801  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: what are the best exchange sites? on: December 21, 2017, 05:39:26 PM
i would prefer to bittrex, polo is good too

Poloniex is the best exchange for altcoins because all the altcoins are available in this exchange and the fee is also very less when compared to other exchanges. But you can also use coinbase to buy ethereum with bitcoins but you need to sell your BTC first then buy ETH from the exchange.

Yeah polenix is one of the best exchange but bitrex is the toppest exchange of all the altcoins. If you surf on the coinmarketcap about most of the altcoins listed initially and those mostly directs to the bitrex exchange.
If you want to more exchanges which is top in the market means you search about the finance, etherdelta as well.
802  Economy / Speculation / Re: What's going on with the price today? on: December 21, 2017, 05:03:06 PM
Things looked somewhat promising yesterday as it was holding steady in the mid-high 16k range, even breaching 17k. Now it's in the low 15k. What's going on? Are we still hodling? Newbie asking for a friend here.

Last 5 days it being same in price growth like fluctuate around the price chart. Please choose the perfect investment option on bitcoin now since price is low you can expect the huge returns once price bumps up again.
I do holding yet if you think bitcoin price bumps up you will be able to invest on it.
803  Economy / Economics / Re: People are extremely biased towards bitcoin. on: December 21, 2017, 03:31:40 PM
Most people here and reddit will defend bitcoin no matter what instead of looking at the problems. Every time someone comments something about the speed or transaction fees they will just yell ''FUD'' or ''Another attack on bitcoin'' but it's not always that. I have been a strong supporter of bitcoin myself but we have to face it, it's not in a good position right now, sure the price is great but what else? Insane fees that are not getting solved any time soon? I know the demand is high but the ones that are buying are just buying to sell eventually not to support bitcoin, not to use it. The demand will eventually fade away and what do we have left? An outdated bitcoin that won't be able to compete with better coins.

Transaction fees bothers most of the people especially small fund earning cannot able to exchange their bitcoins in the needy time. But you will find bitcoin transaction fees recovered with the effect of upcoming fork.
Most of the trollers will be always goes on pulling down and give information like it is been used on buying and etc.
804  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are they afraid of bitcoin? on: December 21, 2017, 03:04:30 PM
When one has been given the freedom in the economy, automatically the growth gets progressive around the country. In specific more the tax levied upon the citizens, more will be the corruption taking place. In majority of the countries corruption keeps the economy down, so similar issues can be sought with ease.

Things change with time and so is the currency. Remember the time we have taxi only and now Uber has given an altogether new ways of booking the taxi services without calling or leaving the home. Same is bitcoin doing with the fiat and giving people all together new ways of  payment. As always many people fear the change and these are those people who do not want the change and making people afraid of bitcoins.

Again you asks the bitcoins afraid with your answer bro. Still you missed to answer the reason for why people fear about it. As I know that bitcoin is being spreaded by the people as using on drugs or illegal usages means the reason for people panic on if.
Keep investing on bitcoin will let any one down with their investment they done with that.
805  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: CHANGELLY SCAM on: December 20, 2017, 07:30:11 PM
They have stolen 34XMR from me and are defrauding countless others. Stay away from these scammers.

You please create a thread in scam and accusation section to report about it bro. Many scam reports use to done by there. That will make people to aware of these kind of scam.
Personally this is first time I am hearing that someone loosing the fund in XMR. Many people reported btc hacked only but this is little different.
806  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to sell BTC (& ETH) for yen? on: December 20, 2017, 07:19:39 PM
Hi guys. First off, if this is the wrong board to post this question, please advise me and I'll move it (or a mod can move it).

Anyway, like most of you I am holding a lot of BTC and various other alt coins, primarily ETH. All of my holdings come from Steemit and trading SBD on the exchanges.

Anyway, my question is... how can I actually get this "money" changed into yen to use? I don't intend to use it. I want to hold crypto long-term. But, if there is an emergency (such as something happens to one of my kids) I want to know how to quickly get at it to use.

I am American, but I live in Japan so I need to change it to yen. To be honest, I don't even know how I could change to dollars. I have been trying to link my coinbase account to my (US) bank for the past year, but they keep rejecting my ID for some reason and support is not helpful, so that is out. Perhaps a Bitpay card?

But then again, with BTC transfer fees so extremely high right now, I'd just as soon change my ETH to yen in the event of that emergency. Is it possible to do that quickly and easily? Any ideas, for BTC to yen or any alt coin to yen?

Thanks for any suggestions!

Is there any fiat cash available especially in your country use that to exchange your cryptos. Else here widely people are using the bitcoin exchange as localbitcoins only that will be best fiat currency wallet from the past 5 years and more. You can simply select the country you want have option for selling or buying as you want. And then select the all online offers you can find the result in banking and wallets too. So choose your option open the trade. You have bear the deposit fee alone will you sending the payment there in localbitcoins.
807  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoin rapid increase on: December 20, 2017, 07:08:48 PM
The Bitcoin dominance is at 45.05% right now. Its gone quite low.

Only a few days ago was at ~65%  Grin

This was expected, BTC is still very inflated but the trend appears to be changing.

However it ilwill be recovered soon bro. If you look complete bump comparison of this month alone you will find how much shows its potential in its price growth. But altcoins always fluctuate in the chart and usage also not bigger like btc or eth.
Have checked the today's trend again price bumps on the chart. We might find the bump very soon.
808  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BUYING COINS on: December 20, 2017, 06:41:04 PM
What coins are best to buy right now that you think the price will really go high?

Choosing coins according to your wish and your investment ability there are many potential coins available in the market and you have to choose one among them to find the better growth in the chart in future focus.
Still you wanna buy bitcoin 1000 USD or lesser than that means also do that without fear because it's price potential will take you in flight after sometime. Now the time perfect to buy the bitcoin since it dumped little now.
809  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Best ALT in 2017? on: December 19, 2017, 04:48:49 PM
I would like to ask you, what is the best ALT Coin in 2017? according to the thought there is, yes definitely a lot of the best coin, but here I ask what is best according to you

I think litecoin is best altcoin in this year, because it made huge price bump in this year the price raised from $2.5 to $400 and the price still keeps increasing. So this litecoin is one of the best promising altcoin and it will give good profits in long term investments.

Litecoin is one of the long coin bro. Many top rated online wallet have the option to have the LTC receive and saving in the wallet. If you look at the DASH you will not say the price raise of the LTC. It bumps 5 times more bumped in the chart.
To say year exclusive launched coins, WAVES, IOTA, CARDANO and OMG are the best coins which is going rock in the next year as well.
810  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is King and Ethereum is Queen , Do you agree ? on: December 19, 2017, 04:27:16 PM
funny and it catch my attention. bitcoin and ethereum, the king and queen crypto currency. They are both thb best altcoin in the cryptoworld but they are the  king and queen of expensive transaction fee'

Lol, take in the order of chess board bro. All the last line coins are the top 6 coins in the chart. Bitcoin is the ever first coins and it holds the place as first rank for price, growth and usage. You can now ethereum are being enabled in the many sites to use like bitcoin itself.
Soon we may find many altcoins also been used directly with the cheap gas price to make the payment. It may be faster than bitcoin as well.
Still lets expect the king to be always king in the crypto market.
811  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Another way to earn cryptocurrency on: December 19, 2017, 02:40:59 PM
In my opinion, Signature campaign is the best option to earn good income because every bounty gives 30 to 40% of its share to signatures. You can also earn from social media bounties.

In the forum after the moderators, managers and project dealers. Signature earnings is the one of the proficient way to earn the bitcoin or other tokens. That would be a perfect for the people initially and work effort also does not need bigger, you just need the knowledge of all the crypto currencies financial aspects and technical information. If you share the properly in the perfect thread you can shine in making money in campaigning for long time. Spamming and shit posts will never tolerated by the forum managers all the times.
Bounties will pay in the tokens only that too after the completion of the ICO not before that.
812  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: wihch crypto should i buy? on: December 19, 2017, 02:10:16 PM
Buy bitcoin as always this is the best crypto that everyone should have.  And as you plan of holding for years, what you need to know is bitcoin is good at it. Many bitcoin holders in the world are existing and everyone does prepare to have their own bitcoin that's good for holding for years.

If you are able to invest your fund bigger you can invest on bitcoin since its price is higher than other cryptos. I do agree that bitcoin has the potential to grow double the value in the chart what we are seeing now.
As you said many people holded their bitcoins in the hardware and holding it 60% percent of the coins what is mined already. Balance bitcoins only in the circulation so that is the reason always have the potential to find the bump more in the chart.
Other than bitcoin, you can prefer the ETH, ETC, LTC, DASH, ZEC, XMR and XRP. These will increase in the value or even mining difficulty also increase on these coins.
813  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Buying 40Ks BTCs in Australia on: December 19, 2017, 01:51:41 PM
I would do that in steps
tell them you will first exchange a very small amount so you will be bringing too much cash
and get to know the other person a little

Whether he exchange the big fund or high amount exchanges would work as same buddy. When you find the trader in the forum to exchange the fiat cash for bitcoin, you have to use the escrow for the trade to secure it for both the person. You may use the different option to exchange the cash for bitcoin in localbitcoins.com. This is perfect place to buy or sell the bitcoins. All you need to do is check the trusted traders with the feedback and trust rating of them.
After that open the trade until you see the payment or bitcoin in the wallet, don't release the payment.
814  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How to pay with bitcoin without bitcoin? on: December 18, 2017, 05:31:30 PM
I am trying to place an order on a website that only accepts bitcoin. Since I don’t have enough bitcoins currently. I need to convert dollars to bitcoins either by credit card, debit, or PayPal. Then some how pay with the bitcoins. The website uses coinpayments. Where do I begin? Please help.

Simply put, you want to buy bitcoin with fiat and since that is the case here, its very simple. First, the previous bitcoin you have, how did you get it? If you did not buy it, then you just need to visit sites that allows the buying of bitcoin via you cards depending on your country of residence because its more easier than the other. Either way, any country you are, just type on Google, take time to read quality reviews and follow the instructions. It should not be that hard to come through.

Why you gonna to buy the bitcoin debit card that would be optional to solve the payment with the bitcoins you have in btc debit card. For that service you will find the many site like spectrocoin, Bitpay and other debit card service sites.
If you want to pay without the bitcoin with cash use any fiat to btc exchange that will give a way to complete it.
815  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Now I think its time for alts to shine. on: December 18, 2017, 04:56:45 PM
MY portfolio was shrinking like crazy but now thank God it is beginning to show signs of life and some are mooming winch is nice. I saw one of my coins that was dying and made me sit in a big loss pool, finally go into profit today but I am hodling and not selling it. I am glad at last that holding some coins has paid off and we may see the Altcoin Spring now at least that we all have been waiting for now. Of course if I had sold back in July I would have been ten times better off just holding Bitcoin but am not upset, I am at least seeing some improvement in the markets over all.

Altcoin is beginning increase in this year like how bitcoin. There are more number of invested on other crypto currencies nut mostly checking the project completely and investing on ICO time.
As like many people worrying after some reached to peak once it comes to the market. Like that waves and iota and all really missed it in the ICO time.
816  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it possible to earn bitcoins from playing games? on: December 18, 2017, 03:21:50 PM
i remember a year ago, maybe longer! there were a couple of games that were paying in satoshis. more like faucet payments but you actually played a game. it was a couple of Flash games in your browser full of bugs and slow but it was fun Smiley

there was also a MineCraft server that you could earn bitcoin to play there but i could never figure out how minecraft works so i was never a fan of that.

There are many gaming paying still with the bitcoin they are gambling site buddym you will find the faucet earning just making with the rolling slot or clearing the captchas in a faucet site.
Those sites information you may find in the micro earning section largely you can check it.
If you want to play and earn the bitcoin try bitkong site. That will allow you play and earn easily.

Explain me this fees is for what. I am also using localbitcoins more than 2.5 years. Now recently they have added the deposit for the every input transaction on depositing the bitcoins to it.
I see bitcoin deposit fees as 0.00061 BTC for every deposit for the transaction. I think you mean here about the transaction fee inside the lbc wallets. Am I right bro?
If there is fee as network for traders alone, that too explain me.
819  Economy / Speculation / Re: Does dollar value affect bitcoin value? on: December 15, 2017, 08:52:42 PM
Im just wondering. Bitcoin is so expensive. What if dollar value get low will it affect bitcoin value?

it is not the value of the dollar or other fiat currency to influence the value of the bitcoin, as it is only its countervalue.
There are external factors (for example: economy, politics, natural events, wars) that can influence both the value of fiat coins and the value of bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies, now or in the future.

We may take it as somehow bro. because as the increase of the bitcoin purchase for fiat we will find the demand on the concern currency whether it is bitcoin or ethereum. We cannot take that completely and I would say that demand and supply only defines the bitcoin price in the market place. To say the truth you will find the 30 percent of the coins are only in the supply other coins are just holded by the initial investors.
820  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Can't login to Blockchain.info on: December 15, 2017, 08:39:58 PM
Do you try to clear cache from the browser?
I have a similar problem, but because some other things I can't clear cache but I can log in with my phone app and another browser.

If you find the issue first make sure that you have already verified the browser before tried to logging in. That is major issue you can find the blockchain wallet and coinbase. Then you have keep check the wallet setting with the app then only you will be able to use the application also with the blockchain android and iPhone applications.
After all you done only clearing cache can be checked. If this also checked from your side means you have to go with the support team of the blockchain wallet.
