Not exactly scratch card but LuckyBtcCasino has a game where you are suppose to scratch stuff to win.More specifically this is what the game is about :
Quote
Scratch the ticket and look for 3 or more identical symbols to win the matching amount! Only highest value appearing at least 3 times pays!

Here's the link : https://www.luckybtccasino.com/choose_type.php?game=907 [Non Referral]

Best of Luck

PROVEN TODAY'S ANSWER COULD BE 100% WRONG

So yeah,I tried solving the Cipher and the answer is not correct for the puzzle .

Now,to decrypt a playfair cipher we need a keyword .No I don't say that its your "Google Wiki link"which is a fact indeed.
Quote
The Playfair cipher uses a 5 by 5 table containing a key word or phrase. Memorization of the keyword and 4 simple rules was all that was required to create the 5 by 5 table and use the cipher.

Now since you haven't mentioned the Keyword ,I assumed "KEYWORD" as the keyword to decrypt the cipher .I solved the cipher and didn't get whatever your answer was suppose to be.But my answer started with FW RX. First I doubted I could make a mistake but then I cross-verified the solution with couple of online tools here :
http://rumkin.com/tools/cipher/playfair.php

http://www.dcode.fr/playfair-cipher

Seems like even they couldn't decode it (not having a keyword specified is a big issue).Coincidence is,my answer was EXACT SAME as one of these websites answers! Which gives me confidence that my answer is probably correct on the given condition and keywords(Since the keyword was not specified I have freedom to use whatever I like).

If you or anyone can prove me wrong or show me how the solution mentioned for this particular puzzle is correct.I would be convinced!Or we know what's cooking up there. Wink

EDIT : This one is quite user friendly tool for those who don't want to get involved in much technical stuff : http://www.geocachingtoolbox.com/index.php?page=playfairCipher

Making alternate accounts to prove something is not going to work out.

the site was good congratulations'll invest in it as soon as possible

Again,stop making alternate accounts to prove something which is sheer scam.People don't fall for reviews of these newbies ,they're alt accounts of the Scammer.

Thanks for the responses so far. The problem seems to be well understood. The solution I'm after is ideally a fix to the root cause. I'm sure one or two of the suggestions may work but they seem to be workarounds.
Have you tried updating the dependencies? Give that a shot .

Well, I have opened a localbitcoin account and have a wallet--but how can I fill it with $100 without first buying?

It doesn't say if the price is for 1 full bitcoin--but all the traders are reading similar prices.
Deposit money in your localbitcoins account using either bank deposit or credit card transfer.
4731  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Suspicious of Bitcoin due to this experience on: January 08, 2016, 07:34:33 AM
Follow the below steps to get your bitcoin worth $100
Make an account with localbitcoins.com
Deposit $100 in your localbitcoins account
Search for a bitcoin seller near your area with the best rates possible according to correct rate
Send him a trade request, he will most likely accept and send you coins worth the amount.

P. S. Please check the trust feedback of the user before trading with him. If you need any sort of help during the process, message me.

4733  Economy / Lending / Re: LEND ME ONLY 1MBTC SURE with a valid collateral on: January 08, 2016, 12:03:50 AM
I can fund this loan if you can keep your account as collateral and provide more details like when you can repay back.
4734  Economy / Services / Re: Developers - I need a Javascript bug fixed - $10 bounty on: January 07, 2016, 10:58:08 PM
Yes I can fix this error. There are multiple ways of doing it. Setting the delay for the carousel on the landing page would work too. There could be a minor bug in the code as well. Can we have access to the code to see what exactly is happening? I think I can fix this.

Code:
$('#mainCarousel').carousel({
    interval: 4000
});

//Interval is the delay at which the slides change.

If you're using css to animate then this could work
Code:
.carousel-inner > .item {
    position: relative;
    display: none;
    -webkit-transition: 0.5s ease-in-out left;
    -moz-transition: 0.5s ease-in-out left;
    -o-transition: 0.5s ease-in-out left;
    transition: 0.5s ease-in-out left;
}

Furthermore ,there could be a slight possibility you need to update the versions of Jquery and Angular stuff (Angular.animate/angular.route etc) because your're using the old versions.Try updating them,might help.
4735  Other / Meta / Re: People who don't like signature campaigns: first, STOP SPAMMING. And: Click Here on: January 07, 2016, 10:48:49 PM
I think signature campaigns go a long way in promoting bitcoin.How else do you expect people like me to earn Bitcoin with my limited resources? And unless I earn Bitcoin,how am I supposed to use it?and if I dont use it why would I ever adopt it?So Bitcointalk signature campaigns are doing more good to btc than any thing else
.....if youre asking how to get bitcoin with your so called limited resources, try finding a job. one that, you know, actually involves going out and working, not typing on a forum meant for discussion.
I would give you all my btc if you find me just one job in my city that pays in bitcoin.I am ready to go out and work all day long if I get paid in bitcoin

Well, correct me if I'm wrong but I believe you're from India. Benson Samuel (formerly mod of India section of the forum) has a start up called coin secure which is doing quite well in India. You can always buy bit coins with fiat at exchanges.Sig campaigns don't really promote bitcoins but just their websites.

I think adding that helmet does not fit in the topic of discussion appropriately. I will rather not want that helmet because it will make the child look like a troll. Btw here is one of my recommendations.

I have sent you a pm with many other types of recommendations. Hope you get your desired image from there. Smiley

You literally ripped off the images from google .

I will be interested in the service,since you're very confident about your skills.Do you have a refund policy ? What if I don't get that job because of your resume ? Are you willing to take the risks ? Of course you have "13" years experience in resume writing,you should.

Quote
I have written thousands of winning resumes, proving my experience in providing the best resume-writing services in the market.

Could you list the profiles of those resumes? Like just to have my confidence that you actually have done some work in the past ?

>>>>> SCAM INCOMMIIIING<<<<<<<

How obvious it is that this site will scam sooner or later.Read the original post twice.

Factor 1:
Quote
- No time limit as long as people invest
What if people stop investing ? I mean they has to stop someday.Lets assume someday you don't get enough investments and you've people waiting to be paid 200%.Where would you get the funds from ? Of course you will dump the website.

Factor:2
Quote
How long does it take to receive the payout?
It depends on the bank balance and how many people are depositing.

Now the below statement contradicts the above one.How can the payout time frames "depend" on the bank balance when everything is fully automated ? It should always have enough money to pay out 200% to investors in the given time frames.

Quote
Everything is fully automatic without human intervention.
4739  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Question about Live Roulette on: January 07, 2016, 06:31:39 PM
I wanted to know how a live roulette works and how they assure its provably fair.Like do they really have someone behind the screen who is being live broadcasting the game or its just a auto-bot again? I know the question is really silly but just couldn't seem to get this off my head.All answers appreciated .

live roulette is for sure fair , you don't have to check the provably fair system cause everything is happening live
there are plenty of bitcoin sites offering it
once you enter the dealer will welcome you and you will play while other players are also playing
Yeah are these dealers like live humans or auto bets ? How does one assure ? As mentioned in my above posts there is no way to determine that and fairness of the game.
4740  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Question about Live Roulette on: January 07, 2016, 06:29:30 PM
Yes its live. The way its probably fair is that sites like Cloudbet and all have this chat window. So each time someone joins, they welcome them by there username. So its obvious its live. And since its a continous shot, they can't be moving the ball to any other place.

Another theory is rigging the result through some magnet system, but in that you will have to  again consider the fact that it is not just a single person playing. So they could do some change so as to alter the result making them in net profits, however even in that you would easily catch a slight change of motion of the ball, and with black and red it is impossible to be so precise.

I doubt even auto bots can welcome you on live chats like those web cam scam chatrooms.They even respond to few of your commands ,but that's something else.Anyhow I will be keen on finding this out.
