At least 120% of your Loan value. The problem though is the interest that you offer, which is too low for a month loan.
Nevertheless if you have ETH as collateral, i'm more than sure that other lenders around will have no problem to fill this for the offered interest.

Perhaps making a thread with your Loan request (and the corresponding Collateral) have a better result.
