1981  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to Hit $150,000 in 2022 on: December 17, 2021, 06:24:15 PM
$150,000 per coin, well I sure hope so but it’s not looking good is it. We’ve been in a downtrend for a while now, there’s big resistance around $50,000. It’s looking like we’re slowly going into a bear market but this doesn’t affect HODLERS. Bitcoin is a long term investment & not a quick profit, pump & dump asset. Patience is key!
1982  Other / Off-topic / Re: COVID-19 Pass without Vaccine on: December 17, 2021, 05:58:25 PM
There is a doctor in my area who charges £500 to edit your medical records to say you are vaccinated. Obviously it’s all black market stuff but I think he has lots of interested ‘customers’.

The problem is normal life is restricted in many countries if you are not vaccinated. Like always in life people look for alternatives.
1983  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Highest profitable altcoin for you in 2021 on: December 17, 2021, 05:17:48 PM
I bought some SHIB & did really well. I would have done even better if I’d just HODLED for a little longer. I guess all profit is a win though. I’m looking for the next low cap, successful alt. That’s where the honey is at.
1984  Other / Off-topic / Re: So did you know these? on: December 17, 2021, 05:13:54 PM
Interesting but I suppose in life, essentially useless facts. Here are 100 more:

Hi Zack, welcome to bitcointalk. This place is the best for bitcoin related discussion & info. I have learnt so much here, just keep your wits because not everybody here is a good person. You should find it a great experience here though.
1986  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 90% is already there, only 10% is left on: December 15, 2021, 08:52:22 PM
The next halvening in 2024 should still have a deflationary & subsequent bullish reaction which sends the price multiple x higher. As we go on & on though over many years the effect of each halvening will decrease & bitcoin will sit at a more stable price. Plenty of wild volatility to go until that point though.
1987  Other / Off-topic / Re: Am i millionaire? ;D on: December 15, 2021, 08:30:34 PM
Coinmarketcap yeah?
I saw the glitch yesterday. Would have been absolutely crazy if you were able to withdraw the glitched, incorrect balances somehow. I think I saw a glitch of XRP at something stupid too on Coinbase.
1988  Other / Off-topic / Re: Super typhoon will direct hit my hometown city. Please pray for our safety! on: December 15, 2021, 04:23:48 PM
Praying for you & your family. Get as much food & supplies as you can, find somewhere safe to hide. Anything underground & away from water would be a good idea. You are in my thoughts & prayers.
1989  Other / Off-topic / Re: When to Quit? on: December 13, 2021, 07:36:47 PM
Depends what the goal is doesn't it. If you have a goal & it’s something you desperately want to achieve, something really important to you then you keep going until you achieve it. If it’s something physically impossible then don’t even attempt it. A realistic goal though, keep going, you can do it.
1990  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitmark to reimburse $200 million to customer on: December 13, 2021, 07:08:10 PM
Not your keys, not your bitcoin.

There’s a reason this phrase became so commonly used in cryptoland. Too many people get comfortable leaving their assets on third party exchanges. Why leave your money in anybody else’s control?
You should only transfer coins to online platforms when you plan to sell them. Do not leave your money in anybody else’s control.

There are too many stories of people losing their money, it’s sad.
1991  Other / Off-topic / Re: What have we become here at Bitcointalk? on: December 13, 2021, 07:03:55 PM
When I drop into this wonderful place: "New posts" is always flooded with altcoin/bounties,etc, What have we become here at Bitcointalk?
and
Do you like it? Why?

I don’t like it no. I am literally 99.99999% bitcoin in my portfolio. I think lots of noobs are interested in bounties & alts because they are probably too poor to buy 1 bitcoin & would rather own millions of shitcoins like SHIB or something. Retail investors probably need to get rugged in alts to see that bitcoin & maybe leading alts like ETH are the only coins worth bothering with.
1992  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Craig Wright owes a cool $100 million on: December 13, 2021, 05:55:04 PM
The guy is a massive fraudster & he should do jail time for perjury. I don’t think he will ever pay the Kleiman family what he owes, he hops from country to country to avoid sanctions. He is already wanted tor tax fraud in Australia. The guy is a fraudster & shame on anybody who backs this guy. BSV is a total shitcoin also.
1993  Other / Off-topic / Re: BTC vs Testla which do you prefer? on: December 13, 2021, 05:52:29 PM
1BTC every single time, is not even something I have to think hard about. Cars depreciate in value as soon as you drive them from the showroom. Look at bitcoin since 2009, exponential upwards price trajectory. I don’t like electric cars any way also  Grin
1994  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ukrainian oligarch is mining Bitcoin on: December 10, 2021, 07:24:13 PM
It’s further proof that bitcoin is the future of finance. These kind of people don’t make any bad decisions in finance.  Follow the money guys Smiley
1995  Other / Off-topic / Re: Usa dollar as reserve currency will be replaced year 2022 on: December 09, 2021, 09:02:05 PM
The USD is definitely going to collapse in the near future, they are literally printing it into extinction. I’m not sure about China either though. This is why we bitcoin bro, separate money from state.
1996  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Whale bought $150 million worth of Bitcoins during the dip. on: December 09, 2021, 08:54:34 PM
It’s what the big guys do, they buy low & sell high. Whilst all the noobs are being pathetic & panic selling their future successes away, the whales are laughing & scooping up cheap coins.
1997  Other / Off-topic / Re: Tokenized Art: NFT on: December 09, 2021, 08:51:16 PM
I want to know everything about this topic. Why is it so popular and is it really possible to make money from it?

Seems possible to make money from it, you better hurry up though. I don’t think it has longevity & is this cycles craze. It’s all going to near $0 before too long.
1998  Other / Off-topic / Re: What's better in the end of each period? Two spaces or one? on: December 09, 2021, 08:40:25 PM
I am far from a grammatical wizard but I think one space looks better. Two looks kinda dumb, imo.
1999  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: December 09, 2021, 08:11:22 PM
We will go up again when most plebs have lost hope. We might even dip below $40,000 but then the rocket to $100,000 will ignite. Moon in Q2 or Q3 2022. The 4 year cycles are over, this time is different.
2000  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Great coins to invest in? on: December 09, 2021, 08:07:48 PM
SOL is going to be the next coin to rocket, I have high hopes for it in the next bull run. I think it can compete with ETH, might be an idea to buy some.
