2241  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 on: July 30, 2023, 11:29:18 AM
Today in the FIFA Women's World Cup Norway vs Philippines match between two teams, Norway scored 6 goals and won the match. The Philippines team lost the match due to their poor performance. The goalkeeper of the Philippines team was very weak and no player of the Philippines team could score any goals in this match.  I was shocked to see the team's performance. I didn't know it would perform so well. I thought maybe three goals would win this match but it turned out to be six goals to win the match. Norway was in favor from the beginning to the end of the game. Norway team player S. Román Haug.  Scored the first goal in 6 minutes.

The Philippines is a weak team in Group A and they have ended last in the group stage with 3 points. They have won one match and lost two matches.

The third and final match for today is between Columbia and Germany. Columbia is leading the match with 1-0 and it is an important match for both teams. In this group H, Morrow has also played two matches and won a single match. A team losing today may find it difficult to quality while the team who wins this match may qualify for the round of 16.

It's a shame that the government, which should be responsible for the progress of society and the state, is even involved in running illegal businesses just to get some money for personal gain.
Cryptocurrency is developing very rapidly nowadays and with cryptocurrency everyone can use it as an investment or trading tool so they can have an additional source of income but some irresponsible people even misuse crypto which makes many people think badly of the cryptocurrency industry.
If crypto trading platforms and gambling sites always suppress money laundering crimes then I believe cases of corruption and so on can be reduced because they have no place to do money laundering so that they are not traced if it is money generated from corruption or from illegal business.
That's because everyone wants more money and has to use illegal methods even though they already get a large monthly salary. Entrepreneurs also take part with the government. Even employees also join.

People who use crypto to misuse crypto make crypto bad in society because people think that how can they use crypto as an investment or trade that can be a source of additional income if crypto is only used by people who run illegal businesses. But they are wrong because it depends on each person and crypto is neutral. Crypto trading platforms and gambling sites can help find people who are carrying out money laundering. This corruption case must be prevented first and it must investigate each person suspected by the government.

Corruption is one thing which may happen at the government level (if the government is corrupt) or at an individual level if some individual wants to use some illegal means like money laundering etc but in both cases the gambling sites need to play their part to stop any illegal use of the platform.

I understand that if the government is involved, it will be difficult for the gambling casino to react but they should try to stop any illegal act they witness, as they are the ones who know exactly how much is being deposited and withdrawn from the casino and the purpose also become clear if anyone is depositing and withdrawing right after the minimum wagering requirements.
2243  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling experience using loan money on: July 30, 2023, 09:27:58 AM
I don't like gambling with loans. I have seen some people who gamble with loans. After gambling with loans from banks, they lose money and sell their money editors. Gambling is dangerous.  Money has lost wealth. Be careful before gambling. Do not get addicted to gambling. Gambling should be done at leisure. Gambling should never be greedy.  Many problems will be faced.
It would be riskier for them if they wanted to gamble using borrowed money. They should be gambling using their own money so that they have no obligation to return the money if they lose. It would be a good choice for him and he could also prevent the trouble that could arise if he borrowed money to gamble. Apart from that, he can also gamble calmly and not think too much about getting a win.

When I think those who take loan to gamble have one excuse and that is if they don't have any money to gamble. Now their argument is that if we do not have any money how can we gamble and try our luck.

So these people will take loan and hope they will win in gambling and then they will return the loan and keep the profit with them. They know it is risky for them to play with the loan money but they have no other option.

I don't understand why the people who do not have money to gamble think that they are the luckiest people and they want to try their luck?
2244  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 on: July 30, 2023, 09:04:01 AM
One thing that I have noticed so far is that most of the matches have been very competitive. Lower ranking teams have put up strong resistance against the favorites, starting with New Zealand's upset win over Norway. There have been very few one-sided matches, although a few exceptions were there such as Zambia vs Japan (0-5), Spain vs Zambia (5-0) and Sweden vs Italy (5-0). It proves that FIFA's decision to increase the number of participants from 24 for the 2019 World Cup to 32 in this world cup was a right decision.

Well just now the Switzerland women's team has draw the match against New Zealand team and have qualified for the round of 16. It has been a disappointment for the New Zealand as they are now out of the world cup. Crying scenes all around the stadium for the New Zealand team and the New Zealand fans.

The match ended  in a draw, both team were not able to score any gosls but the Switzerland moves ahead.

I don't think that you can really learn how to make art; it is more about talent. Sure, you can finetune it, but if you have no talent at all, you can learn all you want but you will never create a masterpiece and there is also nothing wrong with that.

Not everyone is a master of drawing arts and graphic designing is not meant for everyone. It is one of those skills and natural talents that only the god-gifted persons can perform in a better way. So the competition which Roobet held is for most of the experienced graphic designers and you won't have any chance of winning if you are new to this field.

Have not play this one since , but maybe I will consider looking into it as there might be a luck waiting for me because the time I enjoyed sportsbetting , I almost forgot Slots and other favorite game from the past.

For me too, sports betting looks far more interesting to me however I guess sometimes the jackpot hits usually come in the slot or other gambling games. Mostly it depends on one's mood and what one is willing to play or bet at a given time.

I was shocked when the young man refused with the excuse that he doesn't share his predictions that sharing it will make him lose his bet.

Yes, many gamblers are superstitious. And yes, believing that someone making the same bet as you will make you lose is just dumb. Grin
Sharing your bets has no impact over the outcomes of the sports game. Unfortunately, some people are mentally challenged.
I have read some study showing that most gamblers have medium or low IQ. Maybe having low IQ has something to do with believing in superstitions.
I have always thought that sports bettors are less superstitious than the traditional casino gamblers and the lottery players.
So far I have never seen a legit research or survey/poll about this topic(gambling superstitions). Most gamblers would try to hide their superstitions anyway.

It's very common that when you tell someone that you are good at predictions and tell the exact prediction, it usually goes in the other way around. I know being superstitious is wrong but sometimes the outcomes are such that people tend to believe in superstitious. For example, if he tells his predictions and his predictions really went wrong, this belief in superstition will be even more.

There is no cure for superstitious unless the gambler keeps on checking if his superstitious belief is true or not, for example, what if his bet prediction is still wrong even if he does not tell anyone? In that case, he should analyze that there is no truth in gambling superstitious.

First inning - 283
second inning - 295
Third inning -377 and counting

There is still one wicket left and England would like to make as many runs as possible and there would be no hurry to declare as there are still full 2 days left in this test match and it is enough time for either England to get 10 wickets or for the Australians to chase around 400 runs in the final innings.

Stuart Broad announced his retirement yesterday and this would be his last test match. Man, wouldn't he wish to win the last test for this team?
Remember he bowled 20 overs and took 2 wickets in the first innings when Australians were batting.
2248  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: July 30, 2023, 04:39:58 AM
Tbh it turned out to be a warm up match that's why so many changes in the batting order. At times it felt like Rohit and Kohli didn't want to bat at all.
Hope they get some resistance or some shock in the next matches because this tour was supposed to be a preparation for WC.
Indian team management has kept Rohit and Kohli on the bench today. They are indeed taking the series very lightly now. But Indian team has performed badly today for their decision. They couldn't even add 100 more runs after losing their first wicket today. They got all out in just 181 runs from 90/1. There will be nothing to surprise if they get a shock today by losing the match.

Its a golden opportunity for West Indies to win an ODI against a strong team. This win will indicate that there is still some strength in West Indies team. West indies cricket is at its worst these days, they were knocked out of ODI world cup for the very first time in the history.

Indian batting was fine until they lost the opener Subman Gill and after that whole batting collapsed like a wall of sand. Sanju Samson and Axer Patel were given chance today but they were not able to play a big innings today. West indies are going fine with chase so far and they must not panic to chase this small target.

Despite all the odds, the West Indies won the match, an unexpected result for most including me. The Indian team were 90-1 and was looking comfortable to win this match before the collapse happen and the rest of the team could only make 91 more runs. Gudakesh Motie and Romario Shepherd took three wickets each and the West Indies team look as a good bowling unit after a long time.

I posted earlier that if you have bet on WI before the start of the match, the odds were above 4. Is anyone lucky who took the risk and bet on the West Indies?
2249  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Mistake that prevented your big win. on: July 30, 2023, 04:03:58 AM
Well the only time I can recall I actually made something that I won't even call a mistake that prevented me a big was when I actually did a cash out on a game that I was given x2 of the actual money I used in staking the bet which was about 10$ and the overall money I was expecting to win since it was a parley selection, was about 1500$ and after cashing out the 20$ the whole selection played out correctly as the way I predicted it.

This is not a mistake but I will call it an unlucky day when you were not able to cash out 1500$ but only settled on 20$ on a parley bet.

This is  gambling because you do not know the outcome of the games and bets. You could have lost parley and this $20 will not have been won either, so again it's a game of risk and it's a game of luck. It's always better to collect small profits rather than waiting for the big profits and getting none at the end.
2250  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you gamble because you don't have sufficient money? on: July 29, 2023, 08:32:53 PM
I was in argument with someone. His view is that people who gamble are those that what they have is not sufficient for them and so they try to make more money from gambling. He said if you have sufficient money to take care of your needs that you won't think of gambling. He made reference to some rich people, who don't gamble because they have sufficient money to even gift to charity but that those rich who still gamble are only addicted to it not just because of the money. Therefore, that the percentage of the rich gambling is very small compared to those in middle class and lower class.

So my question is, is the percentage of the rich gambling lower than the middle and lower class?

First of all, we need money to gamble. So if a person is very poor or he does not have spare funds to gamble, then he can't gamble.
For those who can afford to gamble their motive is to increase their wealth without doing any hard work. The thought process is the same for the middle class or the rich gamblers. Both of them want to increase their wealth.

There may be exceptions with some of the very rich gamblers, they may gamble only for fun and not worried about losing the money.
2251  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino Slot Streamers on: July 29, 2023, 07:17:38 PM
First, maybe you can correct your spelling in the thread title, it should Streamers not Steamers.

The spelling actually got me confused on the word.

Anyway, one fascinating streamer is Corinna Kopf, a young woman who is making a niche on the business. I read she has streamed for most of the casinos here, stake.com included. I'm not really a fan of streaming because I see it as what is sponsored by the casino and probably the streamer takes of commission from the numbers of followers both old and new.

I didn't know about her before but now I will check her streams and see if they are entertaining yet useful.

Well, I guess the just like the YouTubers, the streamers get paid from the platform as well as they would be getting the sponsorship depending upon the number of audience they have.

And yes i noticed it too, it is Streamers and not steamers  Smiley
2252  Economy / Gambling / Re: Top 5 Advantages of Bitcoin Casinos vs. Traditional Casinos on: July 29, 2023, 04:56:04 PM
With the integration of blockchain technology, Bitcoin casino advantage is that, they can implement provably fair gambling.  Aside from that, players from any place of the world can easily play gambling games without the need for the third party company to process the transfer.  The integration of blockchain to the casino includes the unbanked players.  That is some of the advantages of Bitcoin casinos over Traditional casinos.
Yes this can be a great advantage of blockchain based Casino. Here anyone can gamble very easily by just opening an account and depositing some bitcoins or other cryptocurrencies. And since all transactions here are recorded on the blockchain, the whole thing is very secure and trust worthy. And the biggest advantage here is that gambling can be done easily at home in the privacy of everyone's eyes using only a smartphone. that's why online Casino is very popular now
Online gambling has seen a massive increase during the previous years as not only a great deal of business are moving their operations online, but also with the pandemic the habits of people changed, even those which were outgoing and extroverted now spend more time home and as such they need for a way to entertain themselves at home, and gambling is a great choice for those people as they get a great deal of excitement even while they remain at their home, something that movies, video games and many other activities cannot give them.

With online gambling, we can play at our home and at any time. What else do we need ?
This one advantage of easy accessibility of gambling overcomes every other advantage and can be the sole reason of online gambling becoming much popular than the traditional physical gambling.

The only advantage for the traditional casino is the entertainment, like if you used to go to the casino with friends and enjoy the time there. This is not possible in online casino where you are usually sitting alone in front of your mobile / laptop and gambling virtually.

Hello, is this website safe? have they got withdrawal problems?

Better read the comments and feedback here yourself and you will find that Rollbit is one of the trusted sites.

Doesnt matter if we are dealing with some gambling based token or with some typical altcoins in the market on which whenever there's a profit opportunity then everyone who had invested would really be that free on whatever decisions that they would be making doesnt matter on what they are engaging into. We know that the market condition now isnt really that good which it is one of the factors that might affect out
but knowing that gambling based tokens would really be basing up differently basing into its own investors and if they do believe about that RLB would be still have the potential they for sure they would hold
but you cant blame out on those investors who would be pulling their profits out of it which this is really just a typical phase.

I agree with your stance but it does matter which category of the tokens you are holding and how much is the worth / hype of that category. Sometimes we see the hype of DEFI tokens, other times we see NFT on the rise and sometimes we see gaming tokens getting the attention. Gambling sites token are also famous as they have a use case and as long as the gambling platform is flourishing the interest in the tokens will remain alive.

WTH. I didn't notice it till now. It seems England played with ODI mode. However, I thought Australia might get all out under 250 runs. But, nice to see that they fought well and took a little lead after the first innings. All English bowlers were good in this match so far.

We discussed why ECB is still giving a chance to James Anderson while he is not performing well. Well, James Anderson played four matches in this series (Including this one) and got five wickets so far. This might not be impressive, but still, he deserves the chance to be in the squad. He has the experience and skill to come back.

England oncd again have started innings with aggressive mode. After 16 overs England are 79 for no loss and scoring rate is almost around 5. My guess is England will have a chance if they can give target of over 400 runs. Anything less then that will easily be chased by Aussies.
It's best time for Anderson to take retirement from test format also. He is quite old now and must be replaced by some young talent.

By the end of the first innings for both the England and Australian teams, the match was almost evenly poised and it now all depends upon the second innings of both the teams that will decide the fate of this test match.

Right now I will favor the England team as they have started well in the 2nd innings and scored 87 runs with a loss on only one wicket. They lose their first wicket just now when Ben Duckett was out making 42 runs. Zak Crawley is also looking good at 40 runs and above all, the England team is looking aggressive and wants to score quickly. The more they score without losing wickets, the more pressure on the Australian team will increase.

On a side note: requested a withdrawal of 0.08 BTC yesterday with the instant function and 30 minutes later it was already in my account. I mainly wanted to test it out because of the new terms but no issues at all, didn't need to do KYC also, so all good  Grin.

Did you win 0.08 BTC? You're lucky man, good for you mate. I can't believe that considering the time we spend on the free Bitcoin and keep collecting those tickets. Congratulations mate, you have been lucky this week for sure.

I have already tested the deposit and withdrawal a few times in the past and I never had issues with the freebitcoin cashier system. Since I am buying small amounts of FUN now and then I use deposits a lot. I have never been asked for the KYC requirement.

Since you guys are talking about the change of ToS,has it got anything to do with the KYC and the way we are transacting on the freebitcon?

Thanks guys, I didn't win the 0.08 BTC as I deposited most money to profit from the interest; I won about 0.00467 BTC from the free rolls.
I know the addition of KYC in the terms to the site is more a formality and that nothing would change but as my home country recently banned the services from Binance also, I am planning to cash in a good bit of my crypto to avoid any bad situations. Will keep some part but want to cash in most of it.

Well they were the expenses and the deposits you made earlier but you really did win 0.08 BTC from the lottery and also you were able to withdraw that amount, So many congratulations to you.

By the way, this also shows us the more the lottery tickets you have , the more the chances of winning but i am sure most of us can never even think of these much lottery tickets  Roll Eyes

West Indies vs India

Today is the second ODI match between these two teams and will be played in Bridgetown. In the last match both teams played badly but fortunately India won that match. Let's see what they will do this match.? By the way India is looking strong but we can't underestimate West Indies team too. Because this team has ability to defeat India.

Where do you see the West Indies team comparable to the Indian team?

Just check at the odds at stake.com and you will see India are highly favorite to win this match. But yes, if you feel that West Indies have the slightest chance to win today's match, you can place a bet on them and get a good return with the odds of above 4.

Such a big deal out of nothing. Have you ever been to a bachelor party? Guys sometimes jump out of 2nd floor windows, go swimming in the hotel pool at 3 am, break windows...
I've been at a party where a guy broke the toilet with his head. I've seen a guy break a window because he stumbled drunk onto it. I've seen my friend start a fight with some random dude because of nothing. One of my friends got arrested for pissing in the street while the cops were passing by. Another one got so drunk he wanted to jump a spiked fence and sat on one... Cheesy

They allowed a drunk guy in, there's a possibility the guy was really drugged. Nobody got hurt, so nothing out of the ordinary if you ask me.

All of the incidents which you mentioned are not good ones and they should not be encouraged. It would have been better if we just discourage these acts or made better security arrangements at gambling casinos or hotels for the safety of everyone.

Yes, there was no one hurt in the incident but there was a possibility that he could have harmed anyone as he was drunk and out of his senses. Gambling casinos should not ignore the incident and take measures so such incidents do not repeat in the future.
2258  Economy / Gambling / Re: Loophole in stopping Money Laundering through Wagering on: July 29, 2023, 04:33:36 AM
A gambler may still be able to find some loophole but casinos are no dumb when it's all about with these matters. They'll be having those triggering alerts if an account/user is doing something off the coast and that's why there's always those complaints that we're seeing posted here about their delay of withdrawals. The blame goes to the casino where they're gambling but in the first place, they are aware that money laundering is prohibited in most of them because they're being regulated by the country where they're operating.
The casinos must know it somehow because the casinos own the business. In having a gambling business, the casino must have had special ways to deal with these fraudulent gamblers and be able to find out which gamblers did it. Perhaps it takes time because it depends on the security team's work from the casino, but on average, it doesn't take long for them to find it. Gamblers who commit money laundering with the excuse of using big money must be prepared for all the risks, and if they decide to continue using gambling, it means they are ready for all the risks.

It won't take long because they can easily see the deposit amounts of their gamblers.
Now, for most high rollers, casinos are requiring to undergo KYC depending on how strict the casino is complying with the regulations.
If the casino doesn't care as some won't bother as long as they are earning from it, but usually issues arise when the player wins big.
And that will be the subject of investigation and they will dig more about the transactions of that player.
But if you are a high roller, always best to think that the casino would ask your credentials, whether you are winning or losing so you will not be caught in the middle with your funds frozen.

You have talked about two different things here. First if a person deposits small amount of money and he win a big amount through gambling then of course the casino will go through the KYC process of that gambler but I don't think that he is likely a money launder because a money launder motive will be to deposit big amount and withdrawal the same.

Secondly a clever criminal may deposits small amount of money at once and then withdraw them after wagering them and not deposit high amount of money  in order to avoid the notice of the gambling house. They may repeat this process again and again
2259  Other / Meta / Re: Is it okay to create an off-topic discussion thread? on: July 28, 2023, 03:43:13 PM
Off-topic - "Other topics that might be of interest to bitcoiners"
But this is not what OP wants.

Everything other than bitcoin/Crypto comes in off topic as some topics may be liked by some bitcoiners while some other topics may be liked by other bitcoiners. There can't be a topic that the whole forum will dislike ( Ahh complicated)

Instead, OP wants to create a topic where to instate a rule allowing off-topic posts. And, after consulting forum rules again, this is forbidden:

2. No off-topic posts.

So even if the topic is created by you, OP; even if you set your own rule allowing off-topic posts -- your rule can not overrule forum rules (be it a unofficial set of rules). So the answer is no, you can not create such thread.

Doesn't this mean that in the off-topic, we can discuss anything other than bitcoin / Altcoins and cryptocurrencies And if anyone discusses about bitcoin in the Off-topic this will be treated as an off topic in a Off-topic section  Huh
2260  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling experience using loan money on: July 28, 2023, 03:29:22 PM
I knew that there's many topic like this in the past that asking advice about loaning for gambling. The intention of this thread is determined what's the actual feeling when you are using a loan money on gambling knowing that there's an interest rate on your borrowed money which means you already lose part of your money before you start gambling.

I saw many high rank users here that asking for loan and directly deposit the loan amount on gambling account. I want to know what's the experience on using loan money. Is there additional pressure on gameplay or just the same using regular money without an interest rate.

Although i have never taken loan to gamble and it is not recommended to gamble with loan money but if you ask my feelings on gambling after taking a loan, i would fee very much anxiety and tension because i would definitely want to win in gambling else how can i return my loan back.

This is the main concern and problem with the loan money as you are overridden with emotions and due to that you are more likely to lose. Also it become impossible for you to enjoy the gambling because the only thought that surrounds your mind is to win and return the amount to the lender.
