If you had money in his previous exchanger, then yes. There is enough risk I think to say that using them simply makes absolutely no sense, as potato chips mentioned. There are plenty of other alternative exchanges that one can use that doesn't have the track record of hacks, losing customer funds, and just general shadiness like Cryptopia has. Why not use them? Why choose an exchange that has the inferior history and reputation?
Indeed that's the best way to act, to stop using their new effords regarding exchangers or anything else and spread the word about their incopetence in gneral. You know though that exchangers don't have all the coins listed. Not to mention the new ones that want to be listed and their teams don't care where it will be. Furthermore, the fact that the founder was so quick to dissociate with Cryptopia and move onto a new project speaks volumes about his legitimacy, imo. Instead of working on righting the wrongs, they're just starting a new exchange. While it makes sense from a business perspective, it isn't a good look at all.
I agree with you that this behavior tell/show us a lot about him but i have an objection about the "business perspective", unless if you are talking from his "business perspective" side and not in general. Eg. If you are an investor/big fund/whale or a simple small trader, why to invest/cooperate with a guy like him, with all of this shady history that come along? Because he will need funds from others in order to do anything new. Maybe to create an exchanger to be easy and with 0 cost for him but an exchanger also needs volume thus others funds. Without volume is a dead thing. So who fund him to do this again? Hiself (and our money) or some new "angel investor"? |

We have created already 11 games, and we do expect to start tournaments with some games at the next month.
Into these tournaments there will be some rules wich will be announced before they start, and you can only play with crypto currency.

It is already in liquidation. Cryptopia has no more its hands on the thing. Yes the liquidator has the rights... Now all their customers will pay the price of their incompetence. Thats the way how things are. If you send money to an exchange its no more your money. Yes the company owns you something, but if the company is bancrupt, your funds have gone up in smoke... Same if you buy a car and pay in advance...or if you order something in an internetshop, pay and the shop turns into bancrupsy. i dont think these liquidators has the right to take everyone's money and pay for cryptopia debt. Yes he has. Its not everybodys money, its money that belongs to cryptopia. With cryptopias money all will be paid, but we users are quite behind in the queue. After us are only the shareholders, they wont see anything for sure. (I guess they took all before already ;-) ) I am almost sure, cryptopia broke the law before getting bancrupt. Cryptopia owners are fully responsible as long as this plays out... Hiring an accountant does not relieve you of your responsibility for criminal conduct. These clowns and their Twitter Apologists (you know who you are)... Are floating ludicrous defenses like running a multi-million $$$ international exchange is a "hobby"... trololo  Countdown to Cryptopia owners faking their own deaths... 3-2-1... In crypto, everyone will eventually have to fake their own death The thing is that we i) lost probably for good our funds (no matter their value) and ii) we will never see anyone to take the blame for it. I don't need to be a member of this scam to see the real picture of what happening in reality launching their own coin meaning they are now troubled financially and they need this coin to create a new money so the ponzi will not collapsed. Having their own coin will make their ponzi last longer since they will have the control on unlimited wealth for as long as people are willing to buy their coin those who do not know how it works by example can not give a real assessment. partners know that everything is stable and there is serious development and long work ahead. You cannot deny the real fact that wenzee business model are pure ponzi scheme. For as long as new suckers are born everyday. the ponzi will continue. But all this will come to an end sooner or later. Ponzi Business model is not for a lifetime, Their new coin will just extend the ponzi for a few more months. We have a lot of these scheme, with bitconnect to "lead" the way. As well as the "one coin" MLM crap that makes hundreds of people loose their savings and funds. As i said in an earlier post of mine about this, we will be here and see this taking the same road like all the other similar "projects" before it. You need funding or is something else? And if you are asking for funds what you are offer as collateral/ guarranty?
If you implying that you will give some shares from a non existing company or an "app" as collateral, then you better think it again. These "shares" of yours have no value at all.

We all know that you can easily reclaim them back, while on the other hand you will get the BTC without any kind of recovery.
