581  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Government Will Use Blockchain But Crypto Currencies Will be Ignored? on: April 04, 2018, 03:54:38 PM
I do agree with this topic. Government will surely adopt the technology leaving behind the cryptocurrencies. The government all around the world does really need blockchain technology to be integrated in their system, it will not only provide transparency but will make things run smoother. Cryptocurrency on the other hand is not necessary since fiat currency is already in existence and if a country will decide to go digital they will create their own currency online.
582  Economy / Speculation / Re: where is the bitcoin price going? on: April 04, 2018, 03:51:34 PM
There are two speculations about the movement on the value of bitcoin this april. Bearish group predicts that bitcoin will go down to 5k$ while some with their exaggerated prediction that bitcoin will fall down to 2800$ to 1000$. On the other side bullish group have predicted that bitcoin will recover and go back to 8k4 towards 10k4 this month. There are many speculations and the best way to answer it is to observe the market and trust your intuition.
583  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto faster & cheaper? on: April 04, 2018, 03:40:00 PM
Bitcoin fees are higher than any other coin. This is due to a lack of scalability and thus high mining fees, which also effects transaction speeds. Ethereum and LiteCoin have much lower fees and send much faster. XRP is cheaper and faster than that. IOTA is free but their wallet is not quite up to par yet. This market is still very young and growing. Eventually these issues will be worked out. But the great thing about competition is that you can choose which method you want to use. And if you’d rather stay in the fiat world you’re free to do that as well.

Cryptocurrency is a good online currency and actually it helped me a lot on my finances. But let us be reminded that not all areas in the world and not all people have access to the internet. I am in love with cryptocurrency especially with bitcoins but at the end of the day I have no choice but to convert it to fiat money so I can buy food for my family and pay my bills and etc. If I will go to the rural area there is no internet connection in that place and people have no computer or smartphones then it is very crucial to say that we need also fiat currency.
584  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: GOOGLE hasn't banned BITCOIN advertising on: April 04, 2018, 03:34:09 PM
Here's what Google said:

https://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/answer/7648803

My first comment is that there's never been any BTC advertisement. Who would pay for it? The BTC's foundation? This board's webmaster? As there's no corporation, nor an individual owning BTC, there can't be any kind of advertising. The only ads I've ever seen were for lousy ICOs, shitcoins, trading and exchanges websites where you can make a deposit but not a withdrawal, trading consultants who screw you with the promise to show you how not to get screwed, and super safe crypto-wallets where your private keys are automatically sent to a smart angel in East Russia. Google wants to ban all that? I say thanks Google!

My friend I think you are misunderstanding it. What google bans is not bitcoin but cryptocurrency related ads and ICO's. But you have a point there since I can still see cryptocurrency advertisements on some sites. Facebook still have those advertisements about cryptocurrency up to now. So the question is that, is their declaration on banning really true or it is just a hoax?
585  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Yesterday, a large amount of Bitcoin (10000 BTC) was put on Bittrex on: April 04, 2018, 03:26:38 PM
10.000 BTC was put on the Bittrex, before this wallet also brought up 7.000 BTC and caused a sharp decline. Do you have any comments on the market in the next days? Will the price down to 5.000 USDT?

That is alarming since that is a sign that a huge trader or whale is preparing to sell his bitcoins due to the falling of bitcoins value recently. This move on the other hand can cause another major drop, if that person will really sell his btc then we could really see bitcoin reaching up to 5k$ this year which is a good news for me since I can buy more bitcoins with that value. Thus if that is true then we should really get our money ready for another dip.
586  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: End of the correction? on: April 04, 2018, 03:23:25 PM
The correction have ended with 10k$ as a value for bitcoin. But it did not stabilize as bitcoins price have slided down to 6200$. The reason at this point is not the correction but rather the panic selling of bitcoin holders due to the issue of banning cryptocurrency related ads and ICO's by google, twitter and facebook. Many investors also have been discouraged and ended up selling their bitcoins in the market resulting to the down fall of bitcoins value.
587  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why does China have an unfriendly policy on cryptocurrencies such as bitcoin? on: April 04, 2018, 03:20:03 PM
Why does China have an unfriendly policy on cryptocurrencies such as bitcoin? Will the future change?

As you know China is a very big country and there are thousands of syndicates and smugglers are residing in that country. The Republic of China's one biggest problem is money laundering  and bitcoin have become a vector for smugglers and criminals to move out dollars from China. China has a strict policy on sending US dollars out of the country and they even set a limit as to how much a family per year can send an amount of dollars. Thus with those syndicates and smugglers using cryptocurrencies as one way of smuggling money out of China the Chinese Authority have decided to place a strict regulations on the exchanges. Those exchanges on the other hand have failed to comply with the new regulations and have decided to shut down its operations.
588  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Eurasian blockchain association join to fight against crypto Ad Ban on: April 04, 2018, 03:10:42 PM
The blockchain and cryptocurrency associations of Russia, China, and Korea have come together to form Eurasian Blockchain Association to file a lawsuit in May against Google and other companies for banning the crypto-related ads ban.
Last month, big names like Google, Facebook, Yandex and Twitter banned the cryptocurrency ads that created disturbance in the cryptocurrency market and community.

This triggered a legal action by a local Russian businessman that filed a lawsuit against the Russian-registered Google entity. Vladimir Orehov, the businessman claims that this ban is illegal and violates his rights as he is losing business opportunities that can result in probable money loss.

This is a good move by those countries. This joint movement of Europe and Asia will be of big help to the whole cryptocurrency economy. This move by google, facebook, yandex and twitter have made thousands of bitcoin users lost a lot of money. Be it big and small, we suffered a lot from the bitcoin price crash. If the lawsuit will win they probably we can see bitcoin goes up again and we can sell a portion of our bitcoin again.
589  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin dies does altcoin die? on: April 04, 2018, 02:58:59 PM
It is difficult to predict at this stage, but alternative bitcoin is unlikely to die, as some analysts predicted.

Probably your statement is true but majority of the altcoins are dependent on the bitcoin market. Thus, when bitcoins value falls down almost all of the altcoins market is also down. If you notice earlier when bitcoins value went down all of the cryptocurrency market is in bloodbath or colored red. This means that if bitcoin will fall down all of the altcoins will go down along with it.
590  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin can go again down? If yes then why? on: April 04, 2018, 02:56:31 PM
bitcoin can go again down? If yes then why?

Bitcoin's value is dependent on the flow of the market. The higher the demand for bitcoin the higher will be its value and the higher the supply than the demand its value will surely falls down. It is called the principle of supply and demand in short bitcoin is subject to volatility. If bitcoin is subjected to volatility it is always possible that it may fall in value or rise up.
591  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Australia’s Bitcoin Exchanges to Get New AML Rules on: April 04, 2018, 02:47:08 PM
Starting from today, 3rd April 2018, the Australian financial intelligence agency, Austrac, will be implementing new obligations to counter terrorism financing and money laundering(AML/CTF). Read on to know the obligations.

This is a good news to bitcoin. With those regulations bitcoin can be now clear from the allegations that it is a money of the criminals. Also having a regulation makes bitcoin acceptable in such country and that is why it must play by the rules of that area. This is a great news since this means that bitcoin has already grounded itself in Australia.
592  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is not a currency? on: April 04, 2018, 02:43:54 PM
I found a video on YouTube https://youtu.be/qTxPfxmkLIY that according to this man (Warren Buffett) said "Bitcoin doesn't meet the definition of a currency" and he said that "he would not be surprised if bitcoin is not around in 10 or 20 years".

Is he a hater of bitcoin? while other big names appreciate the bitcoin.

Your thoughts?

May be he was or may be he had been in trouble with bitcoin or something like that that is why he says something like that. Well, for argument from common consent mostly people believes that bitcoin is a currency while him isn't so, my assumption are something like that.

Well actually bitcoin is not a full pledged currency. When we speak of a currency it does not only have a value but it has a purchasing power and is a form of pf payment in exchange for goods and services. But bitcoin has not qualify with those qualities since there are only few merchants all over the world that accepts bitcoin as mode of payment. But even though only a little accepts bitcoin as a medium of exchange it makes bitcoin a currency but only partially.
593  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A friend sent me .03 BTC - what to do now? on: April 04, 2018, 02:38:37 PM
So long story short, a friend owed me for a favor and since I did not have bitcoin before he asked If I would take it in BTC. I didn't mind since I can cash out whenever.
My question is.. what do you think? Its a decent chunk of money for me to just hope something keeps rising, do you think I should "let it ride" or cash out and just be happy with ~$500?

This post is made back December 13, 2017 then I guess my comments and suggestion is already useless since you may already have cashed out your bitcoin or you hold your bitcoin and have lost profit. But anyway its good if you have sold your bitcoin earlier then you can use your money to buy bitcoins at its lowest value today. But if you have not and keep holding to your bitcoin then continue holding on until the end of the year so you can get profit.
594  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is owning bitcoin a crime? on: April 04, 2018, 02:35:47 PM
Possesses bitcoin as well as holding a gun  Huh Smiley Huh
http://bitcoinnews.com/cryptocurrencies-gun-crime-canada/

Possessing bitcoin is not a crime except if the certain country that you are in have banned the use of bitcoin in your area with corresponding penalty. But without those actions by the government you cannot be considered a criminal except if you use bitcoin in illicit ways which is against the law. As long as you use your bitcoin within the bounds of the law then you are not a criminal.
595  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is back to 7k$ , bitcoin is rising again! on: April 03, 2018, 11:23:32 AM
If we look at the chart bitcoin have started to rise up again. It fell into the dip at 6200$ and now it has climb up again to 7k$. Despite the news of closing of exchanges on Japan and India the community are having smiles on their face when they see bitcoin climbing up again. Possibly this is due to the good news being circulated around about the new development in bitcoin. All spirits are alive maybe this is the sign we are looking for.

Is this the sign we are looking for or this is just temporary?

What news you are referring to about closing exchanges in India and Japan? I don't know about any incident of such sort. If you are referring to BTCx and ETHEx, then simply ignore it. These  exchanges used to have daily volumes of $46k only until they halted their operations. This volume is not at all significant and the market have not reacted in any way due to this. I am sure a lot of people don't even know about their existence.

However, we all want bitcoin to rise up again. Personally I will be very happy if it happens. But it can only happen if the investors start buying it large numbers. The demand should go up in order to increase the price. But if you track the trading volumes, you will understand if the demand has actually gone up or not. I don't want to disappoint anyone but, looking at the current trading volumes, the surge looks temporary.

Actually, there are investors who are buying a large amount of bitcoin. If you look at the charts earlier bitcoins value went up to 8k$ for a moment then it went down again to 7300$. This is a sign that huge buyers are coming in and are buying huge volume of bitcoin. This could be the signal that bitcoin is starting to rise up again.
596  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: No future for bitcoin on: April 03, 2018, 11:19:37 AM
Guys, I think in future bitcoin will fell down and Instead of old blockchain technologies will come new and more large-scale projects. Bitcoin It is just the beginning.

I guess your idea is not feasible. Bitcoin will remain for many decades and we believe that it will even hit 1 million dollars in the future. More and more bitcoin holders will spur and more countries are going to accept bitcoin. The demand to bitcoin will increase thus bitcoin will be more stronger than ever.  If you are negative about bitcoin then you will regret it in the future.
597  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When will bitcoin mining run out? on: April 03, 2018, 11:16:13 AM
if bitcoin mining runs out whether the cryptocurrency world will also end???

Bitcoin mining will run out when the total number of bitcoin which is 21 million is finished. But it does not mean that the cryptoworld will end after all the bitcoins are mined. If all bitcoins are mined then the miners will still mine not for the mineable bitcoins but for the bitcoin transactions and they will earn from confirmation fee. When all bitcoins are mined then bitcoin will be very valuable and may hit a huge value.
598  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Positive News about Bitcoin(All UK golf clubs must accept bitcoin by July) on: April 03, 2018, 11:10:42 AM
I will add this to the list of good news that will happen to bitcoin. If we keep posting good news such as this bitcoins value will surely recover a lot and possibly we may see again 20k$ early this year. I am excited on their launching and I do think that it will bring good to bitcoin. If I have a large amount of bitcoin then I can go to UK and try doing golf.
599  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin FUD on: April 03, 2018, 11:06:43 AM
Speaking of Japan, the Japanese government have implemented a strict rules on the use of cryptocurrency in their area. With that 3 exchanges have said to shutdown since they cannot comply with the requirements being set by the government. While South Korea on the other hand as well as the Philippines have remain strong and is still growing in terms of using bitcoin and cryptocurrencies.
600  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Earnings on the crypto-currency on: April 03, 2018, 10:50:18 AM
In order to earn in crypto I have first collecting faucets. But faucets only give a small amount of satoshi and I shifted to affiliate business it was good but the income in btc was small. Thus i started signature campaign and bounty and I was contented with my earnings. The highest paying signature campaign was yobit due to its fixed salary and so even bitcoin started to rise it remain fixated. So with the increase in btc value our salaries value also went up.
