461  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you believe all muslims are bad? on: September 15, 2017, 02:23:34 AM
Same like Christianity. Not all of them are good or bad.

I fully agree with you. There are good Muslims which I befriended in my job before, and they are very friendly. Also, they condemn those radical Muslims also. Same with Christianity, there are also those who commit crimes and join the rebellion. It is the heart of person that speaks their goodness whatever their religion is.
462  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in College??? on: September 15, 2017, 02:15:15 AM

I disagree because bitcoin would not be a course. I guess bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies will just be studied more by other people. They are also going to be curious if how this tokens are made and what are the things we needed in able to make one. But maybe it could happen in the near future, that bitcoin would be a course but ofcourse the goverment should accept first bitcoin inside the country in order to make this things happen.

Development of cryptocurrency like in programming would be a course, but learning how to used and be familiarized  with bitcoin should be included in secondary education in my opinion as an optional or elective subjects. Actually bitcoin has an easy learning curve especially  to millennials which are immersed with technology.
463  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reason Behind BTC Price Drop on: September 15, 2017, 02:07:43 AM
It doesn´t matter if China is banning bitcoin or not, if many people believe this is going to happen they will panic sell. Other people simply sell because they fell that, because recent "news", the price is going to drop.

LOL Weak hands will sell and goes panic  base on not verified news and source. Some has unclear news and wrongly projected that China is banning bitcoin, where in fact its just temporary ban on ICO's. China has started regulating ICO's and this is good for investors to screen those  fraud and scammers.
464  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BTC is dead. The plan is a shift to Bitcoin Cash. on: September 15, 2017, 01:56:41 AM
Bitcoin took a major dive after a big Chinese exchange said it is closing, they have until Sep 25th to pull their money out --> CNBC ....so that's mean price should keep tanking until at least Sep 30th

Just FUD, I think its good say that its a buying spree before September 30. Smiley Also, there is an important update for bitcoin this coming November so be watchful of it. After this drama (again?) and when it settles in, bitcoin will surge again. For the mean time, lets watch them spreading any negative news.
465  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: did you place all your funds into bitcoin? on: September 15, 2017, 01:43:15 AM
right now i investing all my money in btc i hope btc become stable very soon for not loose my money

It's not good to invest all your money in one investment because the chances of losing is high especially if the investment is going down. Just don't sell your coins if the price is down so that you will not encountered loses. It's good if you diverse all your funds into different investment but i think we all have different approach when it comes to investing. We just need to trust our investment if we want to succeed.

That is right, but majority of my funds are in altcoins  and seems they are affected also. Cryptocurrency is interconnected, and once the leader (bitcoin) is suffering, alcoins follow suit also. I am used to this FUD news and  I am not worried about it.. I know,  bitcoin will recover soon.
466  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [NEW XBY ANN] XTRABYTES - INTEGRATIVE MODULAR BLOCKCHAIN INNOVATIONS on: September 15, 2017, 01:33:12 AM
Why the hell not Hit-BTC?

HitBTC has more traffic than the ones we chose...

If Nova exchange listing is free then no problem otherwise don't waste our btc. I have an active account at Nova. Zero volume exchange.

I believe CCR said the listing fee for Nova was around 1 BTC that he would pay for it himself (or gathered funds by board, idk). Not sure tho.
listing your coin on novaexchange has been and still is free, you just fill in the form and have to get 250 votes for it to get added

Is it on the process of listing  XBY on Nova now? Just post the link here sir and we will start voting it. I know this is a good coin, and having a good support here also. Our thread is active also. Good luck to dev team, I am always supportive of your project.
467  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BItcoin end or destroy in this month?? on: September 14, 2017, 11:20:16 PM
Something is really wrong Bitcoin just touched 3300 dollars and i guess will keep falling. I don't think any one would have though that bitcoin would be affected by such a big scale due to China. China surely has good influence on things these days and they also comprise a big portion of market. But a article which I encountered on internet read " ICO ban in China is temporary and will be back soon" if this is the case I guess bitcoin prices will start increasing again.

Yes, bitcoin will rebound soon. This ICO ban is temporary, and before the year ends and all issues is cleared, we will be seeing bitcoin on the rise again. Just relax and monitor whats happening, Bitcoin as another update this November.
468  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: British Finance talk albout ICO , next like china ? on: September 14, 2017, 11:11:04 PM
All national authorities will eventually take similar steps. However, I don't think that they (even the Chinese ones) want to ban ICOs or cryptocurrencies. They just need/want to create a legal framework so that everything is according to the law.
The ICO/crypto market is currently totally unregulated - it's like a "wild west" without any rules. As more and more money is flowing in, I think they just want to prevent fraud and money laundering and make sure that also the crypto businesses are legit.

I fully agree with you, ICO's right now are not regulated and anyone can make their own coins with any name they can think of.That is, their only purpose is to amass millions of dollars without any tangible project. If China is having a legal framework being studied then future investors will be protected.
469  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I'm now a MILLIONAIRE because of NEO. on: September 14, 2017, 11:01:49 PM
Well hopefully he didn't sell all his NEO, its a good idea not to liquidate your whole position.  Take some profits and leave the rest in there, when NEO goes to $100+ you'll be glad you did.

Good strategy, and holding those potential coins really paid off. There is more profit in holding those coin compared to  short trading. Glad he did hold amid those speculation before. Now he is reaping with his good decisions.
470  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What to do with Airdropped Coins on: September 14, 2017, 10:45:36 PM
What is an airdrop? Is that like dividends? Where they send coins to current bag holders?

An airdrop is another way to distribute a coin. Its free, you just comply with the instruction from the coins management  or developer. Then you just give them your wallet address and they will sending you their coin. Usually the coin ius not yet on the exchanges, and you have to wait it to be listed. Once it is listed, you start trading it.
471  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is this a coordinated attack on btc on: September 14, 2017, 10:34:28 PM
Is there a pattern here.

#1 China claims they plan to crack down on exchanges.
#2 Economic frauds come out at the same time claiming bitcoin is an overpriced bubble, ponzo scheme.
#3 At the same time, it appears bankers and other whales begin to dump bitcoin to drive the price down.

i think that it was the intention of the chinese government to stymie price speculation in the short term. that's not to say they wanted to crash the price, but they knew what they were doing and expected the price to drop. that's also why they've been releasing news piece meal (first the ICO news, then the english version days later, then NIFA issues a statement, now okcoin/huobi meeting with state regulators tomorrow).

as for the others -- jamie dimon and all the economic "experts" throwing shade on BTC..... i think they were all already detractors and chose an optimal time to pile on. nobody wants to look like an idiot calling it a bubble while it keeps making new highs. it looks better after the price has already "crashed."

As for JP Morgan CEO Jamie Dimon, its a clear conflict of interest. Investor right now are considering bitcoin in their portfolio. This is a huge setbacks on his business. Jamie Dimons statement is timely with the Chinese announcement temporarily banning those ICO's. He just ride the situation.
472  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to earn Bitcoin without investment on: September 13, 2017, 08:31:22 AM
Hey Bitcoiners? I'm desperate to start earning BTC
I'll do any kind of online activity as long as there's a Bitcoin payment. Where do I start?
I suggest to develop a skill and be a professional doing that. Programming computers app or phone apps it is very profitable and here are people that whould pay in bitcoin for that

Also if you have skill in editing digital images or graphics designer /photo manipulation, you can offer your services in the Marketing section. Some are also making Signature designs like being use in campaign they are also being paid. But, most people here are earning in Signature campaign, less hassle and you are earning while expressing your ideas.
473  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bought my first BTC @ $4600, slightly worried on: September 13, 2017, 08:22:32 AM
New to the game, but I'm sure this thread has been made 900,000 times.  Just hold.

$3,900 and dropping, though.  Undecided

Yeah its dropping but I think it will have a  buy support at $3800 or less. @OP its wrong timing fopr you, but If you can still hold, thats the right thing to do now or you can sell and bought again to a lower price just to cut some losses.
474  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is a Fraud Says Jamie Dimon - JPMorgan CEO - WTF!? on: September 13, 2017, 08:16:19 AM

He has a clear conflict of interest.

He is a pro-central banker which means that he has every interests in seeing bitcoin fail and tumble to the ground. He seems to have no understanding of how bitcoin works though. "Someone will get killed"? This is ridiculous. Even if bitcoin falls to the ground, people can still make transactions on it and nobody will get killed Huh

This does seem to be causing the latest panic dump, though. Not sure why everyone's taking him so seriously. Even though we are in a bubble right now long term btc will still be going up.

Indeed, since his business is in financial instrument, investment and lending. It will be much affected by bitcoin per se and as a pro banker then its very opposite to bitcoin. He is promoting his interest here in my opinion.
475  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about BITCOIN CASH? Will it rise to 1K again? on: September 13, 2017, 03:07:07 AM
No I don't think so, this is just another pump and dump coins so I think it will take time for this coin to rise back again around that amount. Anyways there are no new good news or whatever from this coin yet so there's a small chance for this coin to pump.

Same opinion here, BCC or BCH was based on previous hype of bitcoin. Be glad that it is now on the 3rd spot on Coinmarketcap. This November another feature will be done on bitcoin and I think another coin again will rise Smiley Just obserevd TS, BCH might have a new pump.
476  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: Ethbet - Signature and translation campaign | MORE THAN 10'000$ PER WEEK on: September 13, 2017, 02:59:41 AM
Reserving Filipino Translation (Philippines)...

Hope it is still open, the ANN Thread and WP if possible.
477  Other / Off-topic / Re: bitcointalk Bounty millionaires. do they exist? on: September 13, 2017, 02:10:09 AM
Being a millionaire by signature campaigns maybe  very difficult. In fact, taking part in campaigns can only give us a relatively good income so that we can settle down and not become millionaires through it. To become a millionaire we should probably learn to invest in btc or the altcoins.

Kinda difficult but maybe you have some other extra bitcoin income like Campaign manager, signature designer etc. As a campaigner, you have only limited time and a computed bounty for eacvh campaign. Even if you are doing this for a long time, I think its far from being a dollar millionaire or, its possible to become a millionaire but in other currency.

479  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your biggest regret about bitcoin on: September 03, 2017, 05:38:31 PM
I don't have any regrets in bitcoin but I am thankful instead. I am thankful in a way that it helps me financially.I am.using my bitcoins in sending money to my family and pay my bills. So no regrets , just thankful.
480  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are bitcoins only for the educated and knowledgeable people only? on: September 03, 2017, 04:10:26 AM
I think it's possible for everyone because it can be learned. It depends only on people who are lazy and without determination. they will be like that for a lifetime. So anyone can be young or old as long as you're always hardworking and patient.

For me as well, it is not only for educated and knowleageable people. Everything can be learned  and it doesn't require you to be a degree holder inorder for you to learn. For as long as you are dedicated to what you are doing, you can reach your aim. In bitcoin at first it's a bit confusing, for example how to rank up, when and how to join the signature campaign, etc. But it is just only at first, when you continuw reading those relevant information in here like in forums, surely you can make it. You can learn everything. And most of all you will enjoy doing bitcoin knowing that you can earn extra income from it.
