I have one of their virtual debit cards. It works great, it just takes some time for the card to activate and the balance on the website does not update very frequently.

Thanks for all the help so far guys. I plan just to keep my bitcoin for a year at least and see how things are then. Would i be better off moving to a paper wallet or just keep it in electrum.
Wallet paper is really good too if you want more security, just be careful not to lose them or forgot to put them somewhere  It actually happened to my friend once and he's still searching for that piece of paper even today  |

You can become a full member in no time, and earn back a part of the coins you lost. i wish their was a way for theymos to combine my old activity from jdh015232 into this account, i tried to get my old account back after the hack, but i know it is hard on your end as their is no way to really do it and i could not verify the BTC address that i had back then. but if that were the case i could have a shot at reecouping some losses theymos can and has done that in the past. If that address held a bunch of coins from hundreds of addresses then it might be the exchange address Because many people deposited their coins to that address or the easiest way, contact the exchange and ask for list of their address |

You are just lucky Mine was hacked even with 2FA enabled and the hacker stole $5 from me so yeah, blockchain is not secure at all, use desktop or hardware then talk to me about the security oh wow i guess i will have to move away from blockchain wallets then though i dont know any other safe wallets For desktop wallet try to use electrum or if you got some money to spare go for trezor hardware wallet good luck securing your coins |

that is the issue, i dont think exchanges care/and or have the extra ppl/resources to have somebody ready to help in all of these situations. however i do know alot of exchanges check on these forums, maybe somebody high up like theymos could contact a few of the major exchanges as we watch the coins move.
Well time is ticking, we will lose the coins if we don't act quickly I agree that watching all of the transactions made can be a bit tedious especially on major exchanges, but i think they can do it if they wanted to |

it would be nice for some protocol, if we could get with exchanges to watch as we follow the transfer of coins, and for exchanges to work with the public in situations like this. that could help create some more trust in the system.

We can do that by contacting the exchange and tell them to hold the fund if they received any coins from the his address I believe he will use a major exchange like bitfinex, ecoin.etc We can get the coins back if we work quickly Anyone here can contact the exchange? |
