I have a problem with the munt wallet it not sync and I cant xfer my witness funds. Can someone help me.
The Munt chain is broken and a new chain is coming called Gulden(again). You can swap but Rijk is charging you to swap, the 1.3 billion premine he gets on the new chain isn't enough apparently, he is charging the same people who supported Gulden(old) / Munt to swap to the new working chain. I won't be swapping, written this investment off which is sad as I would of supported the new coin by buying more but this is a pure money grab. You lucky btc still exists on the buy side for this coin. It's a no hope project where the investors also need to work and take the risks to make this project work.
They need to increase the value of the premine while the benefit of the premine goes to the founder. My friends there is projects you can invest in with no premines and the founders take all the risks.

Gulden needs another Nocks.
It's difficult to start a successful service like Nocks, I tried to get GRS listed on Nocks because of all features it came with that the GRS team could of used effectively in the wallets. MaNi did some good work on the Gulden wallets with Nocks. Is blockhut only selling premine or upgraded to Nocks status? Blockhut is only for selling the premine and from the devs PoV that is all they need. It will never be another Nocks, forget that dream. You can buy all the coins you want on blockhut and the value won't move. Florin and Gulden (named to Munt) are stuck unless another Nocks adds Gulden. For the Dev team no incentive to sell anything other then the premine. The costs of running a brilliant service locks Nocks is not cheap and it requires good skills that Roel and his team had. |

A name change to Munt is a healthy change, if crypto was invented 30 years ago Gulden was a great name but times have moved on. Munt is a more inclusive name even within the population of NL with no historical emotions attached.
Nice move Gulden team. I have been highly critical of past choices but this is a positive one.

The right price for florin is under 50000 sat. No real buy orders to keep the price above 200000 sat. A weeks worth of rewards and those buy orders are good as gone. Gulden on the other hand is real low.
Gulden is really low, that is correct. And i dont see that rise any time soon. XFL has the potential. Therefor i would still rather put 10k in Florin than in Gulden. You can't compare the two coins fairly. Advantages Florin has over Gulden: 1. Founder has a lot of florin and sold his Gulden, more incentive for the founder to see Florin succeed. Priority for development team will always be Florin, you would have to have a literal retard if you didn't think this already. 2. 100% of the block reward goes to holders and miners. Over 70% of the Gulden block reward goes to the founder who has no interest in Gulden. 3. Low supply with the same Gulden community, easier to keep the price higher with florin but it's artificial. 4. Florin took buy support away from Gulden because it's the same community buying two coins. 5. Appetite for buying Gulden is at a all time low due to trust, the Gulden blockchain itself is well kept but it's all the activities outside the Gulden blockchain that is a problem. Put a gun to my head and I will also invest 10k in Florin, what is frustrating is the founders complaining that the Gulden price is not covering the costs of development when it's obvious why it's not. It was a crystal clear destination for Gulden when the 2nd coin was created. Well summed up post. 1. No idea how much he has but i hope he has loads 2. 45.000 premine was reserved for that. I rather would have had a share of the block reward for dev and marketing. It turned out good because rich investors could buy in this way. 3. Not the same community. Most haters where against it and out or principle they didnt invest. They are now replaced by investors with money 4. Gulden price went up when Novo was launched 5. I used to buy both. But when i noticed every time the goodwilling community launched some initiatives and the price went up. Some toxic people insta dumped the price down. After that i just bought xfl. 1. This is good if you a florin investor, real bad if you a Gulden investor. 2. The sale of the 45k premine is paying for florin development? These investors don't have money. No buy support and price was not able to sustain top 800 rank. 3. From what I read it is made up of community on slack? 4. Novo wasn't attractive until the 10 billion premine was removed. 5. Did Rijk not dump the previous premine or use Gulden money to start Novo, how was funds raised to start the 2nd coin without Gulden funding and using Malcolm as a developer? |

Won't Rijk end up with a lot of Novo if he is using the btc from the IPO to buy from sellers?
Here's an answer for you, he already owns all NOVO! All NOVO sold on the "market" to date was from his premined stack! I truly cannot believe people are falling for this again! He copy-pasted the code from Gulden and finally did marketing on his new coin. The marketing was however only to target the existing fanbase to get them to invest their hard earned cash into his pockets again. He knows the limit of 2500 NOVO per investor is more than enough @ a rate of 3,62. This means each person can "only" invest 9k in his direct pocket. After losing their life savings on Gulden, this is more than most of them can afford anyway. Lets see, Gulden always claimed they have over 25000 active users right? Lest say they buy for 250,- on average, that's another cool 6.2mm for Rijk to call his own private belongings in a couple of years, just like he did with the Gulden "shares"! Let me set the egg timer for you guys... How much was sold through the Novo premine? |

Already sold the premine.
Who is paying for Florin development if you sold the premine? Do you have a contract with the premine owners and what is the monthly contribution, if the deal was good why don't you hand over Gulden to someone else voted by the community? . As a Florin investor I wouldn't want you wasting time on Gulden and as a Gulden investor I wouldn't want you wasting time on Florin or both coins will end up as failures as your team is not large enough for 1 coin and you trying to run 2 coins. |

My 1 friend who purchased late last month is willing to buy over 1 million coins at 1c. Gulden will get some support at this price, also planning to buy more  Your best bet on making money with this team was buying the IPO for NOVO @ 1 , price is up 15 times because they gave Novo the dream setup. Gulden still getting ass pounded with close to 100k new coins a day and no end in sight to this constant barrage of new coins. |

and who got banned for asking for Novo coins to get burned and rewards halved? Double standards ? You must be a Novo team member who is having a good laugh. Gulden is nothing more then a feeder coin for Novo, you can forget about any Total supply or reward changes because the same people making decisions at the GAB are balls deep in Novo. The question is not if but when the Gulden loyalists will stop putting up bitcoin on bittrex when they open their eyes to what is really going on. |

I found out that Rijk has also started a new coin called Novo, why doesn't he change Gulden to have the same low reward rate and keep 200 million for development?
The new coin is trading at 5 Euro and has a total of 10 billion coins, Gulden will only have a total of 1.68 billion coins and is 0.007 Euro. Lower the reward for Witness to 5, the reward for miners to 5 and have max coins at 800 million. Take 200 million for develop and let people buy directly from the fund to support development and remaining 70 million for witness and miners that will last a long time.
Look how well it's working for Novo with 10 billion supply and is a copy of Gulden. The price of this coin will go up 50 times in price very quickly.
I do like this suggestion or something similar. I know the Gulden community won't stand for another Dev reward increase and it looks like the GAB will stand firm here because they will see increasing the rewards causes more inflation and lower price. Rijk knows this or Novo would have a high block reward. This is why Gulden is going to make a great investment in 2021 because of this change that will come. This change will give more money to the development team and a higher price for Gulden investors. This will be a game changer, if they clever enough to make this decision it will change the trajectory of this coin that has one of the best developments in crypto. The gulden developers owe it to themselves to make this change! I prefer the current system because a premine can be dumped in large amounts but with a reward over time, it does not harm the market. |

Only a few people ever got rich from Gulden(coin)... Rijk obviously by the extraordinary scam he pulled off (twice now if you count NOVO) and the ones who listened to their gut feeling when it became obvious Rijk was only in it for his own profit. They were wise enough to sell off above 3000sat. Even the the early investors that kept loyal to their master are now looking at deep losses. Hard to let go of Rijks inside pocket though...  ...and I hate the color purple t.b.h.! Gulden is free, no more premine. It's the best time to invest, the development fund works as it's in control by the Gulden Advisory Board and if they wan't people to invest they have to keep developing, it's a better solution. Novo is not a scam but you can't make money, the price will have to go up 5000% because you can only buy 2000, if it was a scam , scammers will take as much as they can , not limit the amount you can buy. The problem with Novo is the 10 billion can be dumped on the market to raise funds for the developers. A lot of tokens do this when they need capital. With Gulden this problem does not exist with the premine gone. |
