Got a mint R9 for sale

Very quiet and it has only mined for a few hours/days on and off. This is not a miners card and I only used it for testing. I would love to keep it but have no space and don't want to build a rig for one card.

bare card + cross cable, no box or manuals.

2GB

requires (1) 6-pin

Pickup downtown Toronto
Shipping Canada only  (sorry americans and EU its just too expensive)

$100 CAD + shipping or 0.18759274 BTC shipped

Pm

I replied to you already with a quote and you never responded.  As I mentioned already these are not faulty asics and are actually top performers. 2 of them come from one miner that was running 490 and cool.

Go to kano.is  .. best pool ever.  Ghash.io is a scam and eligius may not be a scam but just sucks bad. You can have 500gh or 50000gh and you get the same top treatment at kano.
105  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: need bulk bitcoins on: March 26, 2016, 01:51:24 AM
He doesn't want to buy coins. He wants to scam you. Is anyone stupid enough to believe that "1" poster is looking for $10k in bitcoin and has to turn the forums as a "games182" . Anyone looking for that has the capability to join an exchange or use alternate funding. Who would buy $10k of investments on a credit card anyway ? It will be $15k by the time you pay it off.

Bought a bunch of S3 a few months ago and this is the left overs from defective / dodgy units.

Hashing board S3
Excellent workers / from S3 with bad controller .. all hashing 460+ and cool around 40c

No heatsinks as it would not make sense to ship heatsinks when the board is only 230gm.

 3 Available

 - $20 USD /ea
  + shipping

 or $25 CAD
 or 0.045 BTC

Change home router to 192.168.1.1
It is much simpler to change the IP address on one of your computers to 192.168.1.x to then be able to access the antminer rather than changing your router and possibly f'ing up your whole home network.

yes but don't you see he's cableless. and not really any different. they both require one simple change.
109  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS][From CANADA] One Antminer S7 on: March 23, 2016, 02:11:25 AM
I'm not complaining. I couldn't care about prices hi or low because I don't get involved in price policing and I have no interest in a S7. It was a reference to the post about me when I had the S3 up
110  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS][From CANADA] One Antminer S7 on: March 23, 2016, 01:40:49 AM
Hmm let's see if I can remember how this went ? we try skew the price down as much as possible.

- with the upcoming half of btc I'm pretty sure this will never recover investment

- hang on let me find a screen shot to prove it

- they waste so much power and they're so loud

- pretty sure BTC is going to be $100 by next week

- it sounds like a 12 month ROI to me

Good luck buddy. Let me know if you want me to unsubscribe from your posts.

Change home router to 192.168.1.1 ,, reset antminer, it will now become xxx.1.99 and you can find it on your home network. then change the antminer to use dhcp and change your router back to what it was before.

Xircom you still pumping this shit. all I got from the yesminer ordeal is that the german police should be investigating your and your lawyers.
113  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: BITMAIN Antminer S3 support and OverClocking thread on: March 20, 2016, 09:21:11 PM
again you're an idiot and nobody said that, or whoever said that is the one I told you to ignore in post #1

you weren't able to follow instructions from post 1 onwards so why would be able to now . good luck with your ebay purchase.
114  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: BITMAIN Antminer S3 support and OverClocking thread on: March 20, 2016, 04:45:09 PM
agreed the reset is nice but some people just can't be helped because they don't read or follow instructions. from what I gather seller one even put his btc address in there so it obviously worked until the day it was shipped and seller two has a password which means he's obviously looking at the password screen so that works as well. pretty sure nothing is dead except the poster.
115  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: BITMAIN Antminer S3 support and OverClocking thread on: March 20, 2016, 04:11:24 PM
Now you guys see why you want avoid selling on ebay.  This is your default buyer. After bricking and blowing resetting 100 times he will say its sellers fault.

I just love how the tech tries to help the dumb and because the dumb can't read and follow instructions the tech becomes the dumbass in the end.

good luck idiot you are your own worst enemy.

Trust me buddy its you not the usb debugger or library or ebay seller.

I have read the nonsense you write and have already concluded you're a doorknob and that is why you are having these problems. Since you have 2 s3 and both have a problem its fair to say the odds are against you.

If you just do ** exactly ** as I said and then respond ** exactly ** with your result then someone can help you. but since you're so fkn dumb that I'm telling you start with A and do step A but instead you start with B and do step C then nobody can help you.

How can you even talk about a library when I told you to do the one with the password and reset to defaults. everyone of your problems are a piece of cake and I have solved them 10 times but you're too dumb to follow simple instruction and reply with a result.
120  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: BITMAIN Antminer S3 support and OverClocking thread on: March 20, 2016, 02:59:48 PM
A couple of things to note for you success with the S3..

- first is that half the info in this forum is outdated, invalid or was put together by an idiot to begin with so don't follow everything you read.  (such as reset 3 times to make it work once)

- second you don't explain yourself very well.  try leaving out all the extra junk and only mention your points so people can read and understand and actually help you in the correct manner.

So start with the password one, make sure nothing else is on your network or router or power supply.

- put a toothpick in the reset hole, feel around for the button properly, its actually a bit down from the hole, make sure you have actually pressed the button and not just squeeze a pencil in there and do nothing.

********

Press and hold the button for 5 seconds - release -- wait 3 minutes -- power off -- wait 10 seconds -- power back on -- wait 3 minutes and login to 192.168.1.99 ..

********  I bet you that will work.  assuming you can follow instructions
