21  Economy / Speculation / Re: What about this week? on: July 14, 2018, 05:52:24 PM
Since the beginning of the year, the price of bitcoin has been adjusted, since last week, it will not rise to 9,000.
So you can wait every day for 9,000 or 19,000. Only from these posts the price does not rise either. Cry

All right, you say that no matter what we wrote here and did not say, the price of bitcoin will not grow. For the growth of bitcoin need a good catalyst. For example, news that will attract a lot of investment to the market, and then the price will rise
22  Economy / Economics / Re: Why we must study Economics at University? on: July 14, 2018, 05:36:56 PM
I believe that if the University (school) and all will introduce a mandatory discipline of Economics, it will only be a big plus for all people. Economy from the family budget to the economy of the country. It's more than Math. In today's world, if you are engaged in cryptocurrency, you just need to understand the economy.
23  Economy / Economics / Re: My Advice on Investing in Crypto on: July 14, 2018, 05:33:14 PM
Investing in cryptocurrency is a mechanism for building wealth, but it is not only for the wealthy. This is why our community is growing.  Anyone can get started investing in crypto, and various options (BTC, ALT Coins, ICO’s) make it easy to begin with small amounts of fiat and add to a build a portfolio. What differentiates investing in crypto from gambling is that it takes time!  There is not a get-rich-quick scheme.

The Definition of Investing is, “The act of committing money or capital to a venture with the expectation of obtaining an additional income or profit.”
Legendary investor Warren Buffett defines investing as “… the process of laying out money now to receive more money in the future.” The goal of investing is to put your money to work in one or more types of investment vehicles like cryptocurrency, in the hopes of growing your money over time.

Remember we invest so we can “work smarter and not harder.” If you are like me, you work hard at your job.  It doesn’t matter whether you work for a company or own your own business. We all work long hours which requires sacrifice and adds stress to our lives. Using some of our hard-earned money and investing for our future needs is the best way to make the most of what you earn.  Pay yourself first by investing.

Investing is also about setting priorities for your money. Spending is way too easy and provides instant gratification.  New clothes, exotic vacations, fancy dinners and flashy sportscars are wonderful and make life more enjoyable. However, investing requires prioritizing the needs of our financial futures over the wants of our present desires.  Investing in cryptocurrency is a way to set aside money and put that money to work for you so that you can reap the rewards of your discipline in the future. This is how you receive a solid future.

There are several different ways you can invest in cryptocurrency, including putting money into coins, tokens, ICO’s, Bounty Campaigns, etc. Every investment vehicle has its positives and negatives.  There are no guarantees of making money, but a little work on your part can increase your odds of being successful. Analysis, research and even just plain reading up on crypto can help.
No one investing strategy or approach fits all. Every investor has different reasons for investing, different goals, different time horizons and varying degrees of comfort with investing. It’s important to define and articulate your own parameters.

You must set goals.  What do you want to achieve for the money that you will be investing? Is safety of your investment with some level of return sufficient? Are you trying to grow your money for a longer-term goal? You will even have different types of investments for different goals. Before you decide to invest any money into cryptocurrency it is imperative that you understand why you are investing and the result that you desire.  Goals should never be created in a vacuum. You also need to know your risk tolerance and your time-line as part of the goal-setting process.
Risk can mean a lot of things.  Investing in cryptocurrency means you have a risk of losing money. Your money invested can decrease in value, possibly to zero.  ALL investing involves risk in one way or another. Stocks often can go down in value over periods of time, just like crypto.  Do you remember what happened in 2008?  The S&P 500 dropped by 37%. This decline in the stock market was one of the worst in history.  Severe market corrections are not uncommon, especially in cryptocurrency!

How much of a drop-in value for your investments can you tolerate? Your tolerance of this risk is a function of when you need the money.  This is your time horizon.  Usually, the younger you are the less thought you give to fluctuations in the value of your investments.  This is the volatility of an investment.  You should align your investments with your time horizon.
How long are you going stay in an investment?  Warren Buffett rarely sells a stock he owns and doesn’t get rattled by market fluctuations. This is generally known as a “buy-and-hold” strategy.  There are extreme traders who buy and sell cryptocurrency daily. This is fine if you are a professional but is rarely a good strategy for the average investor.  I am not saying that you need to hold an investment forever.  Things change, and you should analyze your individual holdings on a set schedule to ensure they are still appropriate for your situation.

Some crypto-investment vehicles require sophisticated knowledge and monitoring.  Others are more set it and forget it. Your individual investment decisions should be based on your comfort level and your willingness to devote time to researching your choices.  An easy route is to choose a variety of cryptocurrencies.   A diverse portfolio of BTC, ETH, LTC, and BCH.  Crypto investors with more knowledge and experience might consider ICO’s.  It is important that you understand what you do know and don’t know. You should never be talked into something that you don’t understand or are uncomfortable with.

A great article that deserves the merites you've received. Indeed, the topic of cryptocurrency never ceases to amaze with its capabilities. Anyone can invest their money, no matter what their class and status. Absolutely anyone.
24  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin SCAM! on: July 13, 2018, 02:19:19 PM
I was invited by a friend of a friend to invest in Bitcoin last year. He told me that if I invest 5000 in our currency it will be doubled in a month's time. He also promised me that I will get referral fees and override from every person I introduced to Bitcoin and that prices of Bitcoin are expected to increase. To make the story short I did not join because I believe its a pyramiding scam. Truth to be told I did my research on Bitcoin after that and it turn's out that Bitcoin's price was really on rise unfortunately I did not invest at that time. Currently I'm learning more thru this forum and I thank my friend for inviting me here. Just last December I heard from one of my friends that the company they joined was in fact a pyramiding scam and the money they invested in just vanished out of thin air together with the people who invited them. We should be wary of people offering investments and opportunities to us. Do your research. Opportunity comes with risks as well as the rewards. If its too good to be true, it might be a scam. Bitcoin is not a SCAM but there are people who uses Bitcoin to SCAM other people. Good luck to us and more power to Bitcoin!

I think you MIS-named this topic!!! In the first post, you say that you doubted the ISO account, which soon disappeared, but what about bitcoin, and what about the accusations that bitcoin is a Scam Huh?
25  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: South Korea to Relax Crypto Norms on: July 13, 2018, 02:16:01 PM
South Korea being on top of there game and recognize bitcoin/cryptocurrency, this will be a precedent for other countries.  South Korea already studied this for a long time and was convince already that cryptocurrency will create a positive change in their society. Hope other countries will follow as well.

I am also very closely following the ICO companies that are represented by Korea and they make me very happy. They are always good at attracting investors. Especially in the game theme. Well done, keep it up. I hope that this will help bitcoin and cryptocurrencies start to grow in price.
26  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Do you believe in ICO Ratings? on: July 13, 2018, 02:13:17 PM
I see many Websites that provide ratings for ongoing ICOs or for the future. Examples such as the ICObench.com Website, ICOrating.com and others.

Which is my question whether you believe in the rating provided by the website. Seeing many ICO's do not match what they value. Many ICOs are arguably good ratings but when the token sales of the project only reach softcap. And there are projects that I see have a fairly mediocre rating but their token sales reach hardcap. I took the example of Lalaworld on ICObench.com they get Rating 3.7 but their token is sold out.

So let's discuss ICO Rating!

I recommend that you do not pay attention to these sites. They are not particularly important now. Ratings can be wound artificial bots or custom work. I believe that it is necessary to look at the product itself the company. Is there currently a beta version of the site or app, depending on the product ... And these ratings are all " dust in the eyes "
27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Ethereum the closest coin that can be compared to Bitcoin? on: July 13, 2018, 02:09:56 PM
By looking at the market cap of all coins, seems like Ethereum is next to Bitcoin. But in an OVER-ALL ASPECT among all Altcoins, is Ethereum the closest thing that can be compared to Bitcoin? What do you think?
I believe that this coin is very much overrated and has high hopes for it, but it is highly overrated. I believe that everyone should pay attention to the coin Waves and ХEM\NEM
28  Economy / Economics / Re: Gold & Silver are safe than bank deposits ?? on: July 13, 2018, 02:06:27 PM
Note: See on the right side of each post (top right corner) there is "+Merits"

I think now fixed deposit interest rates are less than 5% p.a in USA and Europe. In India fixed deposit rates are 6.5%.

Gold and Silver gives average profit of 8% to 12% per year. Silver will most likely give 20% to 30% profit each year from here on to reach $60/ounce.

Example:

Profit for gold and silver for year 2016 is 12%.

Profit for gold and silver for year 2017 is 0%

Profit for gold and silver for year 2018 is 8%

Profit for gold and silver for year 2019 is 16%

So average profit for 4 years is +9%

How secured/safe are investments in gold and silver if you decide to remove/withdraw your money from banks fixed deposits and invest them in Gold and silver ??
It is very interesting to analyze such a rise in the price of precious metals. Perhaps I should pay attention to gold and silver. I will not say that I have a lot of it, but still worth a few ounces to buy to save their capital, not only in the cryptocurrency to keep. ))
29  Economy / Economics / Re: Diversify Investments on: July 08, 2018, 03:58:15 PM
Usually they recommend you to diversify your investment, so you avoid losses.

But as a real approach, having $1.5k, would you invest in how many cryptocurrencies ?

What if I invest little by little, only in Bitcoin, would that work as well ?

You have to understand that it is a risk investing in altcoins. They may never shoot. Therefore, I believe, is to listen to all the advice on this forum in your thread and write all the coins that you recommended and start exploring each of them. And then have to buy.
30  Economy / Economics / Re: What profit has brought you to bitcoin? on: July 08, 2018, 03:54:47 PM
Wow, what a subject you brought up. Personally, I got acquainted with bitcoin not so long ago, as apparently you. I learned in 2011.  unfortunately I didn't know how to mine it. for me it was quite difficult. Where to buy bitcoin was also difficult for me to understand. I've been watching this happen for years. And only in 2016-2017 I earned the first bitcoins by placing an advertising code on my website.
31  Economy / Economics / Re: Why all people moan about the price of bitcoin? on: July 08, 2018, 03:50:15 PM
There are a lot of whiners and skeptics who are worried about their 0.005 bitcoin, which they have invested. Other people who have 5-5000 bitcoins behave in a completely different way in the market. Most of them are calm about price changes. And only a small part of people succumb to these provocations and start selling coins.
32  Economy / Economics / Re: 5904 banks frauds in 3 months in India on: July 07, 2018, 05:50:48 PM
I am certainly very far from India and their governments. But after reading all the messages I realized one thing. That India has a great potential of resources. This is a rich country, the ruling system and the government, it is all one coalition. The economic system is collapsing because of them, but I think you're missing something, it's probably just competition. India is strengthening its banks, which are beneficial to the Government Huh Maybe that's the question. Perhaps this is an important motive, why in India is happening such years .
33  Economy / Economics / Re: Pumping and Dumping on: July 07, 2018, 05:46:17 PM
It's very sad to hear you say that. I hope you can bear the weight of karma on your head. Unfortunately, this is inevitable. There are 2 sides, Black and white; Yin and Yang; Good and evil; Victory and LOSS; heads and tails; etc. This is life, let those whom you have offended or offended you be forgiven.
34  Economy / Economics / Re: The Real Reason to Hold Gold And Bitcoin on: July 07, 2018, 05:43:23 PM
The world is run by the state-bank alliance.  The top politicians and bankers jointly profit from inflating the values of money and debt with state power -- this system couldn't survive without either side.

See Dissecting the Parasitocracy.

The interesting thing is, if you buy and hold gold and Bitcoin for the long term, you can benefit.  (Just make sure you don't buy when the global empire is rising, like the 1950s or early 1990s.)  The reason is also due to the nature of the state-bank alliance.

Note that, in this alliance, the top politicians contribute state power, while the top bankers contribute financial know-how.  The politicians, being totally ignorant in this high-stakes and specialized game, are basically led around like children.  They just go along because they benefit from issuing huge amounts of public debt without being punished by the 'markets.'

So here's the problem with this alliance.  When financial asset values collapse (and this day will come, due to the incentives faced by the elites) and everyday people suffer, the politicians will put all the blame on the bankers.  The reasons are obvious (and there is no loyalty in that game,) and the politicians are going to win that argument.  The biggest such events in history include the Spanish Inquisition and the Nazi Holocaust.  In our day, politicians like Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren have already gone after the bankers.

Knowing that, the bankers and central bankers must prepare a last-ditch rescue for a worst-case scenario, when all trust in the system is gone.  That rescue will be some non-state-issued asset, like gold, silver, and Bitcoin, that the elites can peg their money to (at a high price for the non-state asset,) stabilize their system, and ease the suffering.  Even if the bankers think there's only a small chance for such an occurrence, it will be so devastating to the bankers that they must prepare for it.

So, the elites will try to suppress non-state assets, but won't kill them, even when given a chance.  In the long run, this presents something like a one-way bet for these assets, at current prices.

You are right that this Alliance can only exist together. I remember when the dotcom crisis was in America in 2008. Banks collapsed everything, absolutely everything, Just the right banks maintained, with the support of a government that just printed more wrappers. They have their own coalition, which manages money and power. As far as I know today, CHINA and Russia buy all the gold that is mined in all countries. Why do you think that is??? The correct answer is obvious.  Change is coming
35  Economy / Economics / Re: How much more fall is possible ? on: July 07, 2018, 05:37:01 PM
At the moment, bitcoin forms a very strong and good support at the level of$ 6000 It is extremely necessary for further growth. If bitcoin rises very much, it can immediately fall. For stability we need to have good support. He small candles is rising. Patience.
36  Economy / Speculation / Re: Be patient or take a risk for money??? on: July 06, 2018, 02:02:21 PM
I do not think that bitcoin will fall in price now. Of course, you can wait for the price to be lower, but I think that now the price will only grow up.
37  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Celebrity Bitcoin owners? on: July 05, 2018, 11:12:47 AM
How many celebrities or high profile individuals do you know of that owns and support Bitcoin? I think if we can get some high profile users, we

might get some good exposure going forward. When Playboy started out, they realized that they should start the magazine with a BANG, so they

bought nude pictures of the most well known person in the world at the time and put her on the front page. <--- Marilyn Monroe ... This put them

on the map and they built a global empire.

Who will be our Marilyn Monroe?

So far we have had some high profile users like Mike Tyson and Ashton Kutcher, but we need a globally recognized ambassador for Bitcoin... our

very own, Marilyn Monroe.  Grin

Source : http://www.coindesk.com/10-celebrities-investing-using-talking-bitcoin/

And why do you need to know who has a large number of bitcoins? This is an anonymous currency and there is no need to give publicity to what famous people they own and most importantly how many bitcoins have. I think it violates their privacy. It's only media YouTube bloggers can brag about.
38  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will ETH can reach 1500 in this year?? on: July 05, 2018, 11:07:43 AM
ETH is still undervalues, i think it will reach at least 1500$ in december 2018. Anyone agree with me?

It is very difficult to say about the exact price of bitcoin and Ethereum. You can only analyze and guess. Perhaps you're right that Ethereum will reach that price. But I wouldn't be so 100% sure I'm still convinced that I need to buy tokens or participate in a bounty and wait for the small coins to make X5 or X10 off the ICO price.
39  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty Hunters: What makes a good bounty program? on: July 05, 2018, 11:05:15 AM
In your mind, what makes a good bounty program better than another?  Payouts, process, etc...

I believe that bounty should be chosen by bounty Manager and by the number of participants. Of course it is important to understand what budget is allocated to the company. If very small, for example 50 000$ - it's just funny. You're not going to make money there. Well-known bounty managers always try to choose a worthy bounty. It is necessary to listen to them and follow them.
40  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is the bull market coming? on: July 05, 2018, 11:00:29 AM
It has already begun in June whether it will usher in a bigger bull market. This year, Goldman Sachs and Nasdaq will all have bitcoin futures, and the currency circle is about to usher in greater capital baptism. This is undoubtedly true. However, Wall Street has always been known for its short-selling operations. In order to obtain more chips, it is to directly buy longs or buy short-selling chips at short-term prices. I think it is better to short the first. From January to April in 2018, it has been in a bearish state. It may be that some months have already been secretly entered behind the scenes. It seems that there is still a wave of bull markets worth looking forward to. How do you think about it?

I'm inclined that mid-July and mid-August it will be the growth of bitcoin to the level of$ 12000 and in September will drop the price again. And only by November or December the market will continue to grow up.
