0.2 BTC
That is from zero, I collect 0.002 BTC and gamble it.
 Cheesy

That is quite interesting. Where did you collect the 0.002 BTC? Is that from a one time gambling or from several days? What is your long term performance?
most likely he did a random 100x roll off the faucet on a dice site somewhere and went off that. that, or a giveaway from one of the threads over in the games and rounds section.
5 days ago i won 53,000 PHP or worth of 3BTC in 4 digit lottery Plus 6 months ago i also win 4,500 php or worth of 0.2579 btc plus i also won in sport betting is just few bitcoins i think around 0.1
So my total earnings is 3.3579 Bitcoins.
I dont know all my total loses because every day i bought tickets and always trying my luck in 6 digits draw. Every day i spent around 0.008625-0.01 Bitcoin for betting.
3 bitcoin win that's awesome you win all from .01 bet? will you continue to play or will ya stop and keep your 3 btc safe? lol
better off he stops altogether and sets it aside, more often than note others in a similar situation find themseves broke all over again, believing they can continue winning.
185  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betting in Sports on: November 09, 2015, 07:31:09 PM
Do you like betting in Sports or Sports trading?

It's my favourite gambling subject Cheesy
No house edge!
no house edge, but there is a rake the sportsbook site takes for hosting the bet. even if the odds were 50-50, you wouldnt double your money if you won, it would be a tad less.
186  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling for a living or a living for Gambling? on: November 09, 2015, 07:23:05 PM
i just do gambling for fun i use the money i get in for signature campaign and i try to gamble to make more but it always end with a sad ending XD  that is all Tongue
if youre losing every time, youre just wasting time. try not gambling away whatever you get next time and save it up for something nice.

Yeah, my gambling's focus ia gambling for living. When I have money, surely I will spend it for living or investation to reward myself

I don't live with gambling,
because gambling make me don't live  Huh

Sometimes when you're lucky enough , gambling will make more living and more will come.
making a consistent income from gambling requires some impossible degree of luck, or more commonly, a fair amount of skill in a game with some degree of skill involved, such as poker.
187  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betting in Sports on: November 09, 2015, 07:58:37 AM
I like because there is no fixed house edge and you can make your own odds if you know the teams you are betting.

And there are plenty of options if you are willing to take more or less risks

Agreed with you, there is minimum risk involved in betting on sports. There are many options available to place the bets, if you place the bets as per the current situation in the matches then you can be always in the profits.
In sports betting no one can stop you from being win , but in other games like slots and dices , results could be manipulated and made to lose you.
I bet regularly on cloudbet and directbet.
dont forget, fixed matches in real life sports exist too, its just that these events are harder to prove. however, a fixed match in professional sports has nothing against the betters, and theres usually something bigger in the picture than a few sportsbook bets.
188  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What Happen If Gambling was not introduced? on: November 09, 2015, 07:51:10 AM
Gambling created many problems, anger, addiction, and debt.

The creators of Satoshi Mines and Bustabit, damn, they're rich.
there's a lot more to gambling than just those sites, i guarantee the big casinos (real life ones) see as much money trade hands in one night than these bitcoin casinos might in a weeks or even a month. not only are there dozens of people playing in these casinos, a fair number of them bring a fair amount of money with them, and there is nothing like a "faucet" like online casinos might have. in fact, many table games, such as blackjack and hold em have a small fee to play a hand.
189  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much can you earn with gambling? on: November 09, 2015, 07:29:59 AM
think of this, to a professional gambler, gambling is nothing more than a job. they dont play for fun, they play to win and make money so they can maintain their lifestyle.
and also most of them became a millionaire from their main job as a professional gambler and live with a glamorous lifestyle
completely untrue, only very few, among even the professionals, make it big enough to "live it big." keep im mind that being professional only means you do that job or activity for a living wage, and gamblers that only win enough to make a modest living do exist in the middle ground. you make it sound as if anyone who dedicates their time to gambling can suddenly come out with 10 lamborghinis a year Cheesy
190  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is their any safe methods to gamble? on: November 08, 2015, 06:21:48 AM
lets think for a second: if a form or method of gambling that was safe and consistently made money, everyone would be making a living off the casinos using that method. there is never a "safe" way to go about gambling, it all comes down to being a simple game of chance. also, its possible that games that were "safe" and profitable for the player can be created, but no casino would ever actually open up one of those to be playable. makes no sense in opening up a stand that is expected to lose the house money.

there isnt a house edge, but there is a rake that the casino takes in place. the availability of options is, i think, what sets apart sportsbooks from more "traditional" gambling games. point spread, over or under, etc gives one the possibility of gaining an edge to turn a profit in the long run.
192  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is their any safe methods to gamble? on: November 08, 2015, 02:59:00 AM
The safest method to gamble Smiley which I known, it is an investment in the creation of gambling sites, or to create own gambling site with cryptocurrency as a payment method.

This is partially correct because some times new start up gambling site owner don't manage properly then they also win make lose due to not many players so you should make sure invest in a good gambling site to make some profits. It is very easy to come up with gambling site but attracting people to your site is a very big issue with new gambling site unless if your ready to spend lot of money on advertisements.
i think its still pretty risky to start up a gambling site, with the market for bitcoin gambling sites/casinos as saturated as it is at the moment. without some unique idea or feature that will attract people to a site, there isnt much aside from giveaways and advertising one can do to attract players. and with that much money put into advertising, its impossible to say when your site would actually start turning a profit.
193  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling be profitable in long term ? on: November 07, 2015, 07:11:06 PM
Ofcourse you're going to lose at the end if you keep gambling without knowing when to stop.
You can make some profit by safe method like martiangle 50% and remember don't be greed or house edge will busted you out

...
Mine is sports-betting. ;P

Sport bet is house edge free. That's good choice
not exactly, sportsbooks still take a percent rake from the bets, otherwise they would have no way of making money. however, those odds depend on their bookies, so there is a chance to take advantage of this and place arbitrage bets across multiple sportsbook sites to net a marginal profit.
194  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much can you earn with gambling? on: November 07, 2015, 08:47:30 AM
I earned nothing from gambling. I just gamble for fun. The lost money is very small amount, so does not affect my life.
losing isnt really fun now is it Undecided
gambling cannot make enough money to earn a living.
if that were true, professional gamblers wouldn't exist. professional means you do that job or activity for a living.
gambling cannot make enough money to earn a living.
yeah I agree, because this will be your burden to always win. but if only to have fun so it would be good Smiley
think of this, to a professional gambler, gambling is nothing more than a job. they dont play for fun, they play to win and make money so they can maintain their lifestyle.
195  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Getting a living from Gmabling alone is possible? on: November 07, 2015, 06:32:32 AM
It is not possible to get a living from gambling alone. it is a very risky "investment" and you can loose any time. some time you will win big but sometime yo will lose big. so just invest in something else that will give you enough but sure constant returns. Thank you.
there are quite a few professional poker players who would disagree with your first statement Grin investments are a risk too, don't forget that. if some investment was truly 100% risk free and guaranteed profits, everyone would be pouring money into it, and no one would work, they would just live off of the returns from this nonexistant investment.
196  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Everyone looses in the long run on: November 07, 2015, 06:27:44 AM
You can win gambling try to play using free BTC if you win 5k or higher deposit BTC to the gambling site so you can withdraw your money together with your 5k BTC you win. I know your time will takes a lot but the point is you win ! Just my 2 cents respect my advice.
playing with the faucet will almost never get you anywhere. maybe once in a blue moon someone will come out with a sizeable amount from the faucet, but its not likely at all. youre wasting time playing with the faucet if youre expecting to win.
197  Economy / Gambling / Re: After losing all your Bitcoin on: November 06, 2015, 07:02:27 AM
If lose all, i will sell everything i don't absolutely need. Confess my mistake to my wife and explain why i did it. Work together to get out of the situation.
if youre taking bets and chances that could actually lead to you being in a financial crisis and having to resort to having to sell off your possessions, i would definitely say you have a gambling problem. trading your standard of life and accumulated wealth for a few cheap thrills is never worth it.

Every human has their own chance to get multiple and higher amount of profit.
Only yourself that able to decide how much do you want to earn.

you can earn a lot in gambling if you are a professional player but it is really risky so i wouldnt do it as i would probably loose

Who told you that? Who convinced you about that? What does it mean "being professional" in gambling? What kind of profession can be learned with gambling? ....

Dan Bilzerian is the best poker player in the world. Surely only a few people can did like him.

I'm highly sceptical about high profile gamblers, and believe most of it is rigged in a way, just to make promotions and interesting news headlines
in order to attract new people to casinos.
I think it's best not to dream about some insane winnings on impossible odds, and keep it realistic and safe. btw you don't "earn" when gambling,
it's winning and loosing, and due to human greed, in most cases it ends with a loss.

I don't think Professionals are rigging casinos and stuff like that.  They aren't usually taking the casinos money they are taking other peoples money.
we cant know that for sure, the casinos have nothing to lose from making a show out of every poker tournament, its possible that some of these tournaments are staged to attract the largest audience possible. after all, tens of millions of dollars can trade places in a single major poker tournament.

by making gambling as a hobby he become a poker player and now he could be a rich man from it
but what a shame he didn't share his experience at this forum or perhaps he didn't know bitcointalk.org Grin Grin Grin

why would he want to? why share your secrets to being that successful, which might create competition that might jeopardize his chances/odds of winning his big games? doesnt really make much sense to do so. "a magician never reveals their secrets."

Always remember this:

There is no safe way to gamble unless you find an exploit in a casino.

This short and sweet statement holds enormous amount of truth inside Grin

I agree partly, you can win a lot of money if you find an exploit in a casino, but even then you can't name it a safe method because you might be killed or seriously injured in case you are exposed.
haven't you heard of Hufflepuff ? he used an exploit on PD and stunna paid him over 2.5k btc without any legal lawsuit against him.
also stunna didnt killed him...lol
at the time when it happened, stunna and the rest of the PD staff didnt know he was using an exploit, so they had no choice but to pay him out or get a bad rep for not paying out big winners. also, im not sure how such a lawsuit would turn out: first off, stunna would have to actually find the actual person associated with the handle "hufflepuff" from pd, and the court would have had to rule that bitcoin was indeed property/currency at the time.
