1141  Other / Meta / Re: Why all the "uᴉoɔʇᴉq" words are up-side-down? on: April 01, 2016, 12:36:50 PM
This prank is not applicable for the Beginners and Help section. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=39.0
They don't want the newcomers to get confused as we are.

EDIT : This is not applicable on every section.

 Grin Grin Grin Grin
Ha ha ha !  Nice April fools prank ! Bitcoin is upside down. But we can use BTCitcoin. But that would not work for the titles.
1143  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbie here on: March 31, 2016, 06:07:46 PM
As you are a newbie so start being just a reader, you would learn more.
Start from using faucets, you would gain experience about bitcoin transactions and it's basics.
For trading purposes you could use YoBit. You should be wise enough to choose the right coin for investment.
And lastly don't get involved in Ponzi or doubler schemes. They are all scams !
1144  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: WHICH BITCOIN WALLET IS THE MOST GOOD AND CONVINENCY on: March 30, 2016, 03:24:26 PM
I use Electrum Desktop Wallet. It has all the features that one wants from a bitcoin wallet. It is easy to use.
I have also used MultiBit HD wallet. Its GUI is much better but lacks some features that others have.
1145  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: [Project] YouCoin on: March 30, 2016, 03:17:56 PM
I'm interested on your project, but the only thing that I was wondering is how could you make profit from viewers since there are only small few of people who interested in bitcoin, and of course not all of them will get in to this competition, that will be more profit if you have high traffic on your video just saying
The main attraction is older than bitcoin : Win free money by watching our videos, without inscription/sharing informations or whatever. We don't specifically target bitcoin aware peoples. We take the "introducing people to bitcoin" part as a nice bonus though ^^ But yes, to be sustainable, we'll need a decent/high traffic on our videos, so we're starting with bitcoiners, because they'll be probably more receptive at first. After that we hope that the viewers will spread the word and that the traffic will increase Smiley
Well nice idea, I'll take a part in this project, yeah i love your idea watching videos while making or earning bitcoin, also introducing bitcoin to the people it such a briliant idea, so when is this project begin??
This project has started just recently. From the youtube page, the first video (introduction part 1) the first video was uploaded a month back and the most recent one was uploaded a week before.
1146  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin trusted to put your real money on: March 30, 2016, 03:15:22 PM
Yes, Bitcoin has emerged as the best cryptocurrency that people can buy btc with real money. It is due to the trust and faith shown by the bitcoiners in it that has made its price such high!
1147  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Question about txn on: March 30, 2016, 02:12:54 PM
I see many a times that the sender address sends some amount to others and a lot larger amount is received by that address only. How is this possible that the sender is sending Bitcoins to himself. For example view here :

https://blockchain.info/tx/f9979da318152a9c2f7f76dbed35218088d56e0fa3f8355536b7a95b92a2b0f4

In this transaction the last address in the receiver's address is that of the sender's address.

Please Explain.

I would definitely join this campaign when I achieve the level of full member when the next two weeks period ends.
Would be my first avatar.
1149  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is not investment! on: March 30, 2016, 02:05:11 PM
Bitcoin is not investment but you can see more talks about price increasing and earnings on exchanges.
But i don't know why we can't see 100$ again or even less?

Bitcoin is sort of investment with a dream that its price would increase soon. Its price could not get less because of the trust and stability it has earned over this short period of time. If  a large number of people start selling their bitcoins at the same time then it would prove to be an unstable situation and would affect its price.
1150  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you do with your idle coins? on: March 30, 2016, 02:00:42 PM
I have a part of bitcoin and i just see them lying in my wallet. I just try to earn more and keep on accumulating them there. Just waiting for the price increase as that would benefit all of us.
1151  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin could consume as much electricity as Denmark by 2020 on: March 30, 2016, 01:57:19 PM
That was a new fact to know. Its obvious that mining consumes a lot of electricity but didn't thought that it would add up to the total electrical consumption of the whole nation ( Denmark ). This is one of the draw backs of bitcoins as compared to fiat.
1152  Other / MultiBit / Re: MultiBit HD 0.2.0 released - Buy/Sell bitcoin using Glidera on: March 30, 2016, 01:53:06 PM
I have a suggestion. This wallet should add the ability to import your own addresses which would have been generated out of this client. This would prove to be useful for the people that have generated their vanity addresses but they would not be able to import it in MultiBit HD.
1153  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Wallet with lowest transcation fee on: March 30, 2016, 01:48:56 PM
i will choose blockchain if for online wallet because its very flexible because we can set fee as we like ( not recommend under 0.0001 ) but usually i use 0.0001 as fee and it transferred normally
is there someone who uses 0. fee at no cost on blockchain?
how long it takes to get one confirmation?
No, it is not possible to use 0 transaction fees in blockchain wallet. You can use Coinbase and Xapo wallet that offer no fees transactions.
Tip : They are not recommended for gambling as your account might get suspended.
1154  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [ANN] New BTC Rotator on: March 30, 2016, 01:46:12 PM
I viewed your code of addresses.js file and found that variable ref was not defined !
This would affect all your earnings as without the referral link there is no point in running your own faucet rotator.
1155  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [ANN] New BTC Rotator on: March 30, 2016, 01:42:47 PM
Your faucet rotator is not up to date. The first faucet i visited had error showing that it would be transferred to faster location, the second one offered 1 satoshi every 1440 min. Thats just waste of time. Please update it.
1156  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Transaction fees on: March 30, 2016, 01:33:43 PM
I know that transaction fees is required to push the transaction. While sending Bitcoins from one person to another, say A to B, the blockchain shows that X amounts of BTC's were transferred but if we subtract X from the original balance of A then the present remaining coins are different, as it has gone as fees.

The blockchain shows that Bitcoins were transferred from A to B but some amount also went to miner, but its not shown.
1157  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Wallet with lowest transcation fee on: March 30, 2016, 01:28:44 PM
The online wallets are fees free (except blockchain.info wallet). And for other wallets, the transaction fees is not determined by wallet but is set by the blockchain and the miners. If you don't pay any transaction fees then your transaction would take tooooo long or might even get rejected.
1158  Other / Politics & Society / Re: will you save your bicoin for future?? on: March 30, 2016, 01:24:56 PM
-snip-
And , Wall Street Analyst writes, "Bitcoin price could reach 98.5k $".
So will you save btc for future or not.. If yes, then for how many years??
I would definitely be saving my bitcoins till I am in economical need or for about 9-10 years.
And as you stated about Bitcoin's future price, I don't think that it would be too high.
1159  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Apple or the FBI… whose side are you on in the iPhone privacy battle? on: March 30, 2016, 01:21:46 PM
I would go with Apple's decision. Its about users privacy !
Its decision is right in not disclosing and cracking its own smartphone.
