161  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Did anyone try to "gamble" with ponzi scheme crypto scam services? on: November 09, 2020, 11:39:49 AM
Has anyone tried that? Have you been successful? Is this kind of gambling popular/common. Has it name?
Actually I had profited from one of these kind of ponzi schemes. I saw one site recently open literally 1 or 2 hours and there where like less than 100 depositor. I deposited $100 and I got what they promised doubled in 6hrs in exactly 6hrs. I know it is a scam but I just wanna test and risk if I can at least receive money when they are freshly launch because they are paying first members in the site.
Totally wouldn't recommend this to anyone, I just did it for once and it's just for experiment.
162  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Vlogs on how to earn in Bitcointalk on: November 09, 2020, 04:09:10 AM
163  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What made yoi think of investing in bitcoin at the current market? on: November 08, 2020, 11:53:00 AM
Is there any reason we can think of why people love to invest in bitcoin while market price is high?
One reason is they where hyped and got carried by bitcoin rising in value in a fast phase, they buy because someone said that hey this is good go hop in. Second reason is too much hope or lets just say too much expectation without the proper research, they think that bitcoin price is pumping I should ride and get some money but ended up losing a ton just like what happened to many when bitcoin reaches $20k mark back in late 2017.
164  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should I accept Bitcoin for payments on my online store? on: November 08, 2020, 02:45:31 AM
Is this a good idea? Are there any risks (other than the volatility)?
Other than volatility I think one more issue that you can encounter is double spending if there are still people who does that thing nowadays. You can consider accepting bitcoin but don't go in all of a sudden if you are not confident enough in that decision. One more is some legal stuff, if your place allows the usage of bitcoin as payment because I think you might still need to get some approval from that? correct me if I'm wrong.
165  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why is Bitcoin dumping right now? on: November 08, 2020, 01:33:38 AM
Whenever there is something big happening in the world, bitcoin seems to go up or go down in value and why do people still speculates that one thing is related to this to that and so on? FOMOs is everywhere, each day the market is being controlled by whales. Whales succesfully profited from the election FUD, now its price correction time. Just seem like a pretty normal day to me.
166  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: CHRISTIAN ALBERT GAZA a.k.a "Xian Gaza" Introduce his own coin on: November 07, 2020, 05:44:30 AM

167  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Maging mapagmatyag at maingat on: November 07, 2020, 12:17:22 AM

Kahit na very old na tong gantong method of scamming dapat padin talagang ma ipublish at mabigyang awareness yung ibang tao.

Pero in the end matututo at matututo din naman sila ika nga experience is the best teacher.
168  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A gambler living in England makes a $5M bet on Trump on: November 06, 2020, 07:58:02 AM
If I where that guy I would be trembling right now for real. Biden is up in electoral votes by 50 and 3,863,172 people votes. Just 6 more electoral votes and Biden has done it. But thinking that he was able to wagered that sum of money I'm sure he knows the risk and he is willing and ready to lose that money.

170  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why most of us are losing money in sports betting? on: November 05, 2020, 12:01:22 AM
Sports betting is we can say a little bit easier to predict compared to other gambling games you can play. By knowing teams involve you can have a higher chance of winning your bet. But from what I have experience and I noticed from some of my friends, they are good at analyzing match ups but they often go with the high odds team for the chance of more winnings. I think aiming for bigtime win which makes most of the people lose money on sports betting, they want an easy big money even though the odds are most likely not to happen. That's what happened to me, betting on super high risk high odd games and eventually losing it all, if you want to earn money from sports betting you need to have a lot of patience and control over your money.

6. Paid Group
Or simply subscribe to a betting group and play their games strictly.
Every single one  that you listed may work in you depending on the match and the sports/game you are betting in.
Paying to join betting groups is sometimes reliable as per my friend said but most of the time it just a bunch of uneducated guess and guess that comes from nowhere basically a scam. Don't ever try going into groups like this. Analyze and research on your own and you may have a better chance.

174  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Lost more in the process to recover ? on: November 01, 2020, 02:47:04 AM
Losing more in the process of recovering is a very common happening to everyone. I experience once when I lost 0.15btc in dice and depositing more and eventually losing it all too because of the eagerness to gain back what I lost earlier. I learned my lesson so whenever I lost money and want to deposit more I disregard my wants to recover and aim for enjoyment/thrill when playing and just play with small amount.
Chasing the losses always lead to the same point which we have been there before. It is sad to gamble when I know I shouldn't push my loss limit for recovering the losses but resisting yourself is very hard at these moments. I just block my access to the gambling website after a huge loss because I am sure comeback will be another dip point for me. Understating the truth is ok on my side but accepting it is very hard sometimes. It is better to accept whatever the slots give back and taking the loss will not make anyone loser. Thinking of yourself as a loser and having a losing mindset can change the whole situation and it is better than revenge gambling in all cases. Martingale strategy is on my blacklist exactly for this reason.

I'm also not a person who easily accepts defeat, so I always intend to play gambling to be able to recover from the losses that I experienced.
But if the losses I experience are big enough, I immediately close the gambling sites where I play and immediately do other activities. That way
I can forget about the losses I experienced for a while.

We have the same opinion regarding the martingale strategy, when we are experiencing big losses, don't even think about using the martingale
strategy. Because it will only make you suffer bigger losses, which can drain our capital in an instant. I say this because I have experienced it.
Totally not a fan of martingale strategy or whatever strategy is on the internet. When I play dice I usually just manually betting and letting my instincts and feelings decide when at what odds to bet in sounds strange, Yes but that method works for me most of the time and beat me up a lot of times too haha. I don't believe in such strategy on dice betting.

177  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Multi bets vs single bets on: October 30, 2020, 11:43:10 PM
I chose multi but I also do single bets just not as often I do multi bets. I just got used to it, there are times that I will just play 1 bet at a time and there are times that I will be doing 2 -5 bet slips at a time. Really depends on where am I betting. I see no difference in risk because both still have the chance for you to lose money.
178  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Cryptocurrency scam. on: October 30, 2020, 08:43:18 AM

channel reported.
179  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you read the TOS of a gambling site? Honest answer please. on: October 28, 2020, 11:28:36 PM
I have this habit where I just quickly glance and stop at some lines and reads it sometimes and there are times where I'm not that bored and totally read all the bullets on the TOS. I know it isn't advisable to skip those but we are used to skipping it sometimes. I still do read and notices important details I need to know on the TOS.
Mostly we all have that similarity, I don't know if there is someone who is very strict enough to check everything and read the whole TOS of the site. Could be just 1% or less, possibly? Well, I don't it is a need or a must to read it all because for me, what I focus on is reading their feedbacks, site reviews, and the legitimacy of the site. Maybe I was wrong about this but for the many times that I'm doing this, I've actually contented enough that I was doing good.

I am sure that someone will check everything and read the whole TOS of the site before they are playing gambling or deposit. But not many people will read the whole TOS. Most people will read reviews from other people. They will try to play gambling for small money or use the faucet to test the site or ask for a welcome bonus. No, you are not wrong because every person will decide what they will do based on their wants.
+1 for this. I see many people fully reading the TOS, I have many friends that does and takes hours reading the whole TOS.
Reading and basing on reviews I think is not advisable specially if it is just from a random person on the internet, even big artists promotes wrong information in the internet because they are getting paid to do so. The best thing to do before entering is just read the TOS and try it yourself.
