402  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: The 2nd Stage Server Con ( Currently ~$2,000,000 ) 2 MILLION DOLLARS!! on: December 07, 2013, 03:14:07 PM
Apologies for the slight delay in getting this information out.

Jon (Ukyo) is now here with me in Cyprus to ensure this problem is resolved for everyone involved.

The bitcoins are simply not there anymore, we are continuing to work through the implementation of a number of solutions to correct the issue. We are hoping to have one of many very important announcements before the Christmas holidays that will enable the bitcoins to be returned to those that are owed, however the run up to the holiday period may cause delays in some aspects.

The solution will take time to pay everyone in full however, there will be no preferential payments and the payments will be distributed proportionally.

A full explanation as to why the bitcoins are no longer there, will be provided as soon as we possibly can.

Neo & Bee has no exposure to the liabilities of WeExchange. The solution will enable Neo & Bee and all of those involved in Bitcoin to benefit greatly in the future.

So why is Ukyo is Cypress, and Who is thi Danny/cryptocryprus guy? And who is Neo & Bee?  I've not heard of any of them before.

...
If you promise to support my family, following me making that information public at this very moment in time.
You will have to excuse the fact that I value my freedom.

I'm not tring to be hostile here, but this reads to me as...
"Uyko had fled the country"
&
"I may be an accomplice to a crime"

This whole thing is really starting to give me the shits. It's like everyone out there is attempting to take away all the Bitcoin I was going to use for IVF.

*sighs*

406  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Darktongue - Non Delivery or refund for purchase of goods. on: December 05, 2013, 02:43:37 PM
The thread has enticed Darktongue to answer for himself.  I received a message, and in the interest of transperancy here it is...

Ah great,  so a couple of days amounts to a month down under?  I'm really sorry if that insults you but as of late I have not had the drive to check email or even fuck around with mypphone (I primary my email clients through it). I'm going to have to refuse paying you uppwards of $900 as a refund. I have to be quite honest with you. I did a ton of calling,  emailing and a few dollars spending.  Only to find out the parcel had been delivered.  Believe me this wasn't easy.

I can pay you the value paid for these comics and the vhs. However I'd like to first provide proof of this research, receipt of transaction when I mailed them as well as everthing else I have on this.  It is my understanding you have been cut some raw deals and have had some fucked shit happen such as the inputs hack. I can understand and have much empathy for you.

The last two months of my life haven't been any easier then yours my friend.  You need to h elp me help you here and not be a gun jumper for a moment. I will be in touch.

Also may I have an email and or skype contact as well.  I'm not even going to read your scam thread so. Direct contact with you is how I'll handle this.  Make this transparent if you must.  But don't expect me to join a shit show.

Many thanks,

 Sean

410  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Darktongue - Non Delivery or refund for purchase of goods. on: December 04, 2013, 12:04:38 AM
this is hard to believe not because i dont believe you but because i purchased some comics from him paid upfront and he sent quickly and i got them within a few days i hope he clears this up with you

edit: did he ever give you a tracking number for it?

nope, no number. What you see above is all the communication that I had with him.

The reason I went through with the purchase was because he had some successful sales in the past.
411  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: T13hydra - Thread Locked, Unofficial Disscusion on: December 03, 2013, 03:39:15 PM
So, the calculation should look something like this:

One KnC share is 16.5 GH/s for $215
=> 215 / 16.5 = $13 for 1 GH/s

Now we take BTC price from a day on which KnC was ordered by Steve.
And we can calculate how much GH/s we should get depends on how we invest.

Please correct me if my calculations are wrong Smiley

I bloody hope not!

I paid about 30btc for a product quoted in BTCBTCBTC, and about 10btc for products quoted in USD (the boards).

According to the calculations I get at least 2538GH/s for what I paid for the avalon chips & at least 66GH/s for what I paid for the boards.

PLEASE STEVE, TELL US WHERE WE STAND!!!

Darktongue scammed me out of 0.95BTC.  He sold me some items and then items did not arrive.  He then promised a refund, which also did not arrive.  Has been ignoring my PMs for 2 months, and has been logging into Bitcointalk.org every few days. After giving a lot of leeway to correct this problem he has done nothing! Click the reference link to learn more.

How much for shipping to Australia?

I never charge shipping.  And where as I like and learn from you I don't feel bad at that price. I do have contacts from other collector comic deals if need be.

These are all first hand.  And a history will be sent with them
To get it to you timely and safely it would cost me $24. That's not bad. I can handle that

Shit I was under the impression no news was good news.  I'm going to the local PO in the morning and checking up on it. If it doesn't arrive by tuesday or if I can't find anything out.  I will refund the 0.9. If it comes eventually you can send it back over.

I sure hope it hasn't been lost... it's a nice collection.  I ended up sending it first class with insurance so the PO should be able to help track just by having insurance on it alone right?  Or at the very least they should be able to show last scan?

You still happy to send me a refund?
Hey,

I sent you a message 6 days ago and no reply.  I'd like a refund please.

Sorry for delays and what appears to be atypical string outs.  I've been trying to track down the parcel.  It seems it's still in the hands of customs. You are seriously the first person I've ever sent to out of the country.  So I'm sure I fucked up something.

I've been working on a miner project(The wasp) and have had some inner group problems I've had to sort out along with this and my daily offline grind.  I will begin the process of buying some BTC to get this repayed as promptly as I can

G'day!

Just wondering where we were at with my refund?

-Andrew
hey mate,

I gotta level with ya, I really need this btc right asap.

My (soon to be) wife needs IVF and we about to hit the cut off age for the specialist. If we don't do it soon we will never have children.

Between you owing me 0.9 btc (or the spawn stuff), weexchange owing me 2.2btc, and t13hydra owing me 30btc I've got enough there to be able to do it.  It costs over AUD$15,000!

Please respond and let me know what is going on.  If I don't hear back from you by the end of the month I'll have no choice but to start a thread in sam accusations.

I know you don't want to sully your name, as you've been here for years.

regards,
-Andrew

please mate respond.

I know you're getting these messages.  please say something.

What do you mean a couple of days?  After not hearing from you for 2 months I made the decision to bring this to the community. I gave you plenty of warning before putting this into scam accusations. I'm not insulted.

If delivery was made, where the hell is it?! Did you put the correct address on it?  Did you get a tracking number?

I didn't lose anything to inputs.io , no way I'd trust any of my money to an 18yo.

I'm not chasing $900 refund.  I just want my bitcoin back, any bitcoin back.

I really didn't want to have to put up the scam accusation, but you left me no choice.  I hate being ignored, but I hate having to do this even more.

I'm glad you're finally in contact, as I really need this resolved.

-Andrew

I've shrunk the images to make this post easier to read.

I've been checking out his profile and he logs in every couple of days.  As of right now he last logged in December 01, 2013, 06:33:14 AM

Somebody that has been registered since July 25, 2012, 11:43:09 AM, and has 700 posts I though I could trust him.

I've posted EVERY bit of communication with his for transparency.

This arsehole is now in a long list of people that have just decided in the last 3 months to ruin my life.  The Bitcoin price goes up and it shows people's true colours.

PayPal is great to take as well as bitcoin. Half of the sales on my site are with PayPal. When people say bitcoin and PayPal shouldn't go together they're wrong. It's like saying cash and credit card shouldn't go together. It's possible to accept both

Using your real name when dealing with people is a great way to build trust.

Nothing wrong with private domain registration. Stop people calling up and pretending to be you.

Is people are worried about trust, offer to escrow with John K on this site.
