881  Economy / Economics / Re: What is your best investment strategy? on: January 13, 2018, 02:50:50 AM
I don't really have a strategy that I use. I just buy some Bitcoins every now and then when the price has gone down to hold for the long term. That's all I do at the moment. I am not even trading. It's purely holding what I do. I am so happy with my Bitcoin investment that I never look into any other investment. Bitcoin is more than enough for me as I believe in its full future potential.

That is very good to hear. I am glad to see a proud Bitcoin investor in this community. As well as you, I do believe completely in its future potential. By then, it would be much more valuable than what it is right now.  Smiley
really good that we are a bitcoin investor as of this time bitcoins huge price dominating the whole crypto community,as for me i use to daytrade buying bitcoin and some good coins in lower price then sell it when goes up even 10-15% but last year has become too difficult to us traders because of the break out bitcoin has done.so now i change my style.i bought bitcoin for holding and arbitraged the altcojn that has potential.maybe im not 100% sure about if some others can make success on this but for me this is my way of living.
882  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum 2k USD in February? on: January 11, 2018, 12:50:39 AM
I don't know if it can hit 2k in a month's time but anything is possible, look at what happened to coins like Ripple and Cardano in such a short space of time. I think Ethereum has plenty of room to grow and it all depends really;y on how much new money comes into crypto and who actually wants to back ETHEREUM TECHNOLOGY and projects as well as just buying the coin for speculation purposes. All we can do is look back on this thread a month later and see what transpired.
posibility of reaching $2,000 is indeed.but not on this soon.febuary is too near and as far as what the ethereums movement now maybe before end of this year it will hit $2,000 .

Ethereums has a good project and team and in my opinion he deserves that value of even mor than that.
883  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do you ❤️ crypto??? on: January 11, 2018, 12:09:35 AM
I love the way crypto can connect people from a different culture.
With crypto you don’t need bank account who needs al your private data.
Just make a wallet and you can receive payments from everyone in the world.

But my question is why do you love crypto?
Why are you interested?
the usual answer ofcourse profits, the earning crypto can give and the advantage of making extra income than our normal wages.and i think this is the same answer most of the users will give here.

I love crypto and specially bitcoin and nothing can take it from me,the freedom it gives me to hold my funds is one big advantade thats why i really love this community
884  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New alt coin says it can beat Bitcoin on: January 10, 2018, 11:36:04 PM
Anyone can say anything. It doesn't make the statement valid.

Agree. Everyone can say whatever they want -  future of bitcoin/crypto, next BTC, etc...
A lot of projects attempted to at least attain even half of the popularity of BTC, but, they failed.
And few months from now, visit this thread and more than likely the project that the OP was talking about is already dead.
its a freedom of expression or better to say that freedom of Advertisement.but it made me smile reading some threads like this whos very common yet not deserving.

Reading the said above gives me interest to check this one and research we might know i may put some investments upon knowing the project
885  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is holding bitcoin Greedy? on: January 10, 2018, 10:51:40 PM
Most people now with the rise of bitcoin value, just want to hold bitcoin for as long as they can so that they can maximize their worth. But isn't it a little too greedy to just keep holding bitcoin?
We've all read that story in the school with the moral "Greed is a Curse".
So what if too much greed in bitcoin may backfire? What if, the hodlers end up with nothing?
no its not,all of us here are aiming for bitcoin to earn ,profit o compensate theres no greediness on holding most of us believe that thy could earn bitcoin on that strategy.

Me myself hold bitcoin and some altcoins on purpose that making profit sooner
886  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who uses myetherwallet? on: January 09, 2018, 12:45:50 PM
Who uses this wallet? - https://www.myetherwallet.com/
What say about him?
i do believe that we all here are using myetherwallet because of the safety features and all of the benefits can this give to us.every user in this community has their own etherwallet.

I love etherwallet because thisq is the most  credible wallet for ethereumqq and all the coins that connected to this coin.
887  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to know about next pump? on: January 09, 2018, 08:14:38 AM
I am keen to know how to find which coin is going to get pumped next and when.
Is it possible to know for sure?has anyone here predicted accurately about next pump?

It can be just a speculation when this is going to happen because If we know it then we would all invest in bitcoin and then wait for the pump time and sell the coins, when bitcoin price gets dumped or crash we have some feelings that it will because an exchange gets hacked or something in china will happen but when a pump is expected to happen this is enigmatic.
thats it,if only we knew what next coin to pump we should be rich by now.all of us are seeking for gains.no one really knows exactly for this concern but some of the feeds coming from the experts has chances.

Those enrollment for tutorial gives some percentage for the coming growth of coins but doesnt give perfect pitch for it.what we do is just use our instinct added with researches for the progress
888  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people sell bitcoins? on: January 09, 2018, 07:19:43 AM
Worldwide, especially in my place, must sell it for profit rather than always keep it!
The government always forbids the use and play bitcoin so that it can not grow fully potential in my place. Surely it remains an advantage if there is a transaction rotation for bitcoin in my country to live.
I think it is better if you will not be using bitcoin since you said that the government forbids the use of bitcoin, it other words, they banned it in your country.

People sell their bitcoins because they need money or they want to get their profits out of their saved bitcoin.

The OP can still use bitcoins despite the government ban in his country.I don`t think that there`s any way for the authorities to catch him, unless he uses some cryptocurrency exchange platform that requires ID verification.I don`t understand why are you asking this question,OP.The people sell thier btc to get fiat money to buy goods and services, btc isn`t accepted by most merchants. There`s also panic selling, but we all know what panic selling is.
actually thats one thing that capture my attention whats the sense of asking this thread when it does not connect about the his issue about the problem of his country that which not really a matter while they can sell still the bitcoin eventhough theres a restriction.

But for the benefits of the others i should say i sell bitcoin just like others for fiats.because thats why we seek and earn bitcoin for profiteering and profit is what our family needs for living

889  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you manage ur emotions? on: January 08, 2018, 12:03:19 PM
Greetings!

While trading sometimes I drop back from my original plan. Such emotional decisions often bring loss cuz I tend to change orders on panic or when I mistakenly expect more potential income. How do you deal with that if you feel the same way?
sad to say, this is how most of the traders loss and become desperate and think of trading is the greatest mistake they ever had, imagine how will you react seeing your capiital slowly dropping and you cant resist to sell even when your loss?

But this is the main goal every traders must achieve to become a expert and successful trader.having self control and not panicking even when the coins they are betting becomes almost no value.we should understand that everycoins that drops will recover even if it takes a long time.
890  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Difference between Bitcoin and real money? on: January 08, 2018, 11:45:14 AM
I've discovered Bitcoin few days ago, but I am skeptical about few things, why would I invest money in Bitcoins at the end of the day,why would I convert money into Bitcoins?

Because converting your fiat money into bitcoins and invest it like banking bitcoin wallets is much better from time to time that the price fluctuates theres a changes to your money converted into bitcoins .you will earn from it especially if the price of Bitcoins go rise up.

If I want to buy stocks or invest money I can easily invest with real $. Why would I convert my $ to bitcoins?

Well that depends on what stocks you will buy ,some online sites which recommends you to convert into bitcoins for you to invest also there's a big difference on the fees of investing bitcoin and dollars .

If I want to gamble , I can simply gamble on websites that require $ as currency, why would I convert it to bitcoins?

i think just because you can do a lot with bitcoins you can just spend cents ,unlike fiat currency which about $1-$5-$10 .also bitcoin technology make a secure transaction that your identity can't be trace /gamble anonymously .

What's the difference between Bitcoins and dolars? What does bitcoin bring to the table that real $ don't, less taxes, more income?

Yes ,as far as i know bitcoins transferable electronically, more or less instantly, with very low transaction fees for example Your bank may charge you a £10 fee for international transfers. Bitcoin doesn’t.
It is fast ,you can send money anytine anywhere as long as you have an internet connection and as the money confirms its done ,no traceable link or identity record ,its anonymous .

This thing that makes bitcoin different to all fiat money, is that it is decentralized . No single institution controls or holds the bitcoin network. This puts some people at ease, because it means that a large bank can’t control their money.
[/quote]such a great explanation very specific in every details nice comment mate, this is what forums need this kind of answer from a mindful user.salute for you mate.

But regarding to the OPs question after what have those experts answer i think what i can say is the only advantage of dollar or the physical money over virtual money is that being usable at all times specially when time that internet or electricity wasnt available.thats when the fiat ks functional and advantageous over bitcoin or crypto other than that is nothing.
891  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is changing the world. on: January 08, 2018, 11:15:32 AM
Bitcoin is changing the way we live.
Bitcoin is changing the way we do business.
Bitcoin is changing the way we travel and save our money/assets.
Bitcoin and blockchain technology has open new doors for people to do business with one another without the intervention of third parties.

What do you make of this, huh? Share with us what you think. thanks Smiley

thats how bitcoin orr the cryptocurrencies become popular because of the decentralize aspects and the freedom of your own funds.in this community we can feel superiority in many ways and mostly in better ways just like me Before i start crypto exploration i am just a typical employee with a almost minimum wages.but since i become a campaign participants and a trader and partly holder my families life change i cam give things that i cant provide wayback.

Thats how crypto bitcoin and the whole crypto changes my life and i think changing more of us lives has an effect on the worlds community changes
892  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you watch the price of your altcoin everyday? on: January 08, 2018, 05:39:36 AM
Everyday, I watch the price of the coin that I have bought. But sometimes this could cause FUD or FOMO if the coin pump or dump tremendously. I sold my coins when I saw the price go up, but missed out the huger profit.
I think if you watch the price of your coin everyday, it will put pressure on your emotion.
Some people just buy it and don't think about it, which could be good or bad.
What do you think? Do you watch the price everyday? If not, how often do you watch it?
How do you feel before you watch it?
no im not, because im holding it for long term so theres no need to check it time to time, what im checking is the price of bitcoin itself so i may know whats the status for my investement to be updated.bitcoin price is always going up and down and no one knows what will happen tomorrow .so i better be aware of the situation.
893  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you picky with ICOs? on: January 07, 2018, 11:39:20 AM
Are you picky with ICOs?

I am more than picky. I have only joined a handful of them. Those that I think are really trustworthy and the pre-ICO is a very easy sell. Everyone of us should be picky when it comes to investing in ICOs. After all, many of them are scams. We will always end up picky if we do our part in doing due diligence.
got it mate, nowadays most of the IcO thats going on are scams.or if not scams but the token doesnt moving and dont even have value.taking almost a year but still no value thats why before joining ico or bouunty campaign,we must be particular on the projects and the persons behind .atleast we can find legitimacy or transfarency
894  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do I grow my btc? on: January 07, 2018, 11:07:59 AM
Hey guys I'm not sure if this is the right place so please tell me if it is not. With that out of the way, I have a question for you all. I have recently been able to gather about .5 btc through minor trading and I was wondering if there was any method or way to grow this btc into a larger amount safely and fairly quickly. Thanks!
if this thread happens now i can say youre lucky enough to have that 0.5btc is a great achievements with this huge amount of bitcoin.but regarding to your problem i think theres no easy way to grow your bitcoin.everything about bitcoin this days is risky and hard to gain.so if i were you having that 0.5btc two years ago i will continue the strategies you did
895  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mining on Mobile Phone on: January 07, 2018, 08:47:57 AM

897  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [WARNING] ats tokens scam on: January 06, 2018, 11:35:43 AM
Authorship (ATS) is a platform that will leverage the Ethereum blockchain to provide a new operating model for the book industry. Authorship seeks to close the gap between authors readers publishers and translators creating a platform where all the referred intervenients can share their content. The ATS Token will have several functionalities. For example token holders will be able to buy books or even receive a monthly basis reward (for authors/translators). Oh

People just need to see the ATS price right now to see the Authorship is a successful project: https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/authorship/#charts
actually i know nothing about this token until i saw this thread and check it for my self
.and found out that the project is legit but what concerns me is why many of users in this thread
looking for justice?can someone make a good explanation why the OP is looking for help to resolve
this issue?
898  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can ETH reach BTC value ? on: January 06, 2018, 11:17:02 AM
In longer term, ETH value can even overrun bitcoin's value. Both of this coins are created for different reasons and ETH has a lot of real world usage while bitcoin has become a store of value nowadays. ETH is widely used to create tokens to fund new businesses. Also the transactions are superfast and lot more cheaper than bitcoin which increases its acceptability to the frequent transactors.

Also if we see the market cap, ETH is holding the second position since a long time now. Which proves that ETH is widely accepted and praised by the crypto community. So I believe, ETH can certainly reach the current level of bitcoin, probably not soon but surely in long run.
i believe in ethereum and i believe in its capacity on having high value, but still
not enough to conquer bitcoins huge price..being the first crypto and with such limited
issue bitcoin will be forever on top price.ethereum may reach more than half of bitcoins
price but will never come near
899  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why did I lose on trade ?? on: January 06, 2018, 10:52:33 AM
You should look at price on the exchange you are trading.
Cause there are a lot of things, for example the market cap and amount of traders, which can affect on the price.

This is very important you should look on it so you can see how much your money still, and beside its also the first thing that you should know before you sell out your  eth if how much would it be so you can still hold and wait never ever sell when you are still at loss.
efficiency and obedience same as time focus is needed in daytrading together with
patience ofcourse .daytrading is a most risky profiteering here in cryptoworld.what mates have
said is the accurate reeason wwhy you loss upon trading wwwhen you thought earning is what
 you have
900  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Can I mine two different altcoins on one rig? on: January 05, 2018, 03:32:11 AM
I do this all the time. Not sure what the dig deal is

In claymore you add  -di 0123, to indicate the first 4 gpu’s will mine that. The you can start another instance of claymore with -di 4567 for the next 4 cards to mine whatever else you want.

i think OP knows what hes saying confidently and experienced he got my
attention and now i want to do it mining two coins using single rig.

I have heard this thing beffore but what bothers me is the risk of making fire
But with this thread i am fully convinced
