In my case I am not that kind of people who were addicted with gambling. I do gambling in some times for the entertainment purpose. So in my case it would be that my wife is more important to me than gambling.  I will ask her why she is asking to stop this gambling. Then if her words seem logical to me, then I will not increase my words and if it does not seem logical, I will make some arguments. Convincing someone to realize that they really need help is difficult because they have an ego that will not easily admit it. The perpetrator didn't get anything out of it because the perpetrator just used the account to gamble so I don't know how they can report it as getting scammed but OP did definitely become a victim of a phishing attack and a much worse one because from what I've read, it looks like OP's attacker had control over his account remotely which is scary because that can mean that the hacker can probably access private files. I would probably be careful about my wording when it comes to this topic not deserving such attention, you're right that Stake doesn't have anything to do with it but I think that since they're the platform involved, maybe they can offer some help?

And to OP, I think that it's in your best interest to do this kind of post in Scam Accusations board and follow the format on reporting a scam or the incident and try to provide the screenshots that might help you regain that money if that can ever be a possibility.

For me it's fine, I don't see nothing wrong with showing your bet in public. He has every right to do so, he has money. And we are in a different era now, everyone is on social media and flaunting everything they can, including rich personalities and then gambling activity. I think Floyd Mayweather has done this is the past, and he is a self made billionaire.
