1281  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Cloud mining/Investing or trading on localbitcoins? on: June 22, 2017, 03:37:36 PM
Try to learn about the market and coins you are going to buy and start trading.
Yes, this will be the simple key to get more number of bitcoins in more quick time. People already had concluded that trading is the only viable method to get more bitcoins in relatively more quick time. If trading skills are not easily acquirable then doing bitcoin based businesses must be another way to make quick bitcoins.
As described trading is the best way of profiting, but this needs good knowledge to earn good else the expense happens from our own pocket. Don't think that you don't have skills, just make yourself strong and learn to rule the sector and if this doesn't work start business on the same platform. I would always suggest to learn through localbitcoins which gives a good understanding about the base.

Skills in the sense we just need to follow up price changing the chart every minute and need to set the trading value according to it. I also use to suggest localbitcoins as a option for trading.
But recent days I noticed the deposit fee to add your bitcoin to localbitcoins wallet. This will give remarkable downfall for the localbitcoins team. You may hope this will taken away, in future you may see the fees to receive the bitcoins as well.
1282  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How would you store >100 Bitcoins? on: June 22, 2017, 07:02:52 AM
I like this if I have 100 bitcoin Im really rich. I would rather cashout my 50 btc into fiat to enjoy my life, Id like to travel around the world and complete my bucketlist. So, I would like to restore my 50 btc into 5wallets to ensure that it is secured with 2FA for security purposes.
I agree with you to separate 50/100 btc on some online wallets. I think this way is safer than we store 100btc in one wallet even though many say that hardware wallet is safe but separating on some wallets will be safer.
I suggest to try trezor hardware wallet to have your high amount bitcoins safely. You can find many desktop, coldstorage, paper and online wallet. The preference according to your choice.
Wherever it is. No one is gonna loot your bitcoins because your wallets are provided with email authentication and password protected. Hacking is also will not work due to high level crypto security. So wherever you want.
1283  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How greedy you are? When will you stop and withdrawn? on: June 22, 2017, 06:41:07 AM
Since I mostly play for entertainment purposes, I will mostly take a portion of the winnings and continue playing until they're gone. There really isn't an amount where I think I've won enough and walk away for the day Wink
Like me either, I don't win much in gambling and any small amount of wining is already worth enjoying for me. I never think I could win big but I always think how to minimize my losses, we all know that we will lose in the long run, so it's good to be ready how to minimize the exposure.

Not only you bro, no one can win much in gambling expect betting. If we win little amount also we should not greedy and just make the with drawal and play once in the sunshine.
If we greedy to make more money definitely will loose the amount we have also.
1284  Economy / Marketplace / Re: What would you like to buy? on: June 22, 2017, 05:50:45 AM

1285  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Asian vs. Western Investors on: June 22, 2017, 04:51:27 AM
I think you are right on your statements. Most western investors prefer more solid investments, traditional ones. Asian investors are looking for any kind of investment that could give them chances to make profit, and now focused in technology.

I believe this happen because asian people want to make money fast as they are in need, while western people have already a more consolidated life, more confort and they aren't desesperate for money, at least most of them.

Possible to see this by looking the Crypto market, asians are the majority parcel of users in exchanges.

You find the fortune 500 companies mostly listed from the european country. In technology wise they are moving faster than asians in the IT and infrastructure. Most of the asians are getting wages and projects from the US and UK. As investment wise Western people are best to take decision.
1286  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Favorite type of gambling? on: June 22, 2017, 04:41:46 AM
My favorite type of gambling is betting on sport games like basketball because when you bet on sports you can sometimes distinguish which team or player has the ability or favor to win. On that you can be more confident on betting and have greater percentage of winning.
Even many so called sports experts fail to predict the correct outcome and betting in lower odds events can't guarantee winning. However yes sports betting is quite safer than rolling dice or roulette and it can be profitable most of the time if you have deep knowledge about the game in which you are betting on.

Nowadays most of the sports and games seems already fixed by gamblers already with the sportsmen. So betting would be best option for me as well which is most safest investment method in gambling. If you are the owner of the gambling site you can make more than the players with the losers fund in the site.
1287  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We can't buy something with Bitcoin quickly on: June 22, 2017, 04:10:39 AM
For exemple, I go to a coffee shop, I buy a coffee, then I pay with Bitcoin, we have to wait for a confirmation, no? or the merchant will just trust me if I show my wallet?
How can we be sure that it's not a double spent transaction or something else?
At this moment something like that is a problem, some may say that you could include an higher fee, but the fees are very high at the moment you may end up paying more from the fee than the coffee, so for now there is not a good solution to that problem.

Lol, if it is starbucks or coffeebar. Transaction fees will consumes the coffee's cost in that. As of now bitcoin state is become so funny, if you look like you said. This is the corporate game, they will take their own altcoin up with the less fees in future and we all will push by them to depend on other altcoin. Satoshi is only solution to solve this issue by owning the copyright and decide the mining fees structure for pool.
1288  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: When did Xapo turn to sh*t? on: June 21, 2017, 05:30:54 PM
I think all centralized wallet is bad, including XAPO even if they used to offer free tx fee and free wallet since you don't have the private key which means you don't have control over your bitcoin.
It's time to use real wallet (read : decentralized wallet) and have control over your bitcoin. Bitcoin Core, Electrum or Mycelium are wallet that i'd recommend.

I am not aware of xapo much but checked in the Google search for low transaction fee wallet and changed my wallet.
After I gave that to campaign manager last week then I noticed transaction fee in 0.0012 btc as standard fee in xapo. This is ridiculous then Coinbase and blockchain also.
1289  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you use analysis when play gambling? on: June 21, 2017, 01:46:44 PM
Even when there's bug we can't still determined whether the rolls and bets will fit in. Not all bugs is for winning yet most of the time its for that. Well it will be just a matter of luck and knowing when to push or stop.

Whatever thing that you are trying to do, it wont help you. Unless you are smart enough to figure out the server seed then that is your only chance to win. Aside from that I dont see how you are going to have anything to do with bug or some sort of other stuff. There is no possibility that some small bug going to help you win
Agreed, that's the case with the slot and the dice games, whereas with sports betting rather than analysis gathering information is required much. It helps to increase the winning chance, though the luck is the one that decides the winning in the particular event.

It means same bro. You required the information to while you are betting on sports team or a sports person. You need to analyze the strength with the information you can do betting bro.
However it will not work in casinos and slot run with the analysis.
1290  Economy / Speculation / Re: Sold on: June 21, 2017, 01:30:34 PM
I sold about 10% of my stash. I'm not sure whether the bubble has burst or not, but I decided I'll take some profit (bought at sub $100). We might see $5000 or $10000 in the next few days, but I'm pretty sure the price will go down to $1500 (or even lower) at some point in the next few months or next year, and that's when I'll buy more. If that doesn't happen then it's fine, I'll invest in something else.

What do you think of my decision?

I don't think it's a bad idea to sell some at these high prices especially if you bought at such a low price. You have locked in some good profits even if the price doesn't drop.

I would expect a price drop and I could see it go as low as $1500 or lower if there was some sort of bad news. You will probably have a chance to buy back some of what you sold.

I would say still it's a bad idea becuase if you completely aware of bitcoin price movement from the starting time to now and adoption on block chain technology you will never do that now. If you wait till next halving sure bitcoin will on moon.
1291  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BEST trading platform for fast trading? on: June 21, 2017, 01:19:05 PM
hi

Need a good trading platform user friendly for fast buy/sell change sl/tp.

If have traling stop and mobile version is fantastic

You start your trading experience in localbitcoins. If you account in LBC open your trade with the trade limit amount that you can pay with your bank account and btc wallet accordingly.
You no need to worry about the escrow because if any one open a trade with you that time bitcoin will be lock by escrow.
1292  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Volatility - major reasons for ?! on: June 21, 2017, 01:04:09 PM
I just try to find the major reasons for the very high volatility of bitcoins price we all encountered over the last years.

1) Exponential Growth ( in trust and usage)

It's clear this is a very strong reason to cause price volatility, since we have double and double of requesters that all needs to get coins from a scarce bitcoin supply.
So we see price squeezes all over the time (more up than down). Further we have no or lost experience with such exponential growth process esp in money (last adoption was gold some 1000 years before)

2) Evaluation Base CCY ?
I have the strong suspicion that bitcoins volatility is positive correlated to the volatility of the lowest trusted fiat currencies' volatility in the world.
Sadly I cannot proof this by averaging the historical volatilities of a 'poor's currency basket' of (Zimbabwe$, Venezuela$, Egypt pound, Jemen slotty, Syria Dinar,..xyz...) but I estimate, that we have same volatility there as in bitcoin. And all people living in those countries should be way better off with bitcoin and it's vola!
We just see and measure BTC/USD - volatility is high, but we forget where it's based on - on the poor ccys all together - but they are dominant here.

3) Heterogeneous Markets
We now have some 100 different exchanges and local places where you can exchange you bitcoin against any other fiat or crypto. There is no condensed order book / matching for a trade and limited arbitrage due to capital protection of some states.
I'd guess we'd see a fraction of the actual valtility,if we would have a (ideal) single world exchange, where all must trade BTC/USD (USD is just a default example for a world fiat and rest crypto ccy) .

Any other reasons you could see?

Bitcoin supply and demand will rate the volatility of the bitcoin value. As adoption rate increases price will move forward and if there is any market fall happens then bitcoin related business or project that time will see the dump in price.
1293  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is your trading strategy? on: June 21, 2017, 09:38:13 AM
Buy at lower rate.wait for pump with patient.if price will dump then buy again in deep/lower rate.then wait until you gain 15-30% profit or recover your lose.

Global strategy all the people will say the same thing to get success in trading. You need to think differently to have prlerfect trades in all of yours. I do trade the bitcoin by looking the price chart frequently. If sells out bitcoin in very bad condition of yours good as of now because we may see better growth then tge previous what we saw in bitcoin.
1294  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin reduces unemployment on: June 21, 2017, 09:11:46 AM
Only people who are looking for job are counted as unemployed. If someone can earn enough money with bitcoin so he doesn't need to have a job we can say bitcoin reduced unemployment.
Lets say those people that doesnt have something for living are the ones who are totally jobless or unemployed.

But its your choice if you can earn good with bitcoin. And it will be better if you can earn bitcoin while having a real job.
It's a big help and later you will realize that there is a big potential to earn money in bitcoin than your real job and eventually you will change your mindset from being playing safe to a risk taker. Everyone has their own time and it depends on how you will explore your journey in bitcoin, if you keep exploring, I am pretty sure you can find all the opportunities and will change your way of making money.

Working through bitcoin is totally a big help for those jobless people. And as you work with bitcoin, you are already a risk taker.

Once you started to set a goal with it, that is going to come up to your future and it's up to you if you will still stay with bitcoin or will look for a better job.

But most of the people here are already contented working with bitcoin.

I don't know how to look at myself when I am a earning bitcoin for a living, I am earning a .0175 bitcoin per week, I have kids, I have electric bills and many bills other than that, our food and internet connection will be deducted to that. I don't know how will that pay out fit in that bills. Though bitcoin is a good way to get some extra income and pay some extra bills with it, you don't need to fully rely on it.

However, this will help out to you to rid of the some amount in your monthly budget right. Don't only depend on signature campaign itself because we have platform to learn and earn bitcoin via that. I knew personally my friends making money via only bitcoin projects and ETH smart contracts site integration projects. It all will give earnings with your knowledge only. If you good in finance learn trading.
1295  Economy / Speculation / Re: Biggest threat to the future of Bitcoin? on: June 21, 2017, 08:55:13 AM
The biggest thing that will slow adoption is the need for confirmations.  There is also the fast changes in the price values and the fact that too many people dive into the game without fully understanding the facts.  There are many people that get a handful of knowledge and have just enough to make a mess of their affairs and then that is magically the information that makes it to the public news.

Adoption rate does not slow down on bitcoin at anywhere. It is moving faster only as of now. Main problem bitcoin in future years. ALTCOIN. As altcoin rising in price range and usage limit expansion we cannot see much movement on bitcoin that time. Hopefully, high number move to ETH and litecoin I think.

1297  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Best Bitcoin debit card, real users experiences pls on: June 20, 2017, 04:24:30 PM
i have a 2 bitcoin debit card from 2 different website i only have the virtual copy one and not the physical one , if your looking to use a bitcoin debit card go to spectrocoin website have it and the fees are not really high unlike other website like cryptopay which have high fees , you can only load 2 times a day if im mistaken , im not sure if the real one actually works i heard a guy bought the physical one and it worked on the atm and withdrawed the money but he used cryptopay

Is the spectrocoin debit card is trustable more than xapo or advcash. I don't think so because I have noticed the spectrocoin have negative trust in the forum for transaction and fund issue as trust notes says. I suggest you try to get a card in xapo, I know the fees in high but reliable and efficient for the users.
1298  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: Invest 2 btc on: June 20, 2017, 04:08:06 PM
yes i would say invest in ETH is good idea ! secure the future Smiley

Many ETh suggestion above. I suggest to do not go with etherum because if you dump more coins in your wallet. It will grow more than bitcoin with supply and demand. I would say please simply hold that bitcoin for some years. It will give double the amount in the fiat currency of yours.

1300  Economy / Gambling / Re: Investing in btc casinos on: June 20, 2017, 10:32:06 AM
The only site where I have been registered on where I see an option where you can invest in the casino is on yolodice.
But I hear also cryptogames does as well but I am not on there so I can not say how that works and how much they pay out at the end of the investment term you pay into.

But on the one I am on it is a good amount just for depositing into the site's bankroll..
which I play on myself so it is a solid investment for me. Grin
There are lot more sites with investment option(safedice, bitdice, bitvest), you should visit other sites too. diversified investment is a lot better than investing in just one.
AFAIK crypto-games is currently highest bankrolled site with 5000 BTC invested in total.

But casinos would not provide the good returns to back right in gambling. I purely suggest to the gamblers to take part in any sports or other forms of betting. Dice roll or slot run casinos are nice if you are get luck to see the huge amount in one shot or mostly wins in the game. Betting is simply working knowledge mostly sometime luck factor also work like sports team fortunately win without big team members.
