The fees make bitcoin more attractive then paypal
And that's not all. Bitcoin is closing in on paypal's market cap.

It seems to me people are understanding that bitcoin is the future.

People are fed up paying so many in fees and that's why they try to avoid paypal when they can.
I am no different and would leave them 100% if more shops accepted bitcoin.

for now I tend to prefer to use PayPal as an online payment service. Why? because the current online stores that offer payment using bitcoin remains limited. however, in the future when many stores are offering payment using bitcoin, maybe I would prefer to use it.  Grin

PayPal and Bitcoin is a digital currency is very special for me. Because both the digital money equally provide an excellent service to the user.

But of all the advantages provided by paypal and Bitcoin, I really still entrusted to Paypal.
Because in the paypal system there is still hope for money back, when it was discovered that website/seller sells the item turned out to be a scammers.

But when the website already trusted online shop such as amazon, Ebay, etc already accepts payments via Bitcoin, I certainly prefer the Bitcoin.
Since it is already known that the Web online shop has been very reliable and worldwide

PayPal is a sort of online credit. Bitcoin is a sort of online asset.

I foresee a GFC coming in the near future, and the dollar will fall. As the dollar falls, people will try to get their money out of fiat, and hopefully, into an online and already partially accepted asset, bitcoin.

If the dollar falls, PayPal will be worth nothing.

Yes, you are very right. PayPal still wear worn currency every User (Dollar, Euro, USD Singapure, £, Etc.).
If one of the currency fall, no doubt the user will feel less comfortable.

But in the Online Shop we will surely find someone who will be looking for an opportunity when we're in need of something.
It could be just the'm transacting with you are the scammers.

Well, if you were deceived by using Bitcoin your little possibility of getting the money back.
But if you use Paypal it is possible of your money will be back

yes to the bitcoin support for all leading online merchants. if bitcoin has been able to attract amazon.com then it is likely bitcoin is the king of online payment media.

as i see it paypal is simply the escrow, between the buyers and the seller, so it's not really directly comparable to bitcoin, you should compare it to an escrow that deal with bitcoin

Bitcoin! I have very unpleasant experience with PP in last 3-4 years with a lot of charge-backs form users after they get what they ordered. And even I have tracking shipping numbers and many more, PayPal usually are f*cking seller and protecting scammers.

Paypal is still more universally accepted in online shops, soo I will go with paypal

if bitcoin became more acceptable to a lot of online shops , then i will use bitcoin for my daily use. For now, Paypal.
I understand what you are saying; however, it takes people to try to make a difference and not just sit by and wait for it to happen.  Paypal is not trustworthy and they have to much control over all that is going on with your money.  All it takes is a customer to complain that something they received is not as described and they are refunded by PayPal and their BS.  Paypal does not protect sellers.

Let's face it. Paypal is scared about bitcoin.

They even made use of bitcoin in your paypal account illegal.

They should be scared though, since bitcoin has more features.

I heard several times in the past year that Paypal or Ebay is going to use bitcoin, is it not true? They can use bitcoin just like fiat.
