This is an absurd action by Duckdice. Failed to submit 3rd level KYC verification after finishing the first 2 level shouldn’t be result to account block since user can verify the 3rd level multiple times since there’s a chance that a bot can’t read the documents properly that result to automatically rejection. I’ve done KYC on multiple casino and failing the KYC sometimes due to unreadable documents is comment since they are using bot to verify.

Probably you’re right. They already level up their promotion on both social media and the forum. Afaik their security team processing the KYC the last time I verify my account. It usually just take 2 days and I can vouch that asking the support to make it faster will not gonna work because they will just said the standard answer to wait for the verification team to process the KYC.
