1141  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My response to Wadhwa from the Washington Post article "'R.I.P. Bitcoin." on: January 20, 2016, 09:11:48 AM
Wow, this is a great counteract from that news actually
I hope Wadhwa read this post so he knew his mistakes and hopefuly apologize to the public (doubt it)

1142  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scammer scam me 2650 rub.(0.955 gr. of gold) bitgold! on: January 20, 2016, 09:00:57 AM
Scammers Huh Where?
OP is
If you look at his trust rating he tried to spread a virus on a wallet.dat file Tongue

That was unconfirmed. No one actually bothered to look at the file & just accused him.
See, this is what's wrong with the forum. You instantly assume someone is a scammer just because you read something on their profile. smh
So why don't you try to download the wallet.dat and see what happens ?
Just for curiosity Roll Eyes

1144  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Cryptsy Hacker identity incoming - pending bounty on: January 20, 2016, 06:30:13 AM
It'd be pretty cool if this was actually legitimate so that the bastard gets what he deserves. Vern hasn't said anything on Twitter in a while, he might be away.
Or maybe he's running away and starting a new life somewhere Roll Eyes

Somehow i doubt crptsy was hacked and this could be a theft

@OP
How can you be sure that crptsy was hacked and where did you get the proof of it ?
Social engineering ?
1145  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scammer scam me 2650 rub.(0.955 gr. of gold) bitgold! on: January 20, 2016, 06:23:07 AM
A scammer got scammed lol Tongue
Karma serves you best for that
I hope you now know the feeling of the scammed people Wink
1146  Economy / Services / Re: HUMAN RESOURCES TEAM HIRING NOW: FORUM ASSISTANTS on: January 20, 2016, 05:31:56 AM
When should I/we expect a reply?

Our work here is an ongoing effort, it takes time to communicate with applicants in private, there will be no public announcements if someone is hired, unless we decide to do so for some reason, besides, not all of the work by the assistants will be done in a publicly visible way. If someone didn't receive a reply  - they can reapply using a different application format, it's not recommended to reapply more often than once every two weeks, unless there has been a significant change in circumstances justifying such an application.

Can you atleast send us a feedback whether we accepted or not via PM?
With that we will know instead of waiting for nothing Sad
But from the looks of it i think im not accepted Tongue
1147  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Washington Post: 'R.I.P. Bitcoin. It’s time to move on' on: January 20, 2016, 05:24:07 AM
Just let them and their FUD bullshit spitting words out of it
Haters gonna hate Tongue

Funny how they say bitcoin is dead while it's only going down like $40 Tongue
The quality of this news is bad, is this how people at Washington post made their news ?
Tongue

1149  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How to begin with becoming an escrow agent? on: January 20, 2016, 03:15:12 AM
Why do you want to be an escrow anyway?
We already have so much escrow currently that i don't think we need another one Wink
But the mandatory requirements to be an escrow is a trust Wink
Good luck getting trusts Wink
1150  Economy / Exchanges / Re: E-coin Survey and free virtual e-coin debit card on: January 19, 2016, 09:51:26 AM
i already have  3 virtual cards from e-coin 2 visa and 1 mastercard
thank for sharing anyway
 good luck

Radhwane
ChaterzHost
How did you managed to get 2 visa debit card ?
I thought they are only issuing mastercards only

On their last campaign it took them over to weeks before they reward all their winner because of the so many bots that participated on their last campaign..
Hopefully this time they can catch those bots so winners can claim their prizes I already got a card so i guess the only thing I can get into is the $100 drawing
The reason they need more time on their last give away is because they need to filter who's bots and who's not
So technically they already caught the bots by making us wait for a few weeks which i don't mind at all Wink
1151  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will the Chinese pumpers pump BTC up again in the next 30 days? on: January 19, 2016, 09:41:46 AM
It's surprising to see that more people think the Chinese pumpers will come back.  I thought most would be in bear mode by now.

remember that chinese want bictoin to grow, they control 60ì%+ of the whole mining scene, so if they are in ber mode, now it's only because they want more cheap coin, by riding bad news like cryptsy and mike

their ultimate goal is to pump bitcoin, for obvious reason

I do not think that someone who control more then 50% of miners will spend more Fiat to Pump Bitcoin price up. They have a lot of Bitcoins and they need to keep maintenance and pay for bill.
But they can maximize their profits by turning the price into a cheap coins and then pump it back up to sell it for a hefty profits Tongue
Just because they have a lot of coins doesn't mean they would not buy another few coins Wink
Also electricity in China is pretty cheap thus making them controlling most of the miners out there
1152  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin and Porn on: January 19, 2016, 09:04:41 AM
It's a perfect match.
Bitcoin offers anonymous payments.
Porn is a product you want to buy anonymous, no sign on your creditcard.

1 + 1 =

3?  Grin Just kidding. That is completely right. Being anonymous today have been a real issue. People dont want to be known in every transaction that they do. They want to stay in that low profile line so that media or government will not trace anything from them.

Hahaha 3? I though it's 5? Tongue well you can say that again a very specific story about that is about a CEO who's buying girls by means of sex anonymously and doing the transaction with bitcoin but as a result he ended up in the gutter hehe

I don't think buying girls or prostitution is illegal in most of the countries ? however there might be one example for that but close to infinite for the same thing done in fiat's,it's just the news and stuff which should be disregarded.
In some countries it's illegal Wink
But even if it's legal i don't think a big time CEO would rent one as news could spread fast and it can hurt his reputation
Especially in a country where most of the citizen were conservatives Tongue
so yes, BTC and porn is a good match for anonymity Wink

1155  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who is satoshi POLL on: January 18, 2016, 10:07:50 PM
We all know that the real satoshi is Mr.Dorian Nakamoto

Just kidding, Satoshi is a group of people obviously
Bitcoin is so well made that it's impossible to be made by just a single person
1156  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin and Porn on: January 18, 2016, 10:04:56 PM
I don't understand why people would pay for porn, there's a ton of it online, for free. But hey for the people wanting the highest quality it's sure a nice thing to pay for porn anonymously.

Some exclusive contents are usually not for free. In those situations, bitcoin will help a lot for paying into porn sites with more easy and convenience. I too rarely pay porn sites.
That's true, but why pay for that little bit of fun time? That fun time can be achieved for the price of nothing.
Some people has their own taste on porn
And sometimes you found your "Holy Grail" of all of your porn but it's premium content only Tongue
and that's when people start paying for porn

1158  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Did Block.io scam me for 2 bitcoins their support is unresponsive? on: January 18, 2016, 09:35:29 PM
I logged in with the correct password but the 2FA that I enabled requires a code from my email, and I typed this code in wrong 3 times i guess, even though i copied and pasted it.  I haven't been waiting long at all but their support has never replied to me in the past.  Have you ever had any similar experiences.  I'll let y'all know when they resolve this.
Next time try to type it instead copy and paste since some extra characters may get copied by accident Roll Eyes
Anyway, try to be patient and if they aren't answering try to ask them on bitcoin talk, if im not wrong they have their own topic here Wink
Good luck recovering your coins
1159  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: WTF ? 1000 BTC transfers in last block? on: January 18, 2016, 09:17:29 AM
If you are surprised by that amount of money being transferred then i think you never see the 10k bitcoin pizza topic Tongue
Those 1000BTC must belong to either gambling or exchange website or it belongs to one of the early adopters of bitcoin who got rich from it Tongue
1160  Economy / Services / Re: HUMAN RESOURCES TEAM HIRING NOW: FORUM ASSISTANTS on: January 18, 2016, 12:47:02 AM
