but I see the comment from another user that this URL is down from days ago.
You mean the comment written 2 hours before yours? Nothing was down before the maintenance.
mmm cold wallet seems solid... this gives a little bit of trust but I would like to see movement or signing of messages to be sure.
It would be fairly obvious to claim an address they do not control as cold wallet, for over 2 years. I guarantee you someone would have noticed that very quickly. BCH distributions were made from the cold wallets, so any investor with a bigger sum invested can verify this.

Sorry allthebitandbobs, you are banned from posting or sending personal messages on this forum. unsubstantial posts + signature campaign (7 days)
I've bolded the reason for you. You don't get any other warning (especially not via mail), the ban itself is the warning. Signature campaign what the fuck are you guys on about i not running any signature campaign?
DeepOnion pays you for having their link in your signature, that is a signature campaign (regardless if they are called bounty campaign nowadays or whatever). https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=939133

This is actually a pretty interesting concept, I know the piratebay is doing something similar. You'd need tons of users for this to be relatively profitable though.
Showtime was doing it as well, while customers used their web player / were watching series online. I can't imagine it really makes any sense unless you've got millions of visitors on your site
Logic dictates that the more people visits the website the more rewards the owners will take, even it just a sat per visitors/players it can still profitable just like you have said and its not impossible to have some millions of visitors especially for those well known website. I'd say it's close to dreaming for crypto gambling sites to have "millions of visitors" on a regular basis. unfortunately, due to the recent hype around thepiratebay and showtime, coinhive stated that they are planning to have their script ask the user's permission before it starts using their resources now
That's not unfortunately, unless you're one of those crooks.

Let's just give money to random strangers on the internet, what could possibly go wrong.

Reporting the first post of a thread (the "original post") equals reporting the whole thread. No need for any additional button.

And this looks like ref spam
I've reported a few of those cases as affiliate spam in the past. With the recent increase in threads, I figured getting a general ruling rather than just reporting one thread after another would be better.
Wonder if they're getting told or rewarded to do it.
I'd say that's very likely.

I think we're all used to the games and rounds section being filled with tiny giveaway threads, sports match predictions and stuff like that. Lately, it's also being heavily spammed by announcements for streams (mostly people gambling), which amounts for up to 3 or 4 new threads per single stream. I'll add a few examples.
jessee39 needs 7 threads for their streams in 24 hours: Today at 05:34:00 AM - Jesse's streamingToday at 05:19:30 AM - Jesse streaming live ! Huge giveaway !Today at 05:15:55 AM - Jesse's streaming stake.com live now ~ huge Giveaway'sToday at 05:19:15 AM - Jesse is streaming live todayToday at 05:11:50 AM - [Jesse] Streaming Stake.com - Big Giveaways!October 02, 2017, 06:15:02 AM - Jesse Streaming live - Stake -02102017- Huge BTC giveawaysOctober 02, 2017, 05:13:22 AM - COME JOIN JESSE'S TWTCH AND WIN!! GIVEAWAYSShinjo posts a thread about their streams almost every day (over 80 by now): Today at 02:04:37 AM - Shinjo Streaming Live Now - Giveaway & Fun #Stream 84October 02, 2017, 02:19:26 AM - Shinjo Streaming Live Now - Giveaway & Fun #Stream 84October 01, 2017, 02:00:24 AM - Shinjo Streaming Live Now - Giveaway & Fun #Stream 83September 30, 2017, 01:54:59 AM - Shinjo Streaming Live Now - Giveaway & Fun #Stream 82September 29, 2017, 01:55:48 AM - Shinjo Streaming Live Now - Giveaway & Fun #Stream 81September 28, 2017, 02:01:54 AM - Streaming Live Now - Giveaway & Fun #Stream 80Yaronovich announces their streams in a similar way (up to 28 threads till today): https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;threads;u=924439;sa=showPosts
Personally, I think plain announcements of streams without any further in-thread content are pointless and spam. At the very max, streamers should stick to one thread for their streams and update those thread, rather than creating new ones every day (or more than just a single one per day). [This does not include threads related to streams that actually include a giveaway/serve a purpose. For example threads such as this one: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1939189.0 ]

Not sorry enough to avoid making yet another useless thread, it seems. Sticky in this section -> Unofficial list of (official) Bitcointalk.org rules, guidelines, FAQQ: What is Trust and how does it work?A: Trust is Bitcointalk's feedback based on trust (hence the name). The Trust system is made of 2 components: the Trust list and left feedback. The Trust list is where you select the users whose feedback on other users you trust and how deep is this trust. You can either trust just their feedback (select the Trust depth as 0), theirs and their trusted users feedback (Trust depth 1), and so on (up until Trust depth 3). Trusted feedback will be counted when displayed as numbers to the left of a users post in trade boards such as Marketplace or Goods. The feedback page is where you can leave feedback on other users or see a detailed view of a users feedback. Trusted feedback will be shown first and untrusted feedback will be hidden by default. You can view it by clicking the link "Show ratings". Last of all, you can see all the feedback the user has left on others. This covers the basics of the Trust system. If you want a more in depth description of the Trust system and details I probably missed, go here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=211858.0.
You can lock this thread on the lower left.

3) Unable to access private keys because of a hack? Why, how?
So, just to get this right, someone got access to all your addresses, and the one you worry about is the first one you staked, that hasn't been used in over 2 years? On your profile ( http://archive.is/fjPuQ), you currently use this address: 19Y8hTaXqwkoxpd4JQAxNFj9Zj2SpHV85X Instead of taking the 0.15 BTC on it, the "hacker" just deleted the private keys and you got no backups? Could be a scam site! I'm trying to withdraw 3500 dogecoins(well above the required minimum) and I just keep getting a message, saying "failed to send confirmation email" - thought I'd report this!
And you figured to call something scam before contacting their support or checking if the problem is on your end?

How about some new pictures with a timestamp and your name to show you're in posession of the piece? Almost three year old pictures wont do it.
