561  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Need Advice / Idea. on: March 10, 2018, 06:29:27 PM
It really depends on many factors, such as your skills, are you planning on making a living of the project? or just doing as side job? how much time/effort are you willing to put in??

Trading crypto is an option, you could also open an online shop. Another possibility is a lending service.

DT members to everyone asks him that what is exact skill have or time he can afford for but except his first post there is no reply from him. I believe it is now waste of time to reply him a advice for earning more with the investment he put in to that.
However, I you suggested to go with trading or lending. Trading at least able to take the Return of the investment with in some months once the cryptos you invested bump back but lending service very much risky. Some person will not return at all.
562  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: BitcoinTalk Community Manager Wanted on: March 10, 2018, 06:07:15 PM
A little about us: RHOVIT is an entertainment distribution platform for films, series, games, music, books, comics, podcasts and vlogs. You can check out our site here: www.rhovit.info

A few months back we ran a bounty campaign which is now closed. We went quiet for a few months while we made some updates to our team, whitepaper etc. We are about to WAKE UP THOUGH!!!! We have a new marketing campaign we're about to start which will be gamified and mirror the function of our site as we approach our beta test.

We are looking for an experienced Community Manager who can help us get our message out in the right way on this forum. The person should be higher ranking and have proven experience with other campaigns. The campaign will not be to promote a token sale. It is a User Sign up campaign which will allow everyone to EARN Tokens. The more sign ups, the more tokens released.

If interested please contact us with a little about yourself and your experience.

Thanks!
Team RHOVIT

Whether it is token sale or other time to promote your project. All you need is best manager should be involved in the project. I suggest you to hire Yahoo62278 or aTriz. As I am work with as a participant in many campaigns. These two very strict towards spammers and choose the right person to promote the project to all the corners.
As first person replied you, can might have create the thread on services section instead of here. However, my suggestion really works for you better.
563  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is negative trust working? on: March 10, 2018, 05:52:22 PM
I see so many of the users of the forum who are having negative trusts getting accepted into bounty campaigns! Most of the campaigns do not allow users with negative trust to enroll in their campaign but there are some which do not follow this rule. Shouldn't the users with negative trusts be not allowed to set up signatures of any kind from the forum's end itself ?

To ensure that trust actually works and means something, shouldn't the campaigns which accept participants of negative trust be not allowed on this forum?

50 percent of the signature campaign accepts including negative trust members as well but people without negative trust of DT members. Till 3 percentage of the bounty campaigns only will not look about the negative trust member of elsewhere.
I do not think that bounties requires the people who involved in scam and scam are a trustful project. For example, zigger is the one in this forum looks to accepts all the people with negative trust too. They have runs the campaigning for spam here in the forum.
564  Economy / Speculation / Re: PRICE DOWN???DONT PANIC SELL....!!! on: March 10, 2018, 05:39:24 PM
Bitcoin and altcoint fluctuate where market prices go up and down at any time, but you can prevent price reductions by holding prices down! Do not get involved in the wrong problem and make you sell below your purchase price and obviously hurt yourself and the other coin owner ,, keep enduring and the price is definitely going up !!

Dude except newbie everyone knows that bitcoin price will be bumped back in the market. This time reason for dumped all the coins in the market is due to mt gox and some countries regulations on crypto currencies.

Now we can utilize this situation and buy the bitcoins as much can. Everyone thinks btc expects the price goes down but April month we will find the btc to reach around 15k USD at least.
565  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Twitter Is Banning Crypto Channels?! on: March 09, 2018, 05:49:39 PM
what problem? If so, what should we do?

Already some crypto related channels are blocked on Twitter. Hence twitter bounty participants are worry that they have closed the bounty campaigns for facebook and instagram.
Now it is marching towards twitter contributions.
Hope nothing will happen on campaigning side. People here in the forum very less amount earner.
566  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: which coin will 5x?? on: March 09, 2018, 05:34:02 PM
can someone recommend me with reasons 2/3 coins that will go 5x in the next few months?

Go with the Ethereum in bulk purchase with in some months we can see this coins more than 1.3k USD back. Now the rate for this coin is around 700 USD and lesser than that.
Next coin is ripple. We are seeing this coin around 1 USD and sometime 80 cents only. Before this June we can see this coin more 3 USD per coin. Since its supported many centralized project. Many adopted the ripple as the crypto payment api.
567  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: What to mine with old 20 CPUs on: March 09, 2018, 05:21:33 PM
Hello everyone this is my first post and i really hope to get replied to soon Cheesy
Well as you know the heading is what to mine with 20 cpus (no gpus)
well the  The thing is i ve managed to ge access to 20 cpu most of them are intel i3 and unfortunately windows xp (8 of them). But i dont pay any electricity so i was wondering which coins to mine whether i should mine different coins or one specific coin Huh
And which script is the best for cpu mining would really help me out.
I dont intend to make a huge profit. But just wanted to maximize my profit to create a nice faucet later on
I might hold the coins for a year or 2 so whatever coin which would "go to the moon" in that time tell me about it
Thank you Cheesy

Before monero is the best to mine with CPU's, but right now I don't know if what are the best for CPU mining these days.

Anyway, you can use http://whattomine.com/ and put the hashrate of your cpu at cryptonight field.

but first, you need to test your CPU's with this claymore CPU miner here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=647251.0

And put your hashrate into whattomine.

It is more than year of time we can go with monero to mine on CPU but recently even cheap coins are also not worth to mine with the CPU. I am not sure why you have shared whattomine to him.
There GPU, ASIC are available select the best algorithms and card you own!
My final words to op. Please do not go with CPU mining even you will not able to get the money for electricity consumed for the mining. Simply you are wasting your time. Go with Rx 470 cards and start mining.
568  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: 12X GTX 1080 TI - Crypto mining rig for sale on: March 07, 2018, 03:41:17 PM
How much does your equipment cost? Why didn't you write the price?

We did not write the price as we recognize that some individuals would rather certain parts than others and we are willing to negotiate on price.

We can provide a detailed, item by item cost list as well as receipts for any interested parties.

The equipment cost is fractional compared to that of the graphics cards.

**Which is why we are willing to also listen to offers on just the graphics cards themselves, we have around 480 mostly PNYs, but some MSIs, EVGAs, and ASUSs as well**

What is cost of card bro! If you are Asian region and rates are affordable. I would like to go with. Here in my country new cards are pretty costly since your card not mining expert card we can get the company Guarantee upto 3 years normally from Nvidia.
While you are exhibiting the miming rig components you can list the overall price or rate the each component.
569  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will crypto markets continue to spike higher? on: March 07, 2018, 03:22:14 PM
generally users or investors see the price of coins, such as bitcoin and others can be viewed in coinmarketcap. that's where they get a lot of information about the price of the coins they are looking for. talking about my own spike problem also do not know. Why? because seeing this situation in my opinion will not be profitable. better the price of bitcoin and other coins rise slowly only, if the price suddenly jumped up the likelihood will also occur suddenly. I do not want such a thing to happen, a little bird told me about the surprises that will occur in 2018.

It is not rising now bro. Since the effect of Chinese government's banned the social media accounts of traders. I believe we will find the bitcoin and other crypto currencies rate will be bumped in some days again.
We need to check the coins price move on coinmarketcap or coingecko which can give the clear graph about the price changes this is been useful for the traders and miners. Lets wait for 2 days to find the all cryptos bump back.
570  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: BTC PAYMENTS ON MY WEBPAGE! on: March 07, 2018, 03:00:14 PM
HELLO EVERYONE,

I´m a lawyer here in Medellín, Colombia, I am currently developing my webpage of legal services... I want to accept BTC and other altcoins as a payment but I dont want to pay the fees of BITPAY or so.... I was thinking of uploading my personal wallet QR code on the products I am offering online, or simply put the "BTC accepted here" image, and lead the client to a further contact with me.....ANYWAY the idea is that people get to know that I take crypto as a payment....

Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh

ANY SUGGESTIONS YOU CAN GIVE ME WILL BE VERY VERY WELCOME!!!
ALSO, IF YOU ARE IN MEDELLÍN AND NEED ANY LEGAL SERVICE HIT ME UP!!
AND FINALLY..... CAN SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE ME A LITTLE MERIT!! HAHA

REGARDS

Famous payment API providers like Coingate and Bitpay will consume the certain fees on making the transaction via them. I am not sure about how much percentage they consume from you.

Have you used greenaddress wallet? They provide the professional payment API as well as personal payment API also. For the personal one you need not to pay the fee or something except the transaction fee for the sender. Since you are working in legal department. I hope personal wallet which contains URI is enough. Try their wallet and check it.

For normal transactions you would not be charged for exclusive Greenaddress API. If there is any extra service you may be charged. Check it below.

571  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Cryptocurrency Crowdfunding on: March 07, 2018, 02:47:14 PM
Does anyone know of a current cryptocurrency crowdfunding website? I can’t think of any and I was doing some research in to them and found nothing. If anyone knows any a link would be really appreciated:)

If there isn’t one yet, what would people think of one and do you think it would be successful?
Thanks

Already clearly ICO investment has been explained by Joel. When you want to invest on ICO crowfunding before you should confirm yourself that concern coin will become a higher than invested amount. Else your fund will be wasted buddy.
Conclusion, crowfunding is not a wise idea if you are newbie. Expert can go with that.
572  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: No more facebook campaigns? on: March 06, 2018, 08:32:23 PM
I just saw that a bounty stopped their facebook bounty program and I read that they are stopping this program since facebook banned ICO advertisements. But I thought that individuals are free to post about the ICOs.

So someone please make clear that facebook totally banned ICO ads or not?

If yes means no more facebook campaigns right then what will be the effect on the ICO sale due to this kind of action.

I have asked this query multiple time when the time Facebook and Instagram banned the Crypto related advertisement but still it can able work as a channel, page and shares by the other people.
I do not believe completely facebook campaign will be vanished out because project looks for the people from the outside world also.

So conclusion, we may find the more rules applicable on working for Facebook campaign.
573  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How to convert USD to USDT? on: March 04, 2018, 01:49:02 PM
I know the markets, I'm already on Binance and Cryptopia which have USDT but not USD. I wanted to buy USDT with FIAT from my bank account and transfer them to the 2 exchanges for trading. Already did that through localbitcoins until now but the asking prices are to large. For example, I bought some BTC fractions when BTC was 6000$ but the local sellers sold the BTC for 6500$.
Do you try it via Kraken exchange? Here you can deposit USD and than exchange in USDT.

None of the exchange will support the fiat cash as a deposit option right! I would like to know is there a option to fund on Kraken. I use always Localbitcoins to exchange fund for fiat cash.
I know Kraken is one of the fine exchange is been used in European countries.
Mostly probably all the altcoins trading site is been allowed to invest the fund for trading with the bitcoin or ethereum only.
574  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Loose PCIe cards on: March 04, 2018, 01:02:09 PM
Hi all

Im busy putting my 1st rig together and it's been going pretty well - but REALLY struggling to get 6 cards running. As soon as I get 3  running and i plug in another one, one of them drops off... Most I've gotten to was 4... After I unplug and plug in a couple of times they come back again

I think it's the shitty PCIe boards of the risers? They appear to fit very loose. Has anyone experienced this?

Came across this and thought it looks like a good idea: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2627344/#comments

Whenever you buy the PCIe riser pack you will find atleast 2 numbers will not work perfectly. This is the problem for many people so these cards should be changed as time goes.
We need to change the PCIe as time goes and mother board will not be a problem for it.
I see some person above asked for the Motherboard and other details.  Nothing will help except you change the PCIe card.
575  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Bitcoin transaction fee!!?? on: March 04, 2018, 12:36:45 PM
Bitcoins fees depends on the number of transactions sitting in mempool which is the number of transactions being made, the higher fee transactions get processed first while low fees gets processed later. Fees is directly related to the number of transactions being made.

Past weeks most of the wallet are consuming 10 cents and lesser value for the each transaction that is because of mempool is seems almost empty out of transaction.  If you add 5sat per byte also you will find the bitcoin transaction without any trouble.

Fess is not related to the number of the transaction you made. It is depend upon the number blocks is been used for the transaction. So the amount you used for the transaction has been made.
576  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: $4000 to spend on Monday... What 2 coins would you buy? on: March 04, 2018, 11:55:47 AM
Looking to split $4000 between 2 coins. I'm leaning towards PRL and ICX

What would you recommend?

This is good fund but I do not understand why you are planning to invest on PRL and ICX cheap coins. I suggest you invest on Ethereum, Litecoin and ripple. These three are perfect coin to invest and you will surely take a return in some months as a triple the value more than you invested.

Cheap coin is same like newly launched ICO you need to wait for 6 months and more to see whether it will bump in the market or not.
There is more possible to see the big dump also with these coins you have as a idea.
577  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Is Coinbase a safe wallet ? on: March 04, 2018, 10:12:25 AM
I don't trust any online wallet.  Use a wallet where only you control over the private keys like a local desktop wallet.  Everything else is suspect.

There are many wallets in online stil we can believe it. If you want to save bitcoin as a asset you go with the desktop wallet or hardware wallets. To speak about the safest concerns on Coinbase only this thread has created I believe.
When you want to say you don't trust the online wallets. You can create a own thread for it.

These kind of posts would be taken as a spam count. When the thread does not active you please do not bump the thread with any reason. I am using the Coinbase for long time I do not find any issue on using this wallet.

579  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Start up idea bank? on: March 04, 2018, 09:37:15 AM
What do you think about profitability of founding a start up ideas bank?
connecting people with ideas and peopple with mioney and taking a haircut from that.

Are you looking to creating the ICO for the banking project. Please check about the Karatcoin and Fortysevenbank project. These are seems promising ICOs in the market now in the same idea you have to create.
Check their white paper and gather information of the dev team people.

There are some people creating a thread here to start the altcoin creation service. You can hire the people to work for you.
580  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Struggling bitcoin will double by midyear on: March 03, 2018, 11:37:26 AM
Fundstrat's Tom Lee expects the cryptocurrency market to recover, helped by historical trends and crypto-tied announcements by major firms.

~Wall Street's Tom Lee

Spam speculation thread has been created in the reputed section of this forum. If you explains the right as what he said on the press release people will not consider this as a spam thread. Simple copied thread from the CoinDesk or Cointelegraph.
If you want to look up the price trend of the every year check in cryptocompare yearly comparison.
I hope end of this we can find the bitcoin price to touch the 20k USD back in the market.
