Guys, I'll have the forum up and running soon. I just need to skin it and give it some CB personality.
Nice one Merc, looking forward to signing up and being in a more orderly environment  Yeah, no kidding. Now if I can only get some free time to finish it... lol Too many CB projects going on at once. No hurry Merc, just take your time, take a breather, no rush. Slow and steady is our motto. More haste = less speed. Thanks, brother. I needed that. I want to put a reasonable time. I'll try to explain : i'm a full time worker so i cannot program all day & night. I've saturday/sunday if i want to use a lot of time. Program is running fine (the program from the screenshot is still running from yesterday without restart), but i'm "the master" , i know each box, each button, each message error and every action to take. To make this program useful for everyone i must do some change (not more) to the UI. But i don't want to end the auction with people paying me without obtain immediatedly the program. So, if now i say "3 Weeks" i've 6 days of work (excluding contingencies), may be too little, but i don't want to say "2 Month" because may be too long! So if you have the patience to wait some more days i will give a secure date for auction end, At this time i'm complete available for question and for proof about this software. That is good enough reason. Looks great by the way. Maybe you should of waited until you were nearer to completion, before mentioning a bidding process to acquire the software early. Anyway I'm sure you will get plenty of help and feedback on your project. I will be watching this thread for any update. Take care |

Yes you're right, i must decide the end auction date as soon as possible.
I must set the programs for "all user" (private/public key outstide programs, some variables in inputbox, various validation etc etc, and of course a little graphic restyling), and i want that Bitcointalk community knows about that to understand the interest with this project.
As soon as possible i'll give the Auction End Date. Promise.
For the video, do you know some good software to make screen capture with zoom??

I haven't think about that now  First important thing is to make people understand that this is a power tool and i'm not a scammer. I've seen too many scam project and because i hate scammers i don't want people could thinks something strange about my program and about me. So i am here to give each proof i can, but don't ask me to describe all the algo  I understand this, and a video would be great. It would be nice to see it in live action. But a deadline on when the auction would end, would bring more interest I'm sure, and let people who are bidding know where they stand. Even if it is a few weeks from now, you need an end date on any auction, else this could go on forever until you get what you want for it, and that may seem like a scam in itself to some people. If the majority are mining altcoins with the only intention of exchanging for Bitcoins in the future. Surely that is unsustainable and the whole altcoin thing with collapse?

If you trade Alt coins, then you will know you can increase the amount of Bitcoins you own by a factor of 2x 4x, or even 10x, in a matter of days or weeks.
Many of these coins are completely worthless as currencies, This I agree with. But as a means to multiply your holdings in Bitcoin, very easy if you are willing to take the gamble.
If you only hold Bitcoin and do nothing with it and just sit back and watch the price rise and fall, you still have the same amount of bitcoins.
If you sell Bitcoins for fiat on a top, and buy back cheaper, yes you will increase the amount of Bitcoins you own, but is Bitcoin going to go up in value, say x10, like an alt, in a matter of weeks, without mass panic?.....no
Trading alts is high risk, and if you are not careful you can lose a lot of your equity. But the reward for me outweighs the risk, and as long as you spread your stake over a few coins, and do your research on each one to make sure they have good user support, and a good development team behind them, you can further minimise that risk. Also try to never sell for cheaper than you bought. Eventually the price should come back up. If you did your research properly.
There are a few Alts out there which I think are serious contenders for the main stage ahead, as I don't think Bitcoin will prevail alone. I hold these Alts for the long term, these include LTC, PPC and CGB.
LTC because of it's popularity.
PPC because it holds a steady value, and is reliable.
CGB because it is rare, and IMO could increase 10x 20x 50x in value in the near future, and it has one of the best development teams among all of these new alts.
This to me is why alts are so popular, not because of innovation, or what they can do as a currency. Only as a means to satisfy our own ingrained greed, and hope for a more comfortable financial future.
