261  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Did you fall for the current dip and sell off on: June 08, 2021, 02:35:35 PM
Looking at the price today, I am pretty glad that I sold most of the coins in my portfolio while on the others, I took the capital and let the profits sit there in the exchange spot. Had I not sold majority of my coins, I would've lost a lot. And right now, the only thing I am doing is watching for some significant news or price movents on big exchanges. Only when I get positive news and movements of price will I start rebuying my favorite coins again. I may even choose not to buy some of the coins I had in my portfolio last time anymore depending on their performance.
262  Other / Off-topic / Re: The ANONYMOUS video is FAKE... on: June 08, 2021, 02:14:27 PM
It was already pretty obvious that it isn't from anonymous. I never even finished the video since I lost interest halfway. The way the statements were built along with other small factors just like op said, clearly screams fake and way too far from actual anonymous messages. This was just an attempt of a fanboy who may have lost some investment funds due to the tweets of Elon Musk. Which may have been his reason to use and take advantage of the fame of the anonymous to somehow get back at Elon Musk. The guy must have been really angry to go this far.
263  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Would you "swap" your crypto for a Tesla? on: June 07, 2021, 05:55:11 PM
Well, it depends. If I had so much cryptocurrencies at my disposal, then why not? I mean, what better ways would there be to contribute to world wide adoption of cryptocurrencies than to actually use it in buying things that have physical value? And most of all with huge amounts. But that only applies if I already have lots of cars already that aren't electric. Because I honestly do prefer hearing the sound of the engine with a great exhaust than a silent one.
264  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Are Airdrops and Bounties worth the work? on: June 07, 2021, 04:01:35 PM
Had this question been in the past, my asnwers would have been a lot different from today. Because if you ask me, despite of the fact that most of the airdrops are free the amount of rewards are already very small and would somehow be just a huge waste of time specially with the fact that mkst of the airdrops nowadays are scams. If I were to put some effort, I would rather go and join other bounties instead which has better compensation for your efforts. I suggest that you also do the same.
265  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Elon going to sell his BTCs? on: June 07, 2021, 03:37:36 PM
The guy clearly is playing with this industry. I really do not understand why peoppe still believe the bullsh*t that are on his tweets. The guy loves the attention and doesn't care about the domino effect of his tweets he got his profits already and may have been accumulating on the dips. If you still believe in Elon Musk's tweets, you'b be better of believing unicorns instead. At least it won't harm your investments. He is indeed intelligent but that doesn't give him the right to play with people's assets.

267  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Show me your biggest gains! on: June 06, 2021, 06:39:34 PM
Man, how can you even call that small gain? That obviously is pretty masive and amazing! I would be jumping non-stop for hours if I ever get to profit from my investments that much. Too bad though, I still cannot afford to go big yet. But even so, I am still hoping one day I'd get the chance and be lucky enough to make it big like the countless success stories that I have witnessed in this industry. That would be the greatest time and achievement of my boring life.
268  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How Many Different Coins Do You Own? Me = 11 on: June 06, 2021, 02:26:23 PM
I own 11 - I don't count the stablecoin USDC

I don't own two in the list below, but if I do buy them I will use the Percentage.

9.7%   Bitcoin Cash
40.1%   Bitcoin
37.8%   ETH
1.8%   ADA
7.0%   Atom
1.0%   EOS
1.0%   CRV
1.5%   Link
2.1%   MATIC
1.9%   SOL  - don't own yet
0.4%   VET  - don't own yet
0.3%   USDC
1.5%   DOT
1.1%   XLM

Out of all the coins mentioned above the only ones I own bitcoin cash, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ada, Eos, link, matic, sol and dot. Other coins that I also own are, uniswap, Ltc, ETC and Zil. May seem too many for others but I choose to diversify more. And for the percentage, I do not bother to count. I don't trade that much so I just do random pickings and accumulate more of the one I get to pick. This random pickings happen whenever I get extra budget and so far this worked out quite well for me.
269  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Not everyone can be lucky when it comes to shitcoins on: June 06, 2021, 01:52:52 PM
This is the sad truth. Most of the people would rather chase impossible fantasies than being realistic. They would rather follow famous individuals rather than invest on well established coins which are far more better than the useless sh*t coins that are being hyped non-stop. Then in the end, they blame the whole industry because of their poor decisions. These type of people should realize how dumb it is to invest on some useless sh*tcoins that have no chance in flourishing unlike those well established coins.
270  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does the epidemic have a big impact on Bitcoin? on: June 06, 2021, 01:19:24 PM
I honestly am thinking quite the opposite of what you are saying. Because as the pandemic started affecting millions making them lose jobs, redusing roi or even making losses, most of these people has turned into this industry. This is because of fomo and the fear of losing more than they already have lost. As we know, beginners tend to think that this is a get rich quick industry. Hence, more people started to invest money.

272  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I lost all my crypto gains this not fair! on: June 05, 2021, 05:07:45 PM
Your goals may have been too much which is why you lost a lot. Common rookie mistake. You must learn to adjust your goals depending on the pace of the market like when you are aiming for huge gains, go for long. If for just a few, then go for short. Not just that, but do not set an overly exaggerated goal specially for short term. If for long term, better to invest funds that you can easily live without so that you can let it sit there without having to worry about it like a mad dog. Even in shorts, I do not recommend gambling with capital that you may need the next day. It's just that I get the feeling that you are the type of person who would gamble funds you can't afford to lose.

So yeah, that is how I do things.
273  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Elon Musk manipulating the market? on: June 05, 2021, 03:47:18 PM
He is. Elon musk is clearly manipulating the market regardless of it being intentional or unintentional. But the most important thing here is not Elon Musk's influence over the entire crypto industry but the coins themselves, particularly Bitcoin. If Bitcoin or any other coins in this industry gets easily swayed just by the words of a few influential people, then that just means that the coin itself doesn't deserve it's price. But this is a good thing that it happened now than later since this will mold this industry into a better one in the comming months or years. In time, the well established coins in this industry will have some immunity to these type of people which then would mark a new beginning for such coins.
274  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are MEME Coins A NEW Trend on: June 05, 2021, 03:11:16 PM
Sadly, meme coins really did become a new trend in the early months of 2021, even now there are still a lot of these meme coins that are being created including those that are still thriving and those that are barely hanging on. There really isn't anything much to think about when it comes to these type of coins. No matter how they mask it with several use cases, they still look the same in my eyes; sh*tcoins. I pity those who easily get tricked by the hype of these coins and invest at the peak just to lose a lot of money. I just hope that people would wake up and see how insignificant these type of coins are.
275  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin/ETH replace fiat someday? on: June 05, 2021, 02:53:07 PM
Again with this type of topic. Look, just give it a bit of effort and search for this type of topic and you will realize just how mamy times this type of topic has been talked about already. There you will see countless ideas about this that have great reasoning behind them. Although what you would mostly find are regarding bitcoin but common sense will help you to understand it more if you comoare their opinions about bitcoin to ethereum. Hint: if it is hard for bitcoin, it'll be 100x harder for ethereum let alone any other altcoins (just in case you were also wondering about this).
276  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BNB to $1k? on: June 04, 2021, 07:06:26 PM
Yup. very possible to happen and may even happen this year. just with the huge number of people using the services of binance along with the huge projects that are based on the binance chain, I really cannot think of any reason for binance to not reach this small goal. Heck, I even think that binance has the potential to actually achieve a price higher than that before this year ends. Which is why I am slowly stacking binance coins bit by bit. Binance will reach the moon soon and beyond in the coming years.
277  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is Binance too big to fail? on: June 04, 2021, 05:44:16 PM
As we all know, it actually is pretty obvious how deep rooted binance already is in this industry. And all throughout the years of its existence, the number of people using their service continued and still continues to increase from its launch date up to this day. And with all the new things that binace has contributed to this industry, the number of people that would be using their services can only go up. Which is why I am pretty sure that binance being out of business or failing is like saying bitcoin will die. Not entirely impossible but very unlikely or has very low chance of happening.
278  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which Meme Coin Will Survive Long on: June 04, 2021, 05:19:52 PM
Meme coins are trash, nothing more nothing less. And they will never amount to anything in my eyes. They do not even contribute to solving existing problems in this industry nor do they help in making the worldwide adoption of crypto currency become closer to fruition. All they do is amass fake value then dump on beginners that would have become long term crypto enthusiasts had they not met such highly hyped meme coins that made them lose huge amount of money in capital and later on their confidence and trust for this industry. This just results in giving the banks and governments more usable reasons to rain down on this industry which makes things even worse for everyone here. Damn sh*tcoins.
279  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are you done listening to Elon ? on: June 04, 2021, 04:58:22 PM
Gaining momentum or not, I never really listened to his tweets even at the time he tweeted about dogecoin. Don't get me wrong, I don't have anything against the guy. In fact, I actually admire the innovative mind of Elon Musk and all of the things he has achieved. Its just that common sense kept whispering in my head that his tweets that are related to this industry are not significant enough to give a rat's ass about. Had others possessed the same mindset, none of this unwanted scenarios should've happened. *sigh*... I really do hope that people wake up from this bullcrap pretty soon since listening to Elon musk's tweets that are related to this industry would do nothing but harm for most of the people here specially the beginners.
