Does anyone know how to have your wallet automatically unlock for staking purposes after you reboot?
Everytime I boot the computer it comes up 'locked'..which means my coins won't stake, right? Is there an option for it to restart in the state it was when it was shutdown.

Update on the cryptopia situation, GBYTE withdrawals to wallets are now working again.
This was the statement the exchange made:
The GBYTE Dev provided us with an update for the wallet today and this has resolved the withdrawal issues. You should have no further issues with your address being invalid. Thanks, Cryptopia Support

It's going to be a total crap-shot for you.
Even if there are 10 alt-coins that do get the success you want (dubious) there is no way to know ahead of time which ones they will be.
If it was known, the pricing would already have spiked - so you'd be too late for your 100x gain.

what s the reason of this big decrease?
Just hang in there, this is still early for this coin and we need more people to find out about it. The new airdrop scheme is going to bring new people and they will be more interested in holding to increase their coin. I think it will bounce back and go up nicely in the coming weeks. Probably the SegWit adoption in Bitcoin itself. Yep. SegWit on Bitcoin proper is great for BTC, not so good for any up and coming cryptos' attempting to take some of their marketshare. As long as you are exposed to both BTC and BTX you can hedge your bets!

i basically agree with you--most Stellar Lumens will probably be unclaimed in the upcoming airdrop.. which means they will be donating a lot to themselves which is debatably questionable.. Interesting statistic, they are going to make out like bandits there! Makes me wonder if it is worth holding Lumens if there is the potential for them to do a big dump at the end of it all

Just a heads up for those dealing with Cryptopia, they still have problems with their GBYTE withdrawal process.
Asked for help 2 days ago and got this: " It looks like the GBYTE wallet needs to be restarted. I have passed this along to the Admin and this ticket will be updated as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. "
They still haven't fixed it, and I need to withdraw to my wallet before the next airdrop - would recommend other exchanges if you have the option.

My bitcoins have been in the coinbase vault for a couple of years. I don't think it is set to a real address. Is it possible for me to participate in the airdrop?
Withdraw your Bitcoins to an address you control, sign a message from there. See [General] Bitcoin Wallets - Which, what, why? to choose a secure wallet. Seconded, while the coinbase vault may by (at least in theory) more secure than having a regular balance, what happens if coinbase just disappears all together? Get yourself a hardware wallet, it's a small price to pay for peace of mind.

People keep making posts about updating .conf files with a bunch of addresses. I have not done that, but I'm receiving my onions ok...what does that file do?
Do I need it to make the staking work or something?

I think I found a cheater in airdrop. Check this address
DaQswC1J97z84kK4pXMsN8xwBf7w9hVYet
I dont know why he is a cheater? whats the username? See the wallet in explorer. Coin leave and go to a address and that address has 5 incoming address And if u check each wallet, two or three address has received airdrop coins Won't the transferers be ineligible even if they aren't cheaters (and are legitimately selling coins to others?) You only get subsequent airdrops if you hold 90% of onions right....?

Only 7 hours until the airdrop lands guys! Make sure you have your posts updated to the required length and number. Looking forward to receiving mine I really wonnder how they are going to enforce that rule. are they going to crowl the forum for each user? that would take a lot time and effort to do so wouldnt it? anyyway, really excited to get something for free here. my policy on all airdrops is to hold everything. The wonder of progamming, scripting languages and automation of processes! Even if they do it manually the first time or two they can just offer an onion bounty and i'm sure some developer with time on his hands will whip up a solution for them.

What does this phrase mean:
- maximum allowed accumulated coin is 30 days.
in the staking rules? You can only gain from staking for a month and then that's it, or something else all together?

Can someone please confirm if there is any way to buy onions anywhere yet? If we are interested enough to want more than the Airdrop provides it's a little frustrating that there doesn't appear to be any marketplace for them.
I know some people are mining, but I don't have that type of equipment.

Come on guys get those post count up and get your share of the ONION's, Airdrop in 2 days, minimum of 10 post with 100 characters per week. Look what you will be missing out on. Lol, I just hope these onions are worth more than the ones I see at the supermarket - lets aim higher than 6 onions for a dollar! Let's hope for 6 dollars for one onion in the near future.

I'm curious about this staking thing. Is there a way to buy Onions yet? If they are still cheap I would consider purchasing a few to get ahead of the crowd! My 0.008 balance is so low it hurts to look at.

I'm trying to add some BYTEBALL i bought on Cryptopia to my wallet. Attempting to send it my address (recognized here): https://byteball.fr/BBdistribution.phpbut get the following error on Crytopia Invalid GBYTE address. Has anyone else had success with this? Is there a particular trick to doing this?

The Airdrop,
1. Believe us guys, we are daily discussing the best way for our Monday Airdrop. Its always a mix between to bring in all and to bring big power through top holders. We believe in the network effect. If we are counting now all positive posts here for our new airdrop rules, we think, we are on the right way.
2. This coin actually is very cheap. That means, around $2,50 tu buy minimum 10 BTX = $25. We know, that this is really a good money in some countries. We dont think selfish and are discussing it with you all.
3. You are a great community. We are very happy, that so many ppl like you all jumped in this project and are excited like hell, what will happen with Bitcore. So its very important, to spread the word about our projects. We take it very serious. You can promote of course, that we dont fear the August 1st. If bitcoin get some trouble, why not using bitcore? We brought in all features, bitcoin discussed for a in our eyes too long time.
4. SHARE SHARE SHARE. If you have a big amount and reach so many coins from the airdrop, so be wise and share bitcore also to your friends. Open the android mobile wallet, or show them ur wallet on your desktops and send few coins.
Greetz Steve
Bravo on the new airdrop method. Good to see you've put an end to the gaming of the system with multiple wallets, but have still preserved the benefits of holding a large BTX balance when then the drop hits. I'm impressed by the change, great job guys.

I think byteball only has two possible outcomes: either massive selloffs happen and development stalls and byteball settles in at $50-100 as forgotten coin or it moons and hits maybe 0.75 btc/gb or even btc parity and becomes a top 3 crypto (Bitcoin, Ethereum and Byteball). Thats my humble opinion.
All will depends of the developpment arround the project. The distrinution of ByteBall is the best (because the larger) I known. After the end of this distribution, the monthly 20 % bonus will gone and will depends of the real project. Once the distribution has been finished the dumping also ends, byteball will begin to take off and will never look back. That's the big question, will the supply from people selling airdrop coins decrease more than the demand from people trying to qualify for more airdrop coins. I think it depends on what sort of announcements we see from the devs over the next couple of months.

Anyone has experience with WAVES leasing?
Yes I do, I have my waves leased to two different servers and I get MRT (Miner's Reward Token) on a weekly basis along with some other tokens (Ripto Bux, Mercury, WavesGo, etc...) Are the airdrops you get proportional to the amount of Waves (or Waves Community Token--i'm not sure how it works), or does everybody get the same size airdrops? I guess I'm asking if the MRT, Ripto Bux, etc that you receive are airdrops or giveaways to Waves holders. YES Some of the community/activity based tokens like waves community or MRT are proportional. Some of the giveaway/airdrop tokens are proportional and some are fixed size to all holders/participants. Many just "appear" because they're granted to all WAVES holders while others need an active signup. How exactly do you get waves? I looked briefly trying to figure out what they where and was left totally bemused.

I have a question to developers and especially for tonych: What will be after distribution? Do team have any plans for next step of development? What kind of future for Byteball you see? Any agreement with some platforms and startups? Raw technology it's not enough too keep price high. You mean actually using it for fast, near feeless transactions is not good enough ? I highly doubt that. Takes two sides to make a transaction! Near Feeless is good, but will we ever be able to buy Groceries with Byteball? That is my secret crypto wish....
