Nowadays It is rear that finds out any legit ICO from the crowd of scam project. But some projects are still legit and trying to solving crypto problems. Mainly I want to say some project that is launched in the binance launchpad because that is already verified by the binance team. These are :

I think that death penalty is excessive but ICO scammers have to be stopped by institutions by creating fixed rules to do ICO otherwise this market is destined to perish soon because investors lost their faith..
Finding real scammers will be difficult because the market is all anonymous and you cannot be sure who is behind everything. I think if we take better measures, everything is different and a lot of information of many people has been publicly made by scammers that makes ICO investors no longer feel safe in this market. If there is a policy to protect KYC users and investors, then perhaps the ICO is not as pathetic as it is now as the trend of IEO investment is growing and investors feel safer when investing. |

Bear market was running too long now, were majority of the community so far has been disappointed and frustrated in the situation of the market. Where even there are many speculations they've heard about the bull run coming almost all of their prediction was failed to
happened anyway. So even me, I don't know and had no idea when does bear will take long.
Perhaps we will have to live in this BEAR market for at least 4 years because every cycle of price increases begins in this period.
