741  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin isn't just an investment, it is the future on: October 02, 2019, 09:36:17 AM
Great mindset mate, I really like how people are realizing that BTC isn't another get rich scheme, but it instead does take time and is more about the technology and motives behind it than just making money.

People will need to start looking at cryptocurrencies as not a get rich scheme, or another "bubble" in the tech industry but realize that the technology is going to be incredibly useful for our society in the future.
That's a good mindset to have, but the problem is that too many people have already given up on that mindset, and the media doesn't help portray that image.

Not sure if a lot of people remember, but when BTC rose to 20,000, it was due to a lot of pumping and aggressive marketing from the media, with them saying it's new hit investment, etc.

Media is horrible for us, and horrible for the future of BTC - unless real information starts being portrayed.
Actually, media do help bitcoin to gain a lot of price pump from that day. Media is hyping both good and bad news about bitcoin and the history of bitcoins price. The only horrible part that happens is when new investors just buy bitcoins without knowing it fully and without the understanding of how that asset works and the history behind it.
Media is a big part of that price pump, the next problem is yes the mindset people have that time, they thought bitcoins is just like a buy now get rich later type of investment, something needs to be changed on that.
742  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why haven't governments illegalized bitcoin transactions? on: October 02, 2019, 08:34:03 AM
I have heard some stories about making bitcoin transactions illegal. It's all been a humor and I don't think any government have officially made bitcoin transactions illegal. Why is that?
Well I know a few countries banned the usage of bitcoins entirely. Not even on people in the country is eligible to make use of bitcoin and even buying it is illegal. There are few countries where bitcoin is banned and not available to the public like Saudi Arabia and a few more countries. Then the rest of the countries in the world are free and legal to use bitcoin in any way they want too.
743  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Libra Coin bring Down Bitcoin's dominance on: October 01, 2019, 12:27:25 PM
A stable coin vs a decentralized king of cryptocurrency, who you think would win of course it's bitcoin surely.Libra coin is still nothing compared to bitcoin and the fact that there are established stable coins that have been released and none of them even  have the chance to beat bitcoins dominance in the market. If they want to beat bitcoins dominance and replace it as the number one it would take them years and years of development to be achieved even by the team behind Libra coin and more incoming coin that wish to challenge bitcoin.
744  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are we ready for another price bump? Reminder for the shortsighted people. :-> on: October 01, 2019, 11:16:47 AM
Price bump/pump is all what we wanted to see all this years that passed by.Who else doesnt wanna profit on bitcoin?all of us do wants to profit.
I believe that bitcoin will be beating its record again maybe next year im trusting it so im hodling my curent bitcoin funds and bought some for stocking.
745  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The difference between Bitcoin and Facebook's Libra on: October 01, 2019, 10:35:18 AM
As far as I know no stable coin have ever come close to bitcoins price or even got close on top 100 of CMC.What will make libra coin strong is the team behind it.It is the ceo of facebook who funded this so news about it will get spread quickly for sure. But im not expecting something crazy from libra coin to be real.
746  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are the dangers inside cryptocurrency investing on: October 01, 2019, 09:35:36 AM

People may ask: Should I do invest in the cryptocurrencies by using my life earning and savings? Or should I take a loan out? Since I heard that the returns are so great!”

This is where everybody goes wrong.Investing their whole life savings and earnings through bitcoin and putting all their time onto it without even having enough experience about it,some people do retire at their job in order to just go on full time trading and end up losing and having a hard time finding a new job. They treat bitcoin like its a job but seriously it isnt a job and not made to be a job.
747  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Should move to BTC? on: October 01, 2019, 07:56:34 AM
Hi guys ! Thats a question i do to myself very often , and it always looks like the right answer. My main coin for now its XRP (like 3000) and a very few BTC (0.005).

I hold XRP from long time but i see BTC price raise a lot and XRP don't do much. They have a consolidated project but no matters what BTC price its still mandatory.

So the question is , should i sold like 2500XRP and buy BTC when this one have a price drop?

I know its something i had to decide myself , just looking for what you guys think.
Thanks!
Depending on the price where you bought your XRP.If you can profit by selling it and converting to BTC then why not right? But for me personally I will be patient and wait for the XRP pump and sell it the right time. You can profit more on XRP if you bought at a good price and you can be alot comfortable compared to the highly volatile bitcoin. If you decided to move to BTC then I advice you not to go all in because for me BTC is alot riskier than XRP.
748  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's going on with BTC? on: September 30, 2019, 01:34:12 PM
BTC is going up because IT HAS TO GO UP. People are starting to believe in it as more than a way of storing value. Like the article says, there are more and more apps out there making it easier for people to use BTC.
It has to go up  right but we are trying to pointout the  main reason why we are having demand right now and thats causing bitcoins price to rise up.Bitcoin yes,it do have alot of uses not just a store of value or a currency it goes beyond.Bitcoins price rise because of the demand not just because it has to
749  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it safe to buy using Bitcoin on: September 30, 2019, 11:20:17 AM
We all know that bitcoins trasaction is ireversable neither refundable. So you cant retrieve what you have losed but all you can do is spread news about the site and services they offer so that if one user end up wanting to use the services he can search for that feedback of yours and be warned.
750  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Banking system and BTC on: September 30, 2019, 04:37:10 AM
Bitcoin I think will never ever kill our traditional banking system and would never be close enough on ending banking system.Banking system is on different level compared to bitcoin system, banking system is more reliable and trusted compared to bitcoin plus the fact that their uses are very different from one another so they will never cross path to fight for who is best
751  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Yobit / CryptoTalk.Org Signature Campaign [Yobit Panel] managed by yahoo62278 on: September 29, 2019, 07:11:29 PM
752  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Yobit / CryptoTalk.Org Signature Campaign [Yobit Panel] managed by yahoo62278 on: September 29, 2019, 11:22:30 AM
Getting 20 max per day is not an abuse if you are contributing to the forum, spamming or posting unsubstantial posts are a clear definition of abuse.
If you are online 8 hours a day and active in the forum, I think you can hit that limit without spamming.
Ang problem is kahit maka 20 constructive post aday ka siguro hindi macoconsider ni yahoo yon since di siya nag eexpect ng kahit isa na makakareach sa maximum amount at kung mareach mo yon kahit puro constructive post ka matatag ka as spammer dahil sa sobrang daming post mo sa isang araw, samanatalang yung ibang user is nagaaverage lagn sa 5/10 per day.
753  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do we get the best at this moment? on: September 29, 2019, 06:43:59 AM
There are some cheap altcoins that has potential in the market why are you only focusing on bitcoin alone?Theres alot of opportunity at this time specialy when bitcoin price is dumped and the market for altcoins is getting awaken.Altcoins do offer big profit to you just need to be picky and buy the right one in order to get good profit.

756  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is crypto industry manipulated? How bad is it? on: July 14, 2019, 07:57:23 AM
In all thing you know that are related on earning money theres someone or group of individuals who are taking control or manipulating the prices of assets,it is very common on trading platforms you cant expect an asset that moves freely there must be someone manipulating it specialy if you see rapid growth or rapid fall in prices.
757  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The real Satoshi? on: July 13, 2019, 11:49:35 PM
Why name yourself Satoshi if your name is Solotshi, what is the point of being anon? This will result like the Dorian Nakamoto thing.
Satoshi Nakamoto is nothing but a made up name ue uses to protect/hide his personal identity for some reasons we dont know.Wether who is the real Satoshi Nakamoto is still a big mystery he can be anyone on the internet or lurking around this forum.
758  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Russia, Philippines, Indonesia and India support crypto the most on: July 13, 2019, 11:13:26 PM
don't u find it weird? The less eveloped counties support blockchain implementation the most? what is the reason? possibility to earn or to steal?

Link to the article: https://ambcrypto.com/indonesia-russia-philippines-and-india-among-countries-whose-citizens-actively-support-budding-crypto-projects/

They are just getting too much buzz. Though they are one of the largest countries by population and policies made by them would have immense effect in comparison to smaller countries, a lot of small countries in Europe and some in Asia like Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan and South Korea are much more friendly to crypto.
I agree with this, those 3 countries are the countries who made a recent big adaption on crypto that made a news and headline around the bitcoin world. There still alot of country who really supports bitcoin compared to russia philippines and india.
759  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC Dominance on CoinMarketCap on: July 13, 2019, 09:35:40 PM
Bitcoin will remain dominant for the rest of its life not untill something beat it up in the market, like a huge new altcoin that replaced bitcoin fame and encourage bitcoin users that that coin if far way better than bitcoin. But not until then bitcoin still remains at top and dominant
760  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you like to see Bitcoin prize stable between 10K-20K? on: July 13, 2019, 12:26:17 PM
Everyone would be so please to see bitcoin being stable to 10k-20k no one would be sad. With the pattern the big drops always happen after a bull run/new ath so the higher the ATH the higher price we will get even if the drop happen
