81  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hackers on the rampage again, 59M $ Stolen on: September 30, 2018, 04:40:42 AM
Japanese Exchange Zaif was reported to have suffered some security breach that resulted in about 59.7 M$ being stolen from the exchange. the hackers carted away with Bitcoin (5966), bitcoin cash and some Monacoin. It is not clear yet when or if customers will be fully reimbursed for the losses.
Zaif is operated by Tech Bureau Inc.under a regulated environment by Financial Service Agency- Japans foremost regulatory agency.
It is not likely that the market will react much to the hack ( or maybe it has already as we saw bitcoin slide to 6100 range and back up to 6400$ within an hour or this was caused by the CBOE future closure).
This brings to bear once again the need to never leave some substantial amount of exchanges.

https://jp.reuters.com/article/zaif-tech-bureau-inspection-idJPKCN1M001Y

I believe that this is the problem about having our own security decisions, ever since i enter trading i never store my precious coins in an exchangers instead i bring them back in my wallets after having some transactions because i know that exchangers are more vulnerable from hacking issues

And it keeps me think sometimes that is this really a case of hacking?Or inside attacks?Who knows how we trust this exchagers as they can just make an issue but the truth is they are the one who really hacked the sites?Well i might be wrong but maybe right also
82  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Future of Bitcoin in India on: September 30, 2018, 04:30:01 AM
What do you people think about the future of bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies in India under the current government policies? Shocked
I believe that as i speak now, bitcoin is stable in India already as the RBI has become neutral against crypto currency, and the indian government is not implementing any negative policies towards this community so i guess you have nothing to worry anymore and besides you can focus in trading or holding as your government stands neutral also,
83  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Celebrity Bitcoin owners? on: September 30, 2018, 04:04:55 AM

~snip~

As far as I understand the big Bitcoin owner does not want to be famous. They always hide and even make purchases anonymously, because what then is the meaning of the advantages of crypto currency. And at the same time, bitcoins are not yet everywhere real, so everyone keeps information about their possession in secret.

Totally agreed on that mate because for some reason they wanna hide their personalities best example of this is the pending status of bitcoin worldwide since lots of isues that must be settled before peopl begins to be proud as bitcoin owners, second is for their security purposes since we all know how great hackers are and how exposed this celebrities to public ,their personal informations mostle at stakes so maybe this are enough reason for them to hide and just enjoy their owning of cryptocurrency
84  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't be like Bill on: September 29, 2018, 04:33:13 AM
Always buy after proper research and invest in good projects and never sell at loss.

Its always been easy to say or advice about what to do,if hold or sell but the truth is,these so called “advisers “cannot even do it by themselves.and most of them don’t really have a capital to invest instead they are just saying words to spam because of their bounty campaigns..yes theres a way to find what are those coins may pump tomorrow the only problem is how to find them, what skills and what sites may help us to get the growing coins
85  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 3 ETH where to invest on: September 29, 2018, 04:22:03 AM
i have 3 eth is there are any ico which will give me even 3X return on my investment. or is there are any hyped ico i should go for or any undervalued altcoin

If you buy those advices here about ICO recommendations then you’re stupid enough to lose your 3 ethereum, because all they recommending is what they are invested or paid for

I know that you are mature enough to learn about what we’re having about ICO ismore on scammers so when told about where to invest is misleading

Try to find your own project to enter,or better find another profiteering here that wont lead you to failure and losses, since the risk on investing is indeed in cryptocurrency
86  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: KYC to airdrops is it good? on: September 29, 2018, 01:26:48 AM
I don't think KYC for airdrops offered is fair for those who joined. Some ICO with airdropping is not also fine to get KYC for tokens worth almost nothing or a burger meal is not really fine. I observed it in some ICOs with airdrops that even with giveaways like that so small needs KYC? Don't fall for it guys, not worth it.

Its true mate never fall for this KYC required airdrops because not just because of scamming, but a chance of being a victim of Hacking or may used your data for other connections from illegal or criminality.and I don’t know why needed to bring complete details for just an airdrops? This not even fits the essence of crypto community of decentralization and anonymity.so better get away of these guys because for security measures
87  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ALTCOIN you believe in 100% on: September 29, 2018, 01:16:56 AM
what is the one ALTCOIN you believe in that you will never sell? and why

I cannot name one, because i hold 3 altcoins on my folios in which I trusted that will bring fortune for me in future, these coins will never be sold until i reached my target amount of selling price

IOTA

Ofcourse aside from my bitcoin these three will remain holding for long time till things comes my way

88  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin has Arrived in Thailand..... on: September 27, 2018, 04:41:51 AM
Bitcoin is welcome in Thailand...

Thailand has had Bitcoin in place for some time and I see the government is preparing for the future and how to en brass Bitcoin. It is not unusual to see a " We accept Bitcoin " In all type of stores.

This is really great for Thai People and the Tourists that visit......

Whats the connection about the tourism of bitcoin? This cryptocurrency is not a attraction to check out so whats the basis of saying this? And if you are referring to the prospective tourist that might uses bitcoin upon visitation then do not generalize because for sure its fewer than you think

But about the acceptance of bitcoin in Thailand sine that country is one of the best in tourism nowadays i believe that its a big help to add potential investors and traders to our community
89  Economy / Economics / Re: How Long Crypto market will take to recover? on: September 27, 2018, 04:21:28 AM
We all know this year is one of the worst year of crypto, market is dead and new investors are in fear to enter,  My portfolio is 75% down as compare to January. How long this market will take time to recover?. I am stucked in holding.

I don’t know what recovery are you referring to?Are you talking about the pice from the last quarter or maybe specifically in December of 2017?if does then i must tell you that the waiting is never ended because that is a bubble season and expecting that to happen again sooner is impossible

Look at the market now, this is the stable value check it and you will find the transparency about the actual value, not like when the bubble happens no one can explain why is it happening and all people know is they will profit ,but at the end of the day it is more who losses than thise who gain, that how misleading that moment so better be contented on what we are having now
90  Economy / Economics / Re: Banks offering only 1.3% interest rates for Savings Account on: September 27, 2018, 03:25:27 AM
I went to my bank today to change money to foreign currency because I will be traveling abroad soon. I asked the lady what are the current annual interest rates if you decide to give your money to bank for certain period of time without being able to withdraw that money (Savings Account).
She said proudly that zhe interest rate is 1.3% which is the highest in the country. I was holding my laugh and smiled kindly to her and I said that even 1.3% is not enough for me.
What do you guys think? I think 1.3% per year is a joke. Money can lose that much value in one year so you didn't actually profit at all. What kind of interets rates do you get at your banks?

WOuld you mind telling us from what region was that?Or specific country?Damn thats a fucking low man

1.3 per annum is a suicidal investment and even i am from asian I cant imagine that someone is having that difficulties in their own money that entrusted from banks

Maybe  if thats the case, this will favor cryptocurrency community as people from that region will surely transfer their money to crypto and may have good enough income per annum, what you think guys?
91  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Mind uploading and/or chip implants in the body as alternative to wallets on: September 27, 2018, 03:04:05 AM
I reserve the right to disassociate myself from anything technological at any moment. I don't want anything buried in my hot body.

The one thing that's becoming increasingly clear as the world becomes ever more internet heavy, is how lax security is treated when efforts really need to be massively stepped up. It appears to be last thing on designer minds.

When you can take control remotely of a Jeep that isn't even autonomous, the move towards everything being accessible is looking like an apocalypse in the making.

Lol made me laugh 😂 atleast it wasn’t a cold body

Kidding aside but the world is not just internet heavy instead this is technology and that is what our future ,nothing can change that so what we need to do is bare, adapt and become more focus on that dame matter

Putting chips is maybe against the human rules, but we have seen all of this since the first movie of jams bond long long time ago,so what we’ve seen from that is what happening now and besides from what ive seen in that movie is. Helpful to human race
92  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto ICO's are killing Bitcoin. on: September 27, 2018, 01:47:59 AM
I think that is not true, because in my opinion it all depends on the demand and is hindered from the circulation of ico, I actually catch the positive side of the many ico who will buy bitcoin is used to buy ico and become a participant from ico who can provide benefits and make bitcoin prices rise.

You all stupid bounty hunters are depending those damn ICO because if the blame continues to bring in scammers project you will have nothing to eat for dinner

OP is right on this,i cant imagine that four years he can predict this thing from happening and now it’s truly in the track.and i think the Scamming from the ICO nowadays are killing the investors trust to buy cryptocurrency specially bitcoin.

Thats why ever since i enter crypto and learns the fundamentals i am looking for justice for all the victims of these scammers
93  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you aware that some Banks accept Bitcoin? on: September 27, 2018, 01:33:57 AM
Yo guys,
Are you aware that there is some banks that accept Bitcoin like Neteller or Skrill? I just discovered it so I was surprised. You can deposit your Bitcoin and use your Bank/Credit card to withdraw.
Now,it doesn't matter if Paypal adopt Bitcoin or not since it's primary competitors have already done so.*
What do you think?

Years ago some banks in my region started to accept bitcoin also and thats how i am making business with then,i am withdrawing my bitcoin converted to fiat using my ATM so i think this is a normal situation and i believe this is not in my region and yours but worldwide

Though what i am waiting is for the banks to sell bitcoin also, maybe they will offer smaller value than what local exchangers offers, since bitcoin ATM is too far from my location

Another thing is banks are starting to adapt blockchain technology to their own technology so we will be seeing banks and crypto are serving people together
94  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: how do you find new bounties? on: September 26, 2018, 07:55:01 AM
guys, how do you find new bounties? How to find out about a new bounty immediately after the publication on the forum? I put an alert, to the letters came to the email address, for some reason it does not come. How do you know about publishing a new topic in the relevant section?
I believe that finding bounties the very moment it was being published is not good to us investors or even for the bounty hunters because for me the longer the project goes is the more we see how it goes well or not

And i find this strategy by looking on the spreadsheets of every bounties ,the participants are applying couple of weeks before the campaign ends becauseon that time they can find if the project is successful or failure, same as investors like me that i decide to invest if i saw it reasonable
95  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Strict rules in Bounties, is it needed? on: September 26, 2018, 07:36:34 AM
Ofcourse it is!

Nowadays, I notice most of bounties have strick rules, making bounties more organize and I like that Bounty Manager requesting Proof of Authentication to limit scammer .

It's been one of major mistakes of bounty hunter like me not to read rules and requirements of each bounties ending up not getting stakes so it's very important to read and understand each rules to ensure that we're doing the right thing and not wasting our time and effort.

For me it is a MUST ,this should be applied from the developer, teams and managers and ofcourse the participants,to prevent scamming and spamming since nowadays bounties are being abused by scammers and together with the forum spammers so if this will be implemented then the community will soon back to its original form not like today it’s annoying seeing from scams and accusations section the post from victims, and its more annoying seeing this damn participants spamming this forum with their shitposting
96  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New Telegram Scam!! on: September 26, 2018, 05:24:21 AM
It's true what you say, recently there were many new scams on the telegram. Last month, I was cheated and my wallet was hacked. For others, be careful with telegram fraud, enough for me to become a victim.

Sometimes it is our own fault why we become a victim of the scammers and hackers

In telegram theres alot of links that has been sent, and if you are to clumsy to click each and anytime links was posted then maybe thats how they find ways to hack you, because most of the sites that has been posted are phishing sites,so prevent from clicking since you dont have reason to do it

If you are in telegram group, better to stay silent and just read whats going on,so from that you will not become a victim of this brightest criminal ever lived
97  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is neo good choice for long-term investment ? on: September 26, 2018, 05:08:13 AM
A lot of people said chinese ethereum for neo. I searched a lot about neo , then I bought some neo at 0.0085 btc. But it dropped at 0.0072 now. I know the market all down but neo dissapointed me. What do you think about neo for long-tem for neo ?

Just because the price of neo drops .0013 you become disappointed? When you says that you know market is all down?

You are stupid noob, and how do you expect me to give you advice when all you wanted is to continues growth and cant take a dropping prices?

Go away we don’t need people like you here, this is a market of volatility so expect a pump and dump prices and if the main objective of you being here is purely profit then this is not your place I’m sure
98  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: MARKET IS RED AGAIN on: September 26, 2018, 04:48:02 AM
May be this year is the worst year for the crypto. market is very uncertain and no one knows the reason All we have is just a "hope" do you really believe that crypto will revive again.. i am losing hope now

This is worst only for those people here that has no knowledge how this market goes

Those are the Noob cryptonians who enters cryptocurrency without proper learning what he is going and besides they are being approached by friends and loveones to invest because having told for gaining but the reality is they know nothing about the risk that may face upon dropping their hard earned money
99  Economy / Economics / Re: Upcoming economic crisis - crypto safe haven like gold or not? on: September 25, 2018, 08:55:36 AM

There are enough signs that an economic crisis is going to happen soon in the next 3 - 5 years.

Whether China's bubble will burst or the dollar will implode.
Do you guys think crypto will be as good an investment as gold in time of crisis?

So wheres the signs that an economic crisis is going to happen? And seems like your pointing to a world crisis? You should put some links or proof about this because you are creating a panic and misleading to the community, economy in our region is getting better now and i believe in that three years span we will grow again and bring our country to goodness

But if that would happen? For sure better buy bitcoin now as this will be a safer place to invest, this is technology and not physical needs
100  Economy / Economics / Re: Are fiat currencies necessary in the world? on: September 25, 2018, 08:41:33 AM
in the future, will there really be a need for fiat currency? Government can collect taxes in crypto, determine how to allocate it, and spend it in crypto. Ppl can receive salaries and do all commerce using crypto. Loans can be done in crypto. Fundraising can be in crypto. Sure, problems have to be worked out in terms of scalability, does it have to be completely decentralized, etc, the value has to become more stable. But theoretically, is there any reason to have fiat in the future?

It has been established that governments can now do taxation without representation by printing more money (which is a tax on everyone holding the currency), instead of trying to get a bill passed that allows it to increase the tax rate. With crypto this would be no more. All increased taxation would have to pass a vote.

From an economic standpoint, the idea that a country can stimulate its economy by adjusting interest rates is tenuous. There is just as strong an argument that lowering interest rates has caused speculation and bubbles, with calamitous results. In a crypto market economy, capital will flow from where it is needed less to where it is needed more.
Being said ,fiats will stand when cryptocurrency is not available, like for example that electricity is not available,or the internet provider then what would be to use?Isn't fiats? So theres no way that this paper money will be thrown and abandoned because without this cryptocurrency will never be successful .i have been thinking about this for long and i know that this is impossible to becomes reality
