Thank you all!

I just emailed them through its website (and the RMA, which I don't know what it means) and I will keep you inform.

The other emails I sent them yesterday have bounced me back.

thanks everybody!

My butterfly just stopped working.

It doesn't turn on. The fans are not moving. I don't know if it's the bf mining device per se, or the power unit that comes with it, because it's also quiet.

Any suggestion?  I emailed BFL several times, but they haven't reply me back.  It took a year from my payment to delivery.....and 4 months later, it broke.

Thanks
B.

For all of the coins that have been requested so far, I could not find out where to find the Total Supply in real time.  I'll add any that have that info.

is this what you need?

I started a new topic because I didn't realize you guys were talking about the DDoS attack.... sorry, my bad.

Adding to this topic: I'm the same as you guys here....still 11 btc "in process"....still waiting Sad

https://50btc.com/  works for me

now it works for me as well, but my btc are still missing and they don't response my emails Sad

EDIT: https://50btc.com/news/status_28_10_en
After the attacks that we’ve experienced from August 2013 till the October we’ve lost user balances data and huge part of the funds. We still can not figure out the full list of vulnerabilities that have been used to perform the attack.

is there any hope? O_o

I didn't see you guys were talking already about it. Sorry for opening a new topic.
11  Bitcoin / Pools / 50BTC + DDoS ....where are my BTC? on: November 18, 2013, 06:56:50 PM
Hey there,

I got 11 btc mined at my 50btc.com account.  I sent those to my wallet and 1-2 days later, it was still "in process".  I emailed 50btc and they told me that they were under a DDoS attack and they couldn't make any payment.

They told me I didn't lose my btc, just the balance was missing but once they solve the attack, all my btc would be transfer to my wallet.

It's been a month since that happened. I emailed 2-3 more times and they stopped replying me.  And now its website says "502 Bad Gateway".....where are my bitcoins? Sad

Does anybody else experience the same?

thanks

13  Economy / Service Discussion / a new Bitcoin Book.... and Zen :) on: November 06, 2013, 01:17:50 AM
Hi everyone,

A friend of mine wrote this book full of zen quotes about bitcoins: ZENTOSHI: Thinking Quotes for the Bitcoin Aficionado.

It's a fun book, with humor and deep thoughts about bitcoins. Trying to make you smile.

I'll leave you some examples, so you can understand what is this book about:

"The nature of Bitcoin - Bitcoin of itself has no explicit nature. Bitcoin is what one makes of it."
"The only bitcoin you find on the top of the mountain is the bitcoin you bring up there."
"The journey of a thousand bitcoins must begin with a single Satoshi.”

Official web: www.zentoshi.com
Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Zentoshi-Thinking-Quotes-Bitcoin-Aficionado/dp/1484028635/ref=sr_1_2?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1383700602&sr=1-2

I hope you all enjoy.

Thanks!!!

14  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: is someone hacking my avalon's ip? on: July 18, 2013, 12:25:51 AM
do you have any router connected to your pc/avalon?

Yes, I got a router and from that, 2 lan cables...one to my pc and one to my avalon
15  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: is someone hacking my avalon's ip? on: July 17, 2013, 11:16:37 PM
First thing - have your unit(s) behind the firewall. Right?

err...... I think so...   I'm using the one that comes with Windows 7

but I'm bet you will reprimand me for that....any recommendation?

Also, if I download a firewall....wouldn't it be for the computer??? the avalon connects by cable directly to the router. The computer can be turned off. So, how can I add a firewall to the avalon?

thanks!
16  Bitcoin / Hardware / is someone hacking my avalon's ip? on: July 17, 2013, 10:16:10 PM
Hi there,

I got an Avalon batch # 2 and I set it up with 50btc and slush, on failover mode.

Everything was fine until today...... for no reason, it started mining in both at the same time. I checked my mode and it was still on failover, not balance.

I turned it off and on a few times and again, start mining in both pools.

after hours like that, it came back to normal....just mining into 1 pool.

what did it happen???

My configuration of workers still are the same, but I was wondering, if it is possible that someone has entered in my avalon's ip and reconfigured it so it can mine for them too?

how can I know if anybody is accessing to my ip? or to my avalon?

thans
17  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Avalon ASIC users thread on: July 12, 2013, 06:55:56 AM
Hey there,

sorry if this question has been already asked, but couldn't find any answer.

My avalon says 82171.28 MHS and I'm currently mining in two pools.... it's been mining all day. When I check the Mhash in the pools I got this:

slush: 36368.844 and 50btc: 37185.844

so, I got 73553 MHS total.... where are the other 8617.436?

are they lost? or those numbers are not exact? what is more reliable?

thanks!

Congrats!
What are your temperature and fans speed?

look at his last pic..lol

hehehe, you're right. But what I meant was "what are the temp and fans numbers now?".... I mean after a few days.

I assumed those numbers were right when he connected it. But if he has an AC pointing directly to the unit, I bet the numbers are pretty consistent.

20  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [UPDATE]Batch 2 AVALON STOCK OVERCLOCK to 84 Gh/s @350MHZ[STABLE] on: July 07, 2013, 08:48:09 AM

http://fotos.subefotos.com/3a957d21c3184832f1e69a8234b89179o.jpg

I got a peak of 94Gh/s.... is that safe? I got it @ 300Mhz with autoclock, but my average is around 80Gh/s

right now the noise is pretty high.

Are my fans and temperature safe?

Fan 1 = 2760
Fan 2 = 3480
Fan 3 = 3480
Temp 1 = 25
Temp 2 = 45
Temp 3= 48

thanks!
