I've checked Cavs-Magic highlights yesterday and my Cavs are looking great even if it's only pre-season. McRae and Felder both looked phenomenal and it would be a nice mix of young and old blood with Andersen, Jefferson & Dunleavy.
If Cleveland can resign JR then they will only need another solid PG (not sure if they are actively looking for one, I think Irving and Felder will do and Lebron and others will step in if needed).

Why do I have a feeling something or someone s intentionally keeping Factoid price low and under controls? For example, look at Monero, 1 media event and the price propels 10x up. With Factom, it s a constant stream of great events, a great team behind the entire project, an actual company, large VCs, state support, huge market potential, constant presence on most important crypto conferences, important milestone just to be reached and decreasing number of tokens. Yet, as soon as the price goes up a bit, there s a series of dumping to keep in controlled.
I ve seen some other evidence which support this claim which I do not want to reveal yet until I have a solid proof. However, most of you will agree, Factom should be doing much, much better price wise and I m not talking about one time pump. I m talking about the actual value of Factoids which give access to the technology.
This is very true and sad. Only reason they can do this is due to no regulations and nobody can stop them. All of crypto is manipulated in a sense by big holders, we are a purely speculative market with some projects being more concrete than others; Factom being one of them. I feel they are just doing there best to hold, make people give up and lose patience because they know this will be such a huge winner. Factom could easily have a 20-50x from here with sufficient liquidity as well to cash real substantial profit out. It's not only that but we all have to consider that all projects are experimental in nature and there's actually no real world use, not even for Bitcoin. Yes you can buy and send money online jumping through hoops but no average person will bother, there's absolutely no point. If Bitcoin solved one problem it will be huge, not 10 billion marketcap (which is ridiculous, it's not even close to a blue chip company). Marketcaps like that and much lower are a joke and very easy to manipulate, just check Monero for instance...a pump based on lies and DNM supposed adoption. Smart traders didn't put a single cent there or if they did, they got in and out like pros. So it's all based on hype and potential, that's it. Ethereum, Factom, Bitcoin, Ripple, you name it, it's all potential and promises but until there's no actual real adoption (not tests, rounds, phases and conventions) it will be subject to crazy speculation and swings. |

I think that is just a penny.
And yet those people are the most frequent posters here. LOL I don't work for pennies per hour and yet there's still so many people in crypto that fight and claw for bounties and faucets to make a dollar a day maybe. And that's if they really work at it. Well for many one or two dollars a day is a lot of money believe or not, a very distant reality for many of us but a lot of "first world" country users like yourself are so entitled that makes me sick. You won't last a day in that world the way you judge people and different realities. There's no news, devs are working, every ICO page is the same, the only thing that people can discuss is bounties and that's ok. Bounties are important people, they really get the word out and made this and other recent ICOs very succesful. |

Got some well below 3k but I would like to scoop some more if there's a dump once Bittrex wallets are back online. I think anything below 5k is a steal.
People need to understand that many projects are just that, startups with a roadmap and a plan, they don't have much ready. Investing early is taking a risk of course but once development starts and milestones are accomplished then the price always reflect that and you can exit your position if that's what you want.
Long term success for any blockchain project is not guaranteed, not even Bitcoin is mainstream after more than 5 years, it's nonsense to most people.

Depending on the terms, that may be also diluting us without having chance to add. Thats not the way to do proper business I believe. So if the report is true, even if its a very good thing for the LT health of the company, its not the way to do business in my opinion, and I'm pissed off by the way Factom treats its small investors. If the report is false, well... timber... Honestly, how can you think the report is false? On both Bitcoin and Coindesk? Are you trolling? Bitcoin must had pulled the article because they released earlier or wanted to edit it and disclose less information, who knows. But these portals don't release spam emails from unknown sources, plus you can check other links that point to the same deal. Anyway, this could do wonders for FCT price, if VC and Draper are investing millions many others will be interested and gives Factom a whole new level of prestige. $4 is not out of the question and I think once M2 is finally released along with exodus wallet we may see a rally to $10. |

I don't even think Golden State is going to make the Finals this season. They gave up a lot for Kevin Durant, who now has to blend in with Curry, and who like Curry chokes in big pressure situation. He's also very mentally weak, joining the team that beat him in a, "If you can't beat them, join them."
100% agreed. Plus the NBA season is grueling and endless with 82 games and plenty of back to back ones. Both Durant and Curry are very fragile players, I don't think both will be healthy by the finals (Conference or NBA), that's just my hunch. Many teams and crowds lost a lot of respect for them as players and they will bring their A game every night. You mentioned the team depth and that's also a major concern in my opinion, they have an allstar starting lineup but if you take away either Curry or Durant (even Green if you will) the team looks very shaky to me... |

Usually pre-season results are an opposite indication of how the team will do in the actual season. I've seen countless pre-season with completely mediocre teams going 7-0 or whatever and then they get a 30 win season record... Pre-season is about trying things, getting to know new teammates, etc. With that being said, the Warriors won't win anything this year.  |

Dangers to bitcoin and blockchain tech include quantum computing & regulation basically.
Regarding regulation, the federal reserve recently expressed that they won't do it and they actually support it and find it very interesting. To me there's absolutely no need for regulation, you can tax it when it's converted to actual money/fiat and that's where all current laws will apply.
I won't debate about what happens if fiat is dead and it's all about digital money and cryptocurrencies because that's not a problem for us early adopters. We'll all be rich no matter what coin you are holding if that was the case.

It's a blockbuster deal and I didn't mention all the players involved. When it say's blockbuster deals it consist of three or more teams. Let's see. Kevin Love to LA is not gonna happen like I said in my previous post but the Clippers/Knicks deal is very interesting. I feel the Clippers have a nice shot this year if they can get it together, they always come short but they've been playing together forever. However, I can see how maybe they need to spice some things up and Paul isn't getting any younger... |

Kevin Love for the most part was a disappointment and if bron doesn't
make that block and kyrie doesn't make that 3 is for sure gone from cleveland.
Crazy how a random result may keep him in Cleveland because they won.
Kevin Love won't go anywhere, the guy was mediocre I agree but he's doing a job that it's not for him really. He's just not a natural role player, he has a lot of will but he can't defend either. He would be a great franchise player in any mediocre team where he would be the center of the offense. With that being said, he definitely earned some respect after the final game, the guy had a concussion and didn't have the best series but he was a beast on the boards and played good enough defense to win the championship when others dissappeared completely, that's all it matters. |

Gambling helped me with my life nohow. For me gambling is just fun and the way for spending time. Of course when I grown enough I started to gamble with money, but till now I didn't make any big bets, so there is no loosing and winning big money for me, cause of even today gambling is just kind of fun to me.
This is the right approach and it's hardly seen or debated. Gambling is just entertainment and it should be treated like it, you have to consider that money gone the moment you buy chips, bet on a team, or whatever. This way it's all fun and games and if you win, then great, you get the money back and then some. If you lose, you had a good time, don't go with high expectations of making it big or you will be going down a dark road... |

IMO best refers torofit, so i think lisk is no.1, they haves massive trading volume when the price was 8-10X of ico price. Certainly i hope iconomi will haves massive volume for 10X. A lot will depend on how much dividends the platform can generate too, this is completely unique in that sense. Others investments are just pure speculation but this one has dividends. I'm not expecting anything huge especially since it's only starting to take form but it's something completely new AFAIK. |

Iconomi is doing great, people dismiss Antshares but it can become a huge market place IN CHINA, think about that for a second. If it gets any sort of traction, this would be the first important crypto project from there with an incredible well connected team (former Huobi devs, US college marketing graduates, etc). Can you imagine just 10 million of chinese exchanging digital assets, products and services? And you also get dividends from the tokens, it's not "just" a blockchain. I say this because I think Iconomi should take a look at it and think about investing. Also, they got a lot of investors but there will be refunds, that means that ICO investors will get more ANS at the end of the refund period. I think it has a very nice chance to succeed. |

I already have my Strats and I can't afford more now but this is what I usually do, I buy when there's no action or it's on a downtrend with slow news.
The focus is elsewhere, so if you want to get in I would create some low buy orders, although I don't think we'll see prices below 4k...not even 5k if you ask me.

I think it's very honest and thoughtful from the team to refund ETC but maybe some may actually want to invest their ETC too along with their ETH. Not sure if there would be an option if that was the case and it could be very complicated to implement I guess (better to just refund ETC and be done with it)

Guys if you are addicted then I agree there's no point in pursuing or getting close to casino games and other types of gambling. However you should understand that many people don't have that problem and find it very entertaining. That's all there is to it, entertainment.
Similar to paying for a movie ticket. In this case is better, you have some good time for a while and you can even get your money back and more.

Steem to me is confirmed to be a ponzi. The initial distribution and how the economic system works was always clear for me. Steem could've done it right though if they didn't have those crazy whales, witness and mining happening behind curtains. Basically you buy Steem to support the blockchain payouts and powerdowns from whales and bloggers (that's where the money comes, from you buying Steem, which is almost like donating your money). And what you actually get for buying Steem? Inflation, 100% and 10% if you locked into SP. Which might sound smart, but it's actually much more stupid if you think about it, an inflated crypto with no cap locked for 2 years... It's so clear to me that I wonder how easy it is to make money in crypto, it scares me. |
