Although a campaign has been proven to be paid before, as it has a new manager, everything changes. The manager itself is in charge of the money and since he/she has yet to prove himself, the campaign should be labelled as PYNC. It shouldn't take too long for it to change though. That is good to consider, new management means new trust and new start. So its fine if that would be noted as PNYC. I also saw that betcoinrakeback will going to open again but with new management, xiaoxiao is still looking for the right person to manage his campaign. So he wants to continue his paused/stopped campaign. Maybe someone here have an interest for it. Looking to resurrect this campaign. The reason it was canceled was because I don't have the time to manage a campaign of this magnitudue.
