Is this math correct?
Reverse-ICO reserve is 100,000,000,000 coins (20% of total supply), split on April 18th between everyone on the bitcoingarden thread. If 1000 people participate, that's 100,000,000 coins per person, which is equivalent to mining 2000 blocks.
Sounds legit

still easy to do, you just need to know what are those algo, not different than going from freshcoin to x11 or whatever
Please kindly make one. I'd really like to see it. i'm not a real programmer, but i did something on a smaller scale, for another lago, for nvidia i'm sure wolfo and sp, can do it in a few hours, and maybe i'm even overestimating it... Well until then let the community enjoy an awesome fairly distributed project. Please stop the nagging it's not necessary. Thank you it's not nagging it's just talking about what the future will be for this coin, i see it as worth discussion gpu miner also mean more interest, more hash and more value for the coin, i dunno why you see all grey here.... Excuse the negative view on gpu mining, it's just that once a project makes it to the gpu realm then it's pretty much over as huge farms shred the chain. And that's just not fun for anyone. Also but everyone can afford to purchase an R9 or titan to compete. You know we what are talking about right?

What you need to do to start mining from the wallet?
If you are synced. Just open up the console by going to > Help (on the wallet top bar) > Debug Window.... then in the console type "setgenerate true" (all cores) That is the default which will start all your CPU's cores to mining directly from your wallet. If you want to use your PC at the same time I suggest only using half the cores your processor has. The # Processor cores varies considerably depending on a bunch of factors, I would google yours to be sure. But in my experience I have been okay doing it as such: i3 = 1 or 2 Cores "setgenerate 2 true" i5 = 2 or 3 Cores "setgenerate 3 true" i7 = 3 or 4 Cores "setgenerate 4 true" And the Default "setgenerate true" -- starts all cores. Dont type the " " obviously. Great guide. I'll Put this in the op Feel free to test the superfast transaction speeds and throw any espers my way if you feel this is worthy EQAz9ACvZwpj7YCPLkrJivabQTywVLutpr - esp addy Definitely will. However we will have to wait as we are not touching the reserve that was mined until the 18th

Difficulty is fast rising and getting hard to solo mine now, I hope there is an available cpu miner for windows soon that can connect to a pool.
Thats good news since I will buy some. I guess this coin will be extremely on cheap yobit since mining was so cheap. I would be more interested in a 100% air dropped coin. Get rid of PoW altogether and go straight into PoS. Well PoR will be better than PoS. Just you wait

What you need to do to start mining from the wallet?
Hit the help tab from the wallet, open the console and in the bottom field type: setgenerate true

I have only this to say: AMAZING!
Sir you've got it wrong, the community i's what makes this amazing. So you are awesome. You could also add all the other nodes that are connected. Pick one or two, add them, then just wait. It should connect to more nodes on it's own after that.
Infinite thanks for helping everyone who has questions.

Has anyone successfully built the gui wallet on linux? On github it says you need the Qt5.5.1 run-time libraries but as far as I can see there is no "libqtgui5" or at least not in ubuntus repos.
I built it on Ubuntu with Qt4. I got some warnings, but it works fine. Just qmake-qt4 ; make (once you've installed all the dependencies). Sweet that fixed it, thanks! compiled on mint using qt5 absolutely fine runs but i need to search for nodes Check op and we should have three mute nodes up in an hour or so.

Head to the "help" tab and go to the console. Then in the bottom field type "addnode thenodeiphere add". Without the "".

Yeah, I mean, just do the math. If you mine 50k ESP per day, you're better than going to a pool.
Once I don't find a single block in 2 or 3 days or more, I'll consider a pool.
you're better to not mine at all, because you're losing money, with the huge supply i doubt you can even see 5-10 satoshi for this Eventually, it will get to the point where mined is just a little bit more than electricity. That should stabilize in a few weeks or a few months, maybe. It took bitcoin 6 or 7 years before miners decided to drop. Or get new hardware. I think ESP will have a GPU miner one day. Hopefully not too soon. Then everyone will be mining on GPUs. Depending on how well the coin does, we might see some attempts at FPGAs, or ASICs; those will take a few years. gpu miner are easy to do for this, from what i've understand it's just a modified quark algo, probably a different roun in the quark algo, like x11 vs x13 or one of those Please please please, READ BEFORE POSTING! Or do your home work. This algorithm is a heavily modified Quark. It includes 17 algorithms and 25 rounds of hashing. Hope someone likes basing their head on those still easy to do, you just need to know what are those algo, not different than going from freshcoin to x11 or whatever Lol okay. Glad you you think you know so much. My advice still posting and look smarter

Just like we built one for 020londoncoin we will build one for this. We are behind but not halted.

500 Billion ESP , honestly i dont like coin with huge supply , its end by dumping or few sat price.
Oh how little faith you folks have. You've all obviously been burned too many times. yes,me too! Oh how little faith you folks have. You've all obviously been burned too many times.

I am looking to buy some Espers. Anyone selling?
Give me your wallet address ill send you 100 000 for free Yay ESEG91sGxoJYboBwGoYUj2v3oniahnhPRc Thanks! Sent Thanks! Got them! Cool, everybody has to have some espers Damn straight!

As long as I get a block a day, I'll mine using 2 cores of my i5. (I mean, mine solo.)
That's great news that solo mining is still viable! Thank you dabs flute your continued support! Ps: ok updated. Well need to rework it and make it look better for sure

yes, the devs will invite all for some beers and have some fun talking about old times Well, there may be customs issues sending everyone beer but we will see what we can do too that effect. (Keep the give a ways rolling or something) seriously it's awesome to see everyone enjoy aproject for once! yes, the devs will invite all for some beers and have some fun talking about old times Want to create a crypto? First rules, don't get in touch with "cryptocoderz". We don't like creating crypto. It's not easy and you get bashed on baseless and senseless things. Thanks for being one of the haters, won't stop us, nice try. ta still paying disclosure? where I put my wallet ? http://prntscr.com/aslfgkmy wallet: ERLqEkSZu48CaBUMLqc3MZyZN1QJuEz9bK thanks !! wallet not sicronize =( Please pm if you want to submit an address for the give away. Will do! sure cpu only...but there is wolf or other coders who can easy make a gpu miner...maybe its still coded and in use..dont know
but u can easy setup a botnet where u can get a big hash if u got few hundred infected pcs
cpu mining isnt the cpu mining from the past
Sure, i know. But if you make it gpu mineable now i think it would draw away lot of good attention this coin has gained. I'm sure someone comes up with gpu miner in future, but i hope it won't be very soon. it wont need so long to see some offers selling gpu miner or the coders themself mining the shit out of this coin..like on neva coin...hiding their gpu miner and killing the coin... so its worthless to launch a coin with new algo..makes no sense anymore cuz plenty of ppl are able to code something like this! These assumptions have no substance with this project. Try the fud somewhere else. Anyone interested in a fun fair project then let's keep this all rolling! @everyone, updating op with new pool info! Also updating with language translation thread. Getting back to work after calling it an early night last night. So we don't take anything out on anyone again lol.
