1027  Economy / Goods / $200 Unregistered Visa for $100 on: October 18, 2013, 10:24:14 PM
I bought a $200 Visa gift card from Walmart a few months back and when I received it in the mail it was unregistered, and I had already thrown the receipts out. I called the customer support line but they said I needed to talk to Walmart, and vice versa when I talked to the lady at Walmart (she obviously didn't know anything). Selling this for $100 if anybody wants to deal with getting it registered, I can send you the physical card or send you the code Via PM. Taking BTC at Bitstamp spot, message me to discuss details or to make an offer.

Currently have an offer for $80
1028  Other / Off-topic / Re: DPR is a hero! on: October 18, 2013, 10:09:22 PM
Is it just me or does anyone else think this is a cover up story to the real way they actually caught him. It doesn't make sense, DPR said himself in an interview with Forbes before this ever happened that he wasn't the first Administrator of Silk Road, he exposed a massive security threat to the site and eventually gained trust in the owner and it was passed on to him when he retired, way after these posts were made. So either they tracked down the 1st owner and he gave up DPR, or they just said fuck the law and did whatever they wanted. The FBI using subpoenae's to catch the largest online drug trafficker is almost as bullshit as saying the government hasn't been using the NSA to spy on us for 10 years.

Read this - http://www.theguardian.com/world/2013/oct/04/nsa-gchq-attack-tor-network-encryption

So the government is now attacking a service run by the government? It's all a fucking lie, they can probably find who you are through TOR in minutes.

http://www.tomsguide.com/us/tor-encryption-cracked-nsa,news-17530.html

This is just what the public knows. Take whatever the public knows and multiple it by 10 and that's how bad it actually is. Don't use TOR or anything else that you think is anonymous for illegal things because you'll probably be caught. I doubt if you are buying drugs they will go after you, but people like drug dealers and mass hackers are going to get caught, they're just waiting until they have enough info on you to put you in jail for most of your life.
1029  Other / Off-topic / Re: Has anyone been to Vegas? on: October 18, 2013, 09:42:44 PM
Blue Man Group, Old Vegas, Cirque du Soleil, Walking the strip you'll find some good stuff. Depending on what hotel you're at they should have a place where you can sign up for deals on restaurants and shows.
1030  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Do NOT use Skrill!!!! on: October 18, 2013, 08:05:40 PM
All these online currency exchangers are scams, don't use them. My $61.00 was locked as my Moneybookers account was verified and I had to do it manually through their support. So my account is verified and my funds are available, and I message a thank you saying I would give him feedback for actually helping me, and was responded by a different member of staff and my account was deleted. It's impossible to work with these support members they hire to do these jobs. I live in two different places because of school, so it's either the support teams for sites like MtGox & Moneybookers haven't passed high school, or they're looking for anything to rip you off.
1031  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: MtGox wire transfer times for Europeans on: October 18, 2013, 05:37:23 AM
DON'T USE MTGOX, IT'S A SCAM.

I've submitted 9 verification form all following their regulations, led on for 3 months, to get this Email. Their site was nothing but a 90% scam from the start. Also note my first form I gave them my PO Box, but the other 8 were different documents of my physical address. I haven't been given any sort of reason why my requests have been denied, just an answer like the one below, very vague. They have no real reason. If you want to get scammed please use this site. They're lying scumbags.

Email I received:

1032  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stolen 92 BTC - will you HELP ? on: October 18, 2013, 12:45:10 AM
There's a way to figure out if BTC were deposited into a site like Silk Road. I read a article about it on Forbes where they were able to find this out, but they said it would be harder if you didn't know what you were looking for, but still possible. After that you would have to message the business and prove to them that the coins were stolen, which is next to impossible if it was a year ago. Even if it wasn't, you'd have a hard time getting anything out of them. Your best bet is to figure out where the coins were deposited to be sold (if anywhere) and then contact the business for any information they have on the account holder. Good luck.
1033  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Mt.Gox AML/KYC Process Explained on: October 18, 2013, 12:33:17 AM
Someone unsticky/delete this post. I've messaged MtGox regarding my account verification and multiple things listed on here are now invalid according to them. I got a basic reply from a shitty foreign customer support agent(s) where they don't even address what you ask and tell you something you already know. After 9 verification attempts I finally am told I need to get a proof of residence from my city hall. That would of been nice to know 2 months ago. Hopefully they aren't trying to steal my identity, I've given them enough documents to have a pretty good attempt at it.

Edit: DON'T USE MTGOX, THEY ARE A SCAM.

1034  Economy / Goods / Re: Considering selling vtc.com for 75,000 Bitcoins on: October 17, 2013, 05:46:46 AM
That's not very smart. If BTC drops $1, you would lose $75,000, and considering how the markets been you would probably lose out on more than that. Unless you wanted to risk saving them for awhile, BTC could either fall flat or keep rising.

Edit: Nevermind, just realized you were selling it for 1M in Bitcoins

1039  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: STOLEN BITCOINS!! on: October 14, 2013, 12:37:10 AM
You can trace it up until a certain point, then the rest you'll have to do more research on. So you would be able to find out if they were deposited into say an exchange sites BTC address, but I think that's about it. You could probably contact the site and if you work out a deal with them but most of these BTC sites are shady as hell. I've been trying to get my Bitcoins out of Mtgox for a couple weeks now, hopefully they aren't slowly fucking people over like every other scam site with BTC.
1040  Other / Off-topic / Re: DPR is a hero! on: October 13, 2013, 02:08:50 AM
I agree, it should be peoples own choice what they put in their bodies. I honestly don't see the difficulty in someone creating a new site called Silk Road 2 , and everyone just going there. I wouldn't do it because I don't want to go to jail, but for someone with the experience it could easily be done. You could even have the same staff members, I think the old SR forums are still up, but you'll probably get a virus from the FBI if you go there.
