The screenshot looks cool but now the link is not working. Could you please fix it? I would like to know what the app is like and if it is worth it or not. How come is the link down anyway?
462  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [btc] New Faucet Bitcoin! 20-45 satoshis No Timer! on: October 22, 2019, 02:23:12 AM
nice faucet but i advice you to remove porn ads it good at all Cry
Yeah, around 40% ads were NSFW (and no, these ads were in no way displayed because of my search history).
I am aware that the advertising platforms allows the publisher to checkout such types of ads.

I would suggest you that you fix the background of faucet as well because currently it doesn't provide a good visual appeal to the eyes, partly because the background is set to tiled. A single whole page background or gradient would be much better.

This is the second or the third time I have seen people using ad networks that use porn. They obviously don't check what ads the network displays.I registered to an autosurf and it shows porn even when it is set not to. I suspect the same is going on here. However, I noticed it. This person has no noticed it, in which case they don't know whats going on or they simply do not care. The page is full of pop-ups and I got 2 warnings from my antivirus before I even clicked anything. It also has antibot yuck!! JSE miner as well and more than one pop over ads.
463  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in football on: October 21, 2019, 10:04:40 PM
That's kind of neat, seeing something about bitcoin when you weren't expecting to.  That did happen to me once when a restaurant's menu had a bitcoin symbol on it under the payment options.  I wasn't blown away like you were, nor was there anybody with me at the time, but it said to me that bitcoin is slowly creeping into the mainstream.

That dogecoin race car from a few years back was also pretty neat, even tho it wasn't bitcoin.  It did at least make cryptocurrency visible to whoever was watching.  Seems like a small thing, but the more symbols of bitcoin that are around, the more curious people will be about what it means, and more visibility should lead to greater adoption.

I would be pretty amazed and happy to see food for sale with bitcoin. There many online stores but almost never offline. There is only one place I know of that sell miners and you can purchase with bitcoin and there is a coffee shop next to it that accepts bitcoin.

I asked a friend at the table what they thought the sponsor was from and he said probably an exchange. Turns out he was right. The Turkish exchange BtcTurk was the sponsor.
He was actually incorrect.

The Watford shirt sponsor is bitcoin betting site sportsbet.io. You can read the announcement on sportsbet here (https://sportsbet.io/promotions/watford-fc-sponsorship), and on Watford's website here (https://www.watfordfc.com/club/partners/official-sportsbetio-becomes-new-front-shirt-sponsor). Their shirt has the sportsbet.io logo across the chest, with the bitcoin logo on the sleeve. You can also see both the sportsbet logo and the bitcoin symbol in various places around their stadium. Example:

BtcTurk have sponsored Yeni Malatyaspor, a Turkish club. They have simply put their BtcTurk logo across the chest.

Sorry about that. I got them the wrong way around. Thanks for pointing that out.
464  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: 🔥FREE AUTOFAUCET SCRIPT - PASSIVE INCOME 🔥 on: October 21, 2019, 09:35:00 PM
Thank you for the script. I have a very similar one but for doge. Good for levelling up your FaucetHub account. The one you have seems easy to just change the shortlink if you want to.
It also brings you to another screen where you can place a few more ads.
465  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: VGOSkinz - A Handful of Trusted Bitcoin Faucets on: October 21, 2019, 08:25:35 PM
Always add your link at the top where people can see it. It took me a while to find it near the bottom. In your singature you have counter strike online 2?? What is that? Why is it not on steal if its valve approved?
I am so confused. I guess I will download it and try it out though.

Your website is nicely spaced out. I like the share bar on the side. No intrusive ads. The amount of info you give is very good and I can see that you have hand-picked each website. Many nice daily give ways with the csskin sites.
466  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: In 2013, the average US income was 286 BTC on: October 21, 2019, 08:11:56 PM
You are basically just asking what the price of bitcoin will be in 2023. The average income from now to then should be slightly increased for inflation. So we all will hope that 0.001 btc is the average. ^^ Then we will all be rich beyond our wildest dreams.

It is simple guys. Bitcoin is going to go up in the long run. Sure there will be bear season but thats ok. Look at the historical graph of the price of bitcoin and you will see what I mean. You take a bad hit don't sell hold.
In two years time you will make much more then you would have if you just sold and left it at that. Remember things take time and bitcoin is definitely on of those things.
467  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Friendly City on: October 21, 2019, 07:36:49 PM
You can add South Africa. I don't know why you are adding different cities because here they are all the same. Many online shops accept bitcoin. If you want to add the cities they are Johannesburg amd Capetown. There are others but that are the main ones.

If anyone wants to know more just ask.  Cheesy
468  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin for Monthly $1K Payouts? Andrew Yang Says Yea on: October 21, 2019, 07:27:24 PM
I hope people vote for him. He has some good ideas. However, I am confused. How can everyone get $1k each month for nothing? I hear about this UBI but I still don't understand how it works. Where would that money come from?

Free Bitcoin payouts could become reality under a US presidency if 2020 candidate Andrew Yang is elected, he has hinted in fresh comments.

https://bitcoinist.com/andrew-yang-usd-1000-bitcoin-payouts-for-us-residents/

This is just another election propaganda to solicit votes from the cryptocurrency community. This is one way to make oneself smells good. But we will see if he will really implement his promises once he win the election. This is not a simple implementation since he will be facing some pressures from the banking and financial sector. Let us just hope that he will win and he will really fulfill his promise. If he really will win and fulfill it then that is the time maybe we will be seeing bitcoin at 100k$.

Well I do sort of agree with you but I still think he is the best bet. It is the best of two evils sort of thing.
469  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin: Stress and Happiness on: October 21, 2019, 07:06:14 PM
It use to get very stressful and have I had FOMO when I stopped working since I could have been earning during that time. Now I understand that I need to rest and enjoy my life. I found I am more productive when I enjoy life. I can do the same in 5 hours as I would in 8. I work smart, not hard. I set a certain amount of hours aside each day and then I stop. I get stressed when bitcoin starts to drop as well and have even more FOMO since I feel I should have spent my bitcoin more before the drop. I guess I am very hard on myself. I don't know that the price will drop.
470  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Bitcoin in football on: October 21, 2019, 06:57:54 PM
On Saturday the 19th I was at a pub and grill with friends for a birthday. While I was there I happened to look up at one of the tv screens and a football match was on. I do not watch football nor do I know much about the leagues. I understand how the game works and that's about it. While I was watching I noticed something but just to make sure I asked the table if they saw it too and they confirmed it. (there were 5 of us at the table 2 of which know and understand bitcoin and how it works they just don't own their own crypto I don't know why) What we saw was the bitcoin logo BTC on the sleeves of Watford FC players. I was excited and glad to see it. I asked a friend at the table what they thought the sponsor was from and he said probably an exchange.  Turns out that the Turkish exchange BtcTurk was the Watford shirt sponsor and BtcTurk have sponsored Yeni Malatyaspor, a Turkish club.

You can find out more with a simple google search as well. Smiley

Has anything like this happened to you when you didn't expect it? What did the people with you at the time have to say?
471  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cheaters . who caused the cryptocurrency to go down on: October 20, 2019, 11:45:59 PM
If someone cheating bounty makes your project fail then it was a very crappy project, to begin with. I love how you blaming other things. Yes the project failed for eery other reason otgher then it was total crap to begin with. Whatever makes you sleep at night. Ridiculous topic.

To combat fraudsters, I think we need to provide strict rules. And KYC I think is very important on a legitimate project. Forming a company of Kusus to handle various coins, especially for the problem of fraud, I think a good idea. Their job is to watch and detect spammers. This may be a difficult job because this crypto has no legal entity.
You think giving your KYC to a stranger 100s of times is a good idea?? Ok tell me where you live and who you are? Why won't you? All I need to do is run an ICO and you will all of a sudden trust me??

What do you think about the project that spent a lot of money to advertise but was taken advantage of by cheater, I saw a person who created a lot of accounts to cheat and eat over 5000 $, there are really a lot of very good projects. but it is these fraudsters that cause those projects to die. I think there needs to be a company specializing in combating fraudsters. Cryptocurrency can grow
Many cheater use fake account to promote some ICO or IEO project, they take advantage with $5000 for earn money from promoting ICO and IEO, cheater will be every where and you are an ICO or IEO owner have very careful when you promote your project to them, looking trusted person who you can promote your link and give advantage with many investor are interested to invest on your ICO or your IEO.

If a certain project is legit, many real investors will spread their project, so some project doesn't want to do bounties, as they know that hunters will just dump the price, I don't say that hunters are cheaters, as they have been part of ICO/IEO success, but for now, sad to say, projects almost don't trust the work of hunters anymore.
Each company has their own strategies on how they will spread their ICO or IEO. Most preffers bounty because this forum is already big and they are offering social media bounty which has more population compared to this. Having many bounty hunters will result to more publication about their company so more gets interested. Some uses some big personalities to promote.
There are some big project who has real investors that turned out to be a scam, no one is safe from scam in cryptocurrency world unless you understand and research about an company youre going to invest in.
Having a bounty is a good tool to market one project, the success of project is a success of bounty hunters, so for sure hunters are doing their best shot to promote the bounty the are joining as there where some hunters who are also investing in a project once they have seen it's legitimacy.

It is a brilliant marketing tool since it is free and that is great for crowdfunding.
472  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin - Store of Value or Method of Payment on: October 20, 2019, 11:33:32 PM
The bitcoin is both. Bitcoin was originally invented as a digital store of value and also a payment system. You are the one who gets to decide whether to use bitcoin as a digital store of value or a payment method.
Bitcoin as a means of payment, that is the true reason for making bitcoin. Over time, bitcoin has become an expensive investment asset. But to be used as a bitcoin payment tool also continues to get support from various groups.
Until now, adoption of bitcoin continues to increase in various countries. Countries that have crypto-friendly regulations will make it easier for citizens to use bitcoin for payment, but not a few countries have regulations that prohibit bitcoin as a means of payment.

You could always just convert your fiat to crypto and keep a little crypto so you pay with crypto instead of fiat. If you want to keep some then buy some more. YOu not losing anything spending crypto if you were going to buy that item anyway. If you end up not spending all of it you will have some left that can act as your investment. You could even send your change to the same address after each purchase.

Honestly, any country that limits bitcoin payments is not worth living in, because that's not freedom.
473  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I have a Dream... on: October 20, 2019, 11:18:10 PM
THis is how easy it is to set up crypto payment. You can go from nothing to fully ready to accept payments in minutes. Just create a wallet and then use a QR code payment system that is simply scanned and tada!!
You hardly need any capital at all as well. If you can use it in a market you can use it anywhere. We as supported need to accept crypto if we are in the industry or try get friends to. At our local markets, bitcoin would work really well since it is very often at gaming conventions.
474  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hackers targeting Tor on: October 20, 2019, 10:59:00 PM
How ironic. Many people who want to improve performance and security on the internet by using the Tor browser, unfortunately even that is used as a weapon by hackers to steal other people's assets and break their hearts. From there we can take lessons to always be careful in installing applications and extensions on our devices, use the original, and do the download in an official place.
I know what it's like to be hacked, even though I've tried using a variety of multiple security, hopefully the hackers are aware of how painful it is to lose assets that have been sought and guarded desperately.

That is what it makes it so brilliant. It is like those fake antivirus software that causes confusion and makes you want to act quickly to get rid of these so-called viruses and the software is even built-in with a fake scanner
and virus detection. Now you get ones possing as browsers for protection. I wonder what sort of activities it spies on. What would they do with this info? Beisde  sell bitcoin privatekeys or crypto stolen through the browser.
Maybe the collect a database of users so they can keep track of how much they have stolen from each IP? I don't know. It would make sense for them to collect IP addresses which use crypto a lot to see if they can steal more later on. Or maybe you gamble and they later steal your account.
475  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Pricing everyday items in SATs on: October 18, 2019, 06:51:40 PM
mbtc is much better since it is inbetween. 1/1000 is very easy. 100k satoshi is a nice amount and easy to see. 0.1mbtc is $0.80 for example. 10 mbtc is 0.01 btc. Very easy.
Some of the other people here have said satoshi is good for fees and it is. For fees a small demonisation works best. Just like how bytes kb mb gb tb work.

Well there is well over 80 trillion fiat in circulation.

So let`s say .000000000000000000000000000000001 for a coke

No fool, a coke is like 10 thousand satoshi. Quite simple, come live under hyperinflation to see where your value of things in time end (which Dietrich suggested before getting kicked for supporting the "wrong" person).

FYI 10 thousand satoshi is simply 0.00010000 or 0.0001 BTC. Is that 0.1 mBTC? I don't even know, i also refuse to use that.

If you know then why do you ask?  Huh

476  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Didi sold everything for Bitcoin on: October 18, 2019, 06:06:17 PM
While I might be almost as long-term bullish as this guy, selling almost everything for bitcoin, and to live off solely bitcoin, is a hugely ballsy(though not necessarily smart) move. If bitcoin crashes in price(yes, crash, I'm talking 70-90%) probably due to a black swan event, the family could be screwed in the long-term. It's a smarter move to leave a good percentage of their wealth on other assets(index funds, etc). But I guess because he's a "blockchain speaker", he might still be earning good money. Though I'll be completely honest I didn't watch everything as I've immediately lost interest lol

I agree with you. They should have kept half of their currencies in fiat mixed with fiat investments. Then as you say if things go to hell you still have your fiat. Though I am a firm believer in bitcoin myself and get paid in it and keep it. I convert it to fiat as needed. Localbitcoin works perfectly and I get cash in my account in like 5 minutes usually. So for me, there s very little use for fiat and I only get it when I need it.

I don't think he is foolish. He believes strongly that bitcoin will sky ro ket and I tend to agree.
477  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How feds have been able to identify the users of the largest child porn website on: October 18, 2019, 05:44:52 PM
Great news!! A win for bitcoin. I hope law enforcers and the general public can work together through th power of crypto and not against. This whole KYC thins is very annoying and it makes people have a sour taste towards law enforcement. Besides, there are ways to track IP addresses and it really is not that hard even if the use a VPN the VPN will have to release the info. VPN that doesn't keep info less can be done but it is still not impossible.
Many times you can link differnt people together and bust them all at once using VPN or not KYC or not they will be caught.

I hope they hang this filth. It is like youtube for paedophiles. Like a whole freaking network you just log in to and that fine let me just login to this child abuse site and thats great. Setup like child abuse is normal and forums with highly disturbed individuals. Just exchanging their kiddie filth like it was pokemon cards.

The most disturbing thing is these sickos look like anyone of us. You cannot tell what sick desires are in these peoples heads. You just never know. You could walk past than in the street bump into them in the shop and never even know.

478  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Legality effect on: October 18, 2019, 10:55:09 AM
How can there be no currency difference?

There will be no currency difference, yes, but more importantly, over a billion of people will be included in the global economy. Those who are underbanked or completely unbanked can now participate thanks to crpyto. Of course, the arrival of regulations that would make Bitcoin legal is only the first step, and people then must actually be willing to adopt it and use it. They need to be educated about it. There is a lot more to do, even after the legal issue has been handled. Which, by the way, needs to be done throughout the world, as a single jurisdiction or even a few of them won't be enough.

Really? A billion people? There are about twice that number of unbanked people and yes, most of them are like this simply because banks cannot give them accounts, because they either do no live near facilities or they even cannot have status like us normal citizens.

But I don't think crypto is the automatic answer for them. You think they can use Bitcoin easily if they cannot use normal money easily?

Ahhh yes, You just that people cannot get access to baking since they have no facilities or make enough to afford to keep one open. Being able to use normal money has nothing to do with it at all. Bitcoin is much easier to use and access and it is much cheaper.
479  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and kiddie porn on: October 18, 2019, 10:45:21 AM
250k videos? I don't believe that.

I wish people would actually go on the deep web instead of talking rubbish. There is nothing really on the dark web. It is just unindexed files and a shitton of scams and a few weird forums. Buying drugs and a few other illegal medical things. To access kiddie porn on the dark web you have to actually know the address and be in the circle with the rest of these child abusing lunatics. You cannot accidentally stumble upon kiddie porn it doesn't work that way. It's not like they advertise it. Besides the clear web has everything the darkweb has. There is nothing new about the darkweb that has not already been done 100x before. People need to educate themselves about the darkweb seriously.

wait wait  Shocked
You are angry because that site is closed?
I hope I've misunderstood your post
There is no mercy for pedophilia!

Yes, you did misunderstand it.  I was implying that if you give people ways to pay anonymously and they will use it for bad things.  And there is no way of tracing the people doing bad things.

What a load of crap. You pay anonymously by handing someone paper notes. So are you doing bad things? Am I doing bad things? If no then you talking crap because you just said people meaning if you give anyone the ability to be anonymous they will.

Your argument is just as ridiculous as blaming chat apps on child abductions. We give people a means to chat online and they abuse it? Sorry buy you are talking nonesense now.
480  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Half of the airport’s workstations infected with a crypto mining software on: October 18, 2019, 10:10:15 AM
They are probably mining XMR
There's a LOT of places with crypto mining softwares installed without permission, like Schools, big companies, datacenters, research facilities etc

This is not good for our crypto world, it's illegal

Almost three years ago I saw a tutorial that letting you install software that lets you mine Monero without being detected. most of the people installed their software in the internet cafe. they go one after another, just like planting a tree but in an illegal way. The owner of those internet cafes are innocense because the software that those people installed are hidden in the task manager. that's how dangerous that miner software is.
But all of those things are illegal, you are just like using people's property without their will.

It might be hidden in the task manager but you can still tell it is there. The computers will slow down a lot. Unless they were clever and only used a certain amount of the pc's power to mine so that it lasts longer without detection. If you have hardware monitoring software you can definitely figure out what's going on. I wonder how much these people actually made. I know they have botnets. I thought you might need a botnet to have enough hash power.
