281  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is the chance of Bitcoin being 1000 us dollars in the next year on: April 01, 2015, 04:12:47 PM
i was wondering what people think about the value of 1 bitcoin in the future
Around 30% i'd say but it's more likely to happen on end of 2016 or 2017.
282  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is DEA Agent Force Responsible For MtGox Collapse? on: April 01, 2015, 04:10:51 PM

284  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Are they awake in China? Tool for determining timezones in a country on: April 01, 2015, 03:58:57 PM

IMO, The proposed wedge has played out with the throw-over to $152. Since nothing came of it in the form of violent break out, I believe it wasn't ever a wedge in the first place, and it shows serious weakness in bullish attempts at rallying.

Because TA works in the bitcoin world!
What is TA?

technical analysis i think, unless he mean something else
Oh i see, but that's bullshit as then anyone could predict the maket price anytime and profit with no problem..
That would be like fortune telling lol.
286  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Paid per post on: April 01, 2015, 12:18:56 PM
Hello,

I heard and read that it's possible to make bitcoins from writing and replying to posts on this forum.
Is it true?

So far I wrote few posts, but I can not see my earnings...
Yep it's possible. Check the service section but most of them accept only higher rank members.
But you may also buy an account with higher rand and straight join for example the campaign i'm in.
It auto pays and i like it myself.
287  Economy / Speculation / Re: Humans aren't rational. Bitcoin won't be a % of world economy, but a multiple. on: April 01, 2015, 12:09:14 PM
You forgot aliens!!

For all we know there are numerous alien species in this universe (and maybe even parallel universes) that could come to earth (or in a future human colony in the Milky Way) and embrace bitcoin! We wouldn't even have communication problems due to different languages with them since bitcoin is backed by math! Truly a borderless currency.

Imagine the potential there!
You're joking about it but there really may be somr alien specie that will talk to us and say that blockchain technology is the future for money...imagine the rally Cheesy
There wouldn't be a rally, there would be a huge crash across the board and chaos everywhere as everyone panics about a potential alien invasion
Stupid people would do that but we wouldn't be able to do resist even if that would  be the case.
I myself if some alien would annouce thwt, would stock with bitcoins in huge numbers.
288  Economy / Speculation / Re: Maybe I was wrong about bitcoin - the bear market is over, bulls are coming! on: April 01, 2015, 12:05:57 PM
where will the price go from here? up or down? it looks like there is a balance between good and bad news, but still i am not buying until it drops to 200$ which i still believe it will in a short term..
We will probabky head up to 300+ after maybe small dump to 200 as lows.
Atleast i belive that.
289  Economy / Speculation / Re: Future looking bright. Going back up. on: April 01, 2015, 12:02:49 PM
Now that we've hit the 2 month low. The price will rally back up to 245!

Happy April fools day!
2 months low? We are above 245 already so what are you talking about?

What are you talking about. MtGox charts show me it is below $200 which is bad news.

I think MtGox need to stop with charging fees as it might scare away customers.
Mtgox is already closed for like 2+ years so keep your trolling.

Txid or it didnt happen Cheesy Cheesy
Oh yeah - it happened.  This is how it works in Vegas.  Even bitcoins used in Vegas - stay in Vegas.

Read the ad - this fine young lady clearly knows her cryptocurrency.  She accepts bitcoin for services and proudly advertises same.

I am going to go to Vegas someday.  Smiley
She looks quite amazing, i'd hit that Grin
Also i don't see big deal with accepting bitcoin as they can exchange them at any ATM.

Anything is exploitable when it's in wrong hands and it's also heaven for anyone who can use it propertly.

though a few more feedback will be good too. who knows? they might take interest and we might start seeing more bitcoin news there  Tongue

That may be good idea, i'll contact them as soon as i'll get on my laptop.
298  Other / Meta / Re: This forum + TOR on: March 31, 2015, 09:19:07 PM
Presumably, Satoshi used tor to post on this forum. Otherwise his anonymity would....well not exist.

I find it annoying how we have to pay to make use of this forum using tor, especially given what has led us here.

You only have to pay if you register an account from an IP address that was used to register a shitload of accounts.

If you register the account from a 'clean' IP you can then connect through TOR and use the forums without any problem.

That opens another set of problems: You would have to either find a "clean" TOR exit node (as far as I understand), or register through a clearnet public IP, otherwise your privacy would still be compromised Smiley
Yep you would have to do exactly this or even simpler would be buying an account from some other forun member.
Low rank one would cost you maybe 0.005BTC tops.

You can also overcome that easily...just register at friend or ask an friend to register you.
Quite simple, no?

it's just a simple explanation, but sufficient enough to make people understand. hopefully this will invite more people into using bitcoin in their everyday lives.  Smiley
one thing that kinda irks me is the way they made bitcoin mining sound so easy and cheap...

I don't think it's a recent addition to their page.  It still says Mt Gox is the largest exchange, heh.  It was likely written at a time when it was slightly easier and cheaper to mine.  Not a bad effort considering it's a mainstream site, though.  Just needs a bit of an update.
Oh i didn"t notice that rofl..someone should contact them it's quite important fact.

sent them a feedback about Mt.gox and ASIC miners. hopefully they'll update it soon.  Smiley
