Well, i thought that since I did not download any extra software on my system, never click on unknown links, and had an updated anti-virus on my system, so it is hard to get any malware on my system. Also, i wondered why would any hacker try to intrude on my system, I do not store even a full Bitcoin. Also, another thing that made me confident of my system is that i haven't faced any such issues for the last few years, using Electrum as a hot wallet. Anyhow, reading all of the replies and none agreeing with my point of view, i have started to feel scared. I am testing out making a tail OS through USB and then using electrum through it. This can be a cost effective and better solution rather than making a computer or a mobile an air-gapped device. With tail OS, the Electrum wallet comes by default and there is no need to install any more softwares. Secondly, you can keep save that USB like you save a hardware wallet.
Since i do not have any extra system with me right now to meet this emergency, is the tails USB with the built-in electrum can be trusted? |

It is a difficult task to defend a target like 164 runs even when you have the best bowling lineup but what was surprising was that the the bookies were still giving Sri Lanka decent odds, which confused me while placing a bet when they lost two wickets in quick succession, sometimes you get lucky getting good odds and Sri Lanka are cruising towards victory as they need just 44 runs from 22 overs. I didn't saw the odds at that time of the match but what odds were given by the bookies? If the odds were good, i hope you would have taken the odds in the favor of Srilanka and won some decent amounts  Well, we have seen two matches in this tournament till now and both of them were one sided. Uninstalling and deleting doesn't necessarily mean files are gone permanently because we know it is possible to retrieve data back even from the formatted hard drives. Again, assuming the computer never gets stolen, uninstalling the electrum keeps the coin safe even if some malware later comes in that computer and we never re-install the electrum in that computer without formatting it first. |

One hell of an innings by Iftikhar Ahmed who scored his maiden international century and as usual their most consistent player Babar Azam played the captains innings and a partnership of 214 runs which was incredible for the 5th wicket and helped in taking the team to an impossible target for a team like Nepal. Nepal is struggling to get past 100 runs as they already lost their 6th wicket and it is going to be a huge win for Pakistan.
Well, Pakistan started this match nervously but they ended up with a very strong win by a big margin. Baber Azam 151 runs was a mature innings while Iftikhar Ahmed runs showed the Pakistan's batting depth. This may be an eye opener for other teams in the tournament and they can't take the home team lightly. But most of the matches will be played in Srilanka (except 4) and hence the home ground will be of Srilanka and we will see how the players will bat there on that pitch. |

Surprises were common with Tennis matches and now I see it with the match between Huesler and Hurkacz. In the previous Cincinnati Masters Hurkacz played the semifinal match against Alcaraz and gave tight competence losing with a tie breaker win from Alcaraz in the second set. Today he had lost the first two sets 6-4 7-5 against Huesler, and now the third set is being played 5-5 which could move to the tie breaker.

Surprise to see Multan stadium is empty for limited overs cricket. I was expecting a packed house in the opening match and Pakistan is hosting only 4 games.
I get it, Nepal is a weaker opponent but Multan has one of the cricket hungry crowds in the subcontinent. Hope stands to get filled as the match progresses. At least there is some support for Nepal.
The way Nepal started the game, they did not look like a weaker side. Pakistan were 25 for 2 wickets down and Nepal had the upper hand in the match. If Pakistan had faced any other opponent but would have been in deep trouble by now but since Nepal is the weakest team in this Asia Cup, Pakistan recovered well and now are 82 for 2. Yeah, maybe the crowd wanted to see the India / Pakistan games in their country and as a result, they are disappointed to know only four matches are being hosted by them. |

They have been banning casinos and gambling sites in their country for as long as I can remember. Took them a long time to also crack down on the advertisers of casinos, it should have been done a long time ago.
