So, got scammed by csharp skrill: teodor@bgtronica.com

Hi , can you open a scam accusation in the right section (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0) and post some proofs ?

Remember the "layout" :  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=260073.0

Thanks for your attention,

Hey Redsn0w,
Read the feedback already on that users' trust. I think he scams the newbies and many don't say much cause they don't understand the forums. Anyways I'm going to sleep, hope this user gets marked by morning. Night all.
122  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: 2015 Treasure-Hunt Contest 3+ BTC To Give Away! ||| Celebrate Bitcoin's Birthday on: January 04, 2015, 08:07:44 AM
there is a kepo07 rapidly advancing...

and congrats to thos who solved 4. told ya, you don't need any help. You can do it. Cheesy
I hope you realize theres a highly probable chance that the OP won't pay out anyone which is sad to say but probably true.

OP please escrow the funds, everyone thinks 99% you're not legit, hell this is your first post on the forum...

To everyone else PLEASE do not send the OP any money until he proves he has the 3 BTC he promises to giveaway (through an escrow holding said coins first).

Good luck guys but don't expect anything besides a nice challenge and bragging rights if you make the top of the leaderboard.

Is this the user that scammed you?

Pretty sure this guy has scammed before. I message Tomatocage and another trusted user to mark his account as a scammer. Sorry for your loss OP, hope things get a little better for you in the coming weeks.
124  Economy / Services / Re: Service - Betting through bet365 on: January 04, 2015, 07:22:23 AM
I'm interested. I see opportunities to arb with Bet365 all the time with live betting. However, we'd have to come up with something better here than 5% of every winning wager.
125  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Buy BTC, Doge, LTC, PPC and BC with a Credit Card or Paypal no fees! on: January 04, 2015, 06:02:40 AM
I'd like to buy 0.10 BTC. If you'll allow escrow I will even pay 5% more.

Make sure you go and screenshot EVERY term and condition they have on the site, that way they don't change anything like a lot of sketchy, new sites do when someone wins big such as setting a limit on the amount you can win from a bonus...etc...
128  Economy / Service Discussion / Purse.io - why offer BTC purchases if they don't have the funds to complete it?? on: January 04, 2015, 05:11:53 AM
I just went on Purse.io (never actually used them before) and tried making a purchase for someone that totals $29.81 and yet when I went to click "purchase" it said person had insufficient funds...so WHY offer that sale in the first place? If they don't have the funds it shouldn't be in your list of available wish lists to purchase. Makes ZERO sense. Kind of upset about the whole thing, theres nothing I can buy sadly right now like I was hoping to do for a meager 0.10.

Anyone have positive experience with purse.io?

Oh and who pays for shipping or is shipping always free?

Darn, will I ever run out of things to learn?

Will you ever count a Graham's Number of things to learn?
Is there ever a day I don't learn something new on this forum?
130  Economy / Currency exchange / [WTB] 0.10-0.20 BTC - Can buy whatever you want online or wherever on: January 04, 2015, 04:52:04 AM
Need 0.10-0.20 BTC. I'll buy whatever you like on wherever or a gift card or something. Let me know.

People who know me know I'm not going to cause any trouble over 0.10, my name and info are already out there on the web.

Let me know if you can help. Thank you. I will go first for anyone with decent reputation otherwise we use escrow.

PLEASE NOTE: This thread is self-moderated to enforce the rule that Vod cannot post in my threads.

Although hes offering the code for free, if you can afford it please tip him, he has been beyond helpful with setting up my site and obviously wants to help others too. Hes spent many hours on this project for a little return thus far.

The admin here is very nice and understanding. Even helped me out on something and has been very polite. Can't remember the last time an admin was this considerate to me, a small player. A+ so far.
133  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: What should be the punishment for scammers? on: January 01, 2015, 09:07:07 PM
My thoughts on true punishment for scammers:

Chop off or remove their sexual organs so that they can never again have an orgasm and achieve the ultimate pleasure in life besides bathing in a tub full of cash of course (cash > women [unless you're in love]).
134  Economy / Auctions / Re: [DOMAIN AUCTION] exBTC.сom - Premium! ExchangeBTC.Com sold for $10 000! on: December 31, 2014, 09:59:27 PM
Give up... Your not even getting 50$ with it
Do you read the topic? Grin
I already have several $XXXX offers for it.
BTW BTCex.com for sale now for $55 000 on Sedo  Wink

135  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How safe is it to invest in just-dice on: December 31, 2014, 09:13:42 PM
Dooglus is an asshole, he'll eat your children for dinner and steal all their toys if you're not careful (hes a carnivore and not a vegatarian). He one time told us he slapped a baby while he was working as a Santa Claus at the local mall in Canada cause the kid started crying that they probably weren't going to get a barbie jeep. Shame on Dooglus for bashing that child's dream and for bashing the kid physically. But hey the baby probably deserved it right?

@BAC sir I want to buy your coins and your SOUL. Escrow though please for both.
136  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Selling Bitcoin Sydney & Australia-wide | Cash | Bank Transfer | ATM Deposit on: December 31, 2014, 05:50:01 AM
Down and easy? Come here and you'll be running to go back. I live in NSW, potentially the biggest nanny state in the world.

Surprisingly the U.S. banking system is pretty broken, when you compare what our banks can do (in terms of technology) and the cost (most accounts are free).
Found out today that I can pick up Moneygram payments and not have to show any ID. So essentially a terrorist could receive hundreds of $999 payments under different names and not raise any flags. Sad.
137  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Selling Bitcoin for Cash | All major currencies | Sydney CBD on: December 31, 2014, 05:35:01 AM
Trying to follow KYC requirements I see ($1000 or less per person per day otherwise must validate ID cause of KYC laws). Good for you.

That's false. Contrary to the belief of many Americans, United States law does not apply outside of the United States.

I am required to follow Australian law, where the threshold reporting amount is $10,000 as per AUSTRAC guidelines and my obligations under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act Cth 2006.

I am imposing a $1000 limit to manage risk.
Be nice if the laws of Australia applied here. Seems like everything is "Down and Easy" in the aussie.

He is only showing as -7 trust for me and TF has -440 plus trust.

I am pretty sure this is an example of KoS trying to scam, but he appears to have been called out before anyone fell for it
You're an idiot. I posted this post as a joke. I would trade for bitstamp or better price just as anyone would. If youre so worried about me scamming then ask if I will accept escrow, guess what? I will accept escrow.

You people keep saying I'm a scammer hell gmaxwell says on my trust page I scammed multiple peole but when I asked him directly who are these peole I have scammed he can't even answer that question. If I offer escrow I can't scam and this was a joke thread anyways, it was a funny payment method I saw in the news and wanted others to hear about this stupid feature n have a laugh.
Escrow would not protect anyone. Since you are paying via credit card there is roughly a 6 month window that you can initiate a chargeback to the seller. The escrow will have long been released by the time you would initiate the chargeback.

Even if the bitcoin was held in escrow for 6 months it would give you an interest free loan for that time to allow for you to see if the price of bitcoin rises, and if so you won't initiate the chargeback, if the price falls then you initiate the chargeback and the seller gets back his, now lower valued coins
My snapchat is over 2 years old and has been related to me and even has my first and last name in it. Plus, you receive a photo of me. If you think its that easy to reverse a payment, please call your local credit card company and ask them if that info would not suffice cause it would for winning your case. I've dealt with people trying to chargeback on me in past businesses, its not hard to win the case once you prove why they would try to chargeback and that it was them doing it.
You could easily create a new, fake snap chat (who would know). The same goes with the photo, it isn't like it is difficult to send a fake picture.

If you are going to scam then it is a stretch to say that you are going to be honest with your credit card company. You need to sign a sworn statement that says you did not authorize a transaction and/or that your credit card was stolen (you could simply not use the same card for several months until you file your case).
Wanna trade buddy? I'll even sign a credit card authorization form for ya, provide facebook, email, picture of me, ID and all. Hell my identity is already known around here. If not, then please stop because we get it you think I'm a scammer, I'm not and I'm sick of your bullshit.

Google Credit Card Authorization form and all that. All you need is that and photos and what not. So done with this bullshitter, locking this thread.

I'm sick and tired of when I post a trade page (even when its a joke!) all it does is get trolled. Fuck off.
