I read that article, and its scientific reference is completely taken out of context. The quoted article states that the scientific article "published a model projecting a cooling period “in 50 to 100 years’ time.”". This is true, but the cooling period is of the sun, not of earth. The scientific study goes on to say they expect this cooling period to cause a decrease of Earth's temperatures of half a degree at its minimum. Which is good news. Too bad climate experts expect that temperatures will rise by around 4 degrees.

It seems to me that the growth of the body without meat is not possible, because a lot of useful vitamins come with meat!
You can get nearly all vitamins from non-meat sources. Only difficult thing is B-12 which is easily obtained through supplements. Lots of protein from non-meat sources too: beans for example are a great source of protein.

For one, pastors can tell a lie without them knowing it. So even if their conscience is clear (i.e. no intention of lying), they still can lie. And of course, since they're just human beings, they can intentionally lie too specially when they go into politics where lying is a necessity for survival.

I think the most revolutionary kind of technology that will have huge huge impact on everyone on earth is something related to health/medicine. I'm referring to a technology that can instantly diagnose a disease and also instantly generate a drug specifically tailored for the diease and for the patient, all without the need of a human doctor.

I don't think Warren Buffet himself doesn't understand bitcoin. I think he does. He probably sees far into the future that it's not bitcoin itself that makes the greatest impact. Probably, he is waiting for a product derived from bitcoin/blockchain that makes a more significantly tangible social impact.

I walked out of restaurant one time with my wife and saw a bunch of 60 year olds with their heads in their phones while waiting for seating.
My wife noticed it also.
We have never been like that for some reason. My computer is for work my phone is for calls. Even if it is a smart phone.
